If you wanna skip the long queues and head an hour earlier into the theme park - please booked disney related hotels. This cuts time waiting. Done the tron and dwarf ride within 1hr30 mins. This is when the crowd is starting to trickle in

Stayed for 3 nights in Pop Century. The room has two beds, one of which can be folded up to become a table and needs to be put down to become a bed. The room is in the 90s Century, almost the farthest building from the entrance and the bus... The facilities in the room are good and clean. If you have a lot of luggage, you need to borrow a luggage cart from the bell service and push it back to the room. The advantage is that the sound insulation is good, and the hotel's shuttle bus and bus services are very good.

Everything quite convenient, loved having a bedroom, 3 beds, 2bathrooms+toilet for our family of 5. Alarm clock is cute - different characters to wake you up gently instead of a blaring alarm sound lol! 

Staff members were all wonderful, smiling and friendly.. Free car parking is helpful if you have a car but don’t need to use during your stay as transport is very convenient to get to/from the Disney areas - Bus to Magic Kingdom/Animal Kingdom/Hollywood Studios/Disney Springs/Summer Winterland (same bus as Blizzard Beach), Skyline to Epcot. Although I must say, it felt like there were more buses returning to other resorts (like Pop Century and All Stars vs Art of Animation; maybe 3-4buses for every 1). Comes quite frequent though, traffic played a part on delays.. Pop Century is located next to Art of Animation so we considered taking that bus and walking back to pass through the Skyline station as the resorts share it, but we’d always surpassed our walking steps during a park visit so just waited..

Laundry mat is handy, gets very busy during the afternoon/evening as expected. No quarters needed, can pay via QR code. They have a vending machine with detergent and dryer sheets. Staff had visited whilst I was doing laundry several times to clean and sanitize machines.

Early entry to parks a great perk, saved and opted not to buy any lightening passes. We would take advantage of early entry, do a few rides and then head back to the resort to relax for a couple of hours and then head back to do more rides/parade/fireworks etc at about 2:45pm.

We kindly received complimentary access to play mini golf as the check in staff member recognized we’ve travelled quite a long way 🥹 - thank you, it was so much fun! Complimentary access to Blizzard Beach also included, unfortunately it was too cold to take advantage of it as our stay was during what seemed like an Arctic blast! 🥶

This has been our 3rd stay here, it always gives beautiful memories to take home with us 🥰

I was very excited to stay at this hotel, which has a traditional atmosphere of the ethnic culture living in the African savanna. I think you can see all the animals during the day, but you can't see anything after dark, so I recommend checking in while it's still light. You can buy refills for unlimited drinks during your stay at the official hotel at a restaurant called Mala.

Club Level was amazing!  I wish I could afford it more.  Great service. We had a them park view. It was nice to walk to Magic Kingdom in 10 mins. Hopefully some day I can go back!

Absolutely beautiful resort. We drove and arrived very late, staff was accommodating and got us to our room right away as we were very tired. Staff was top notch, room was immaculate and welcoming. Multiple pools to choose from, multiple restaurants to choose from. They offered fun family activities throughout the week that we stayed such as nightly movies, scavenger hunts, pool party, tie-dye shirts, plenty of arts and crafts to choose from for the week, so much fun! The only complaint we had was birds around the pool at the dig site kept pooping in the pool so the pool kept closing for maintenance. It was great that they kept closing to clean and re-check the pool pH it was just more annoying than anything because it had closed multiple times one day when it was 90° in very hot. Other than that everything was great! The cafeteria food was great and we also tried the three bridges restaurant which was excellent as well!

It's a wonderful and amazing place. we enjoyed every moment of it from the club lounge place quests can see the fireworks and very relaxing room is a good size and bathroom is big and very accommodative

The biggest selling point of the hotel is the location, and the transportation to various parks is convenient. But it can't be expected to be a five-star luxury hotel. The overall hardware and services of the hotel are about the level of a four-star luxury hotel.

This hotel is very good. It is closest to MK. The second floor of the hotel can take the small train directly to MK. At night, there are many people who take the train from MK. At this time, you can take the cruise ship to Pier 2 and return to the hotel. Come to Orlando Disneyland the whole journey ~ you need to stay in a hotel, you don't need to change hotels at all (don't ask me how I know). This hotel has cruises, trains, buses to choose from, and UBER is also very convenient.
The hotel room is large, the health is very good, there is a hand-held shower, not the kind of wall-mounted can not be picked off, it is also convenient.
The hotel restaurant closed on time at 21:00. We came back late. We didn't eat dinner. We took half a bag of biscuits. If we want to go back to the hotel for dinner, we have to arrange a time.

It was very convenient to be able to travel from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to each park by bus.
There are frequent ferries to and from Disney Springs from the ferry dock inside the hotel, so it is also very convenient for going shopping at Disney Springs.
The hotel was a lodge-style hotel divided into several buildings, so I had to walk a bit from my room to the entrance, but I had requested a room near the bus stop in advance, so they arranged for me a room very close to the bus stop.
Food was also available via mobile ordering, so I hardly experienced any language barriers.
I was able to relax as if it were my own home during my stay, and it was a very happy stay.

Due to the Paris Olympics, roads were being repaired everywhere. We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. A Nepalese received us. He was very responsible and provided us with a room on the same floor for easy travel. The room was old, but all functions were good. Four bath towels were given, which made it very convenient to wash clothes. The pool was deep, and there was a suitable place to hang clothes. The only thing was that the hair dryer could not be moved and was hung on the wall. You need to ask clearly about the tickets. There are two parks, and one ticket is given for the exciting park. You need to buy tickets for the people who go with you. You need to buy tickets for the pink castle park separately!

The cleanliness level was comparable to that of a Japanese business hotel, so it was quite comfortable. The Cars theme was cute, and I was very satisfied.

The reception staff were very friendly, and I felt like I had really arrived at Disney! There is also a free shuttle bus to the park, so access is good.

As it is in the low price range even among official Disney hotels, it is inevitable that there are fewer amenities, but overall it was a good stay.

I would like to use it again when I go to Disney in Paris.

The Disney Hotel is really good. I entered the park early at 8:30 and rushed to the studios to play all the games. It was also very convenient to go back to the hotel after watching the fireworks show at night (otherwise, it is estimated that it would be 1 o'clock to the hotel if I squeezed the subway with the big army). )

Very nice hotel but lacks a very serious renovation, very damaged room (repairs of all kinds almost everywhere)
In addition, the lodges are charming but so far from reception
The swimming pool is certainly heated but remains cold when it comes to the jacuzzi, the number of people being limited it is very difficult to access, if not impossible.
In summary it is a nice hotel but it does not at all want its exorbitant price.
