"Checked in shortly after midnight, and the check-in process was smooth. The front office agent was okay. However, I struggled with the elevator system because the wayfinding and signage for the high-floor elevators were not very intuitive. Even after looking around carefully, it was not immediately obvious which elevator I should take, so I ended up taking the elevator more than twice before figuring it out. Since there are only three elevators, I believe this is more of a management and signage issue than a staff issue. Clearer wayfinding would make the arrival experience much smoother. At check-in, I believe I was upgraded to a room with a bathtub, which I appreciated. However, the bathtub did not have a shower curtain, so water ended up splashing all over the bathroom floor while showering. In the end, it was actually less convenient than a standard shower. Parking costs KRW 5,000, although it was waived in my case. I was surprised that parking was not complimentary for hotel guests. My hunch is that if I had stayed longer than one night, I probably would have had to pay. The parking area is very tight and small. Even though I arrived late at night, there were still two or three cars, including mine, competing for the remaining parking spaces. Amenity-wise, I'm not sure how old the property is, but it definitely needs some work on the details. I noticed dust, scratches, and dings along the way to my room. The elevator floor was also making a weird noise with a noticeable rattle. Given that this is a business hotel, I wasn't expecting much in terms of personalized service. During check-out, I called the front desk to ask about the express check-out process, and the staff explained it clearly over the phone, which I appreciated. I liked the efficient, no-nonsense approach—they provided exactly the help I needed without unnecessary formalities. That said, I can also see how some guests might perceive the service as a little too generic without personal touch; yet, i enjoyed in overall. Thank you"

Perfect Accessibility to the Taehwa River National Garden Walking Path 🌳 Stepping out of the hotel leads directly to the Taehwa River walking path. It is perfect for jogging or strolling while enjoying the cool river breeze in the mornings and evenings, and is also close to the Simnidaesup (Ten-Mile Bamboo Forest) at the Taehwa River National Garden, a landmark of Ulsan, making it the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing break in the city."

"It's been a long time since I stayed at the hotel and I feel good. The price was reasonable, and there is a Jangsaengpo Whale Museum nearby, so it would be great if you come with children. There is nothing big in the commercial area around, so if you want to have a late night snack in the hotel, I recommend buying it. And the hotelier who guided me was very kind."

"It was just okay. I booked it because it was the only beachfront hotel in Ulsan, but when I tried to cancel, they didn't offer free cancellation, so I went with a heavy heart. The ocean view wasn't very good, and since the hotel is located in a mixed-use building, it felt much more run-down. This will be the last time I visit Ulsan in my life."

"The room had a sewage smell and the air conditioner was leaking. Although we changed rooms, we weren't very satisfied. The breakfast didn't seem to have fresh fruit, which needs improvement. It was inconvenient that the management office was unstaffed after 7 PM. I'm not sure if it's a resort or a guesthouse, but it felt like a new business venture."
