Disney Hotels in Shanghai

This was our second time staying at the Toy Story Hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. As a couple, we find it perfectly suited for a fun and comfortable Disney getaway. Everything from check-in to room comfort was excellent. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and full of charming Disney details that never feel childish—just cheerful and immersive. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere made our trip even more enjoyable. The location is super convenient for visiting Shanghai Disneyland, with reliable and frequent shuttle services. Amenities are thoughtful and well-kept, and despite the hotel being family-focused, we never felt out of place as a couple. If you're looking for a hassle-free, clean, and genuinely pleasant stay near the park, this is it. Highly recommended, and we’ll gladly stay here a third time.

Executive perks: We checked in in the afternoon, but our room wasn't ready. We were able to go to the lounge next door to relax with some drinks and snacks while we waited, or we could join one of the hotel's exploration activities. In the evening, we could watch the fireworks, and there was even a 'pajama boss' (staff member) who came to wish us goodnight.
