The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were kind and friendly. We received a small gift upon check-in, and they kindly provided an extra one for my child, which was very thoughtful. However, our room was a connecting room, and the front desk didn't inform us of this during check-in. After 10 PM, the children in the adjacent room were constantly shouting, and their movie was playing very loudly. After complaining to the front desk, the shouting stopped within fifteen minutes, but we could still hear the movie, and even the sound of their light switches was clear. The room's child-friendly features were great, but the sleep experience was poor. My child also didn't get to ride the boat on Wishing Star Lake. We were repeatedly told that the service was suspended due to strong winds on the lake. During our day and a half stay, we asked four times, and it was always suspended, even though it didn't feel windy on three of those occasions, and the weather was perfectly fine with no rain. It's disappointing when an activity is canceled on a clear day, as it takes away from the experience. Overall, my child had a lot of fun, and it's a good place for a family experience. The room was small, and the soundproofing was terrible.
