This hotel is very good. It is closest to MK. The second floor of the hotel can take the small train directly to MK. At night, there are many people who take the train from MK. At this time, you can take the cruise ship to Pier 2 and return to the hotel. Come to Orlando Disneyland the whole journey ~ you need to stay in a hotel, you don't need to change hotels at all (don't ask me how I know). This hotel has cruises, trains, buses to choose from, and UBER is also very convenient.
The hotel room is large, the health is very good, there is a hand-held shower, not the kind of wall-mounted can not be picked off, it is also convenient.
The hotel restaurant closed on time at 21:00. We came back late. We didn't eat dinner. We took half a bag of biscuits. If we want to go back to the hotel for dinner, we have to arrange a time.

It was very convenient to be able to travel from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to each park by bus.
There are frequent ferries to and from Disney Springs from the ferry dock inside the hotel, so it is also very convenient for going shopping at Disney Springs.
The hotel was a lodge-style hotel divided into several buildings, so I had to walk a bit from my room to the entrance, but I had requested a room near the bus stop in advance, so they arranged for me a room very close to the bus stop.
Food was also available via mobile ordering, so I hardly experienced any language barriers.
I was able to relax as if it were my own home during my stay, and it was a very happy stay.

This is the newest of the three Disney hotels, and it feels like stepping into an explorer's lodge. The room was quite spacious, with views of the garden, pool, and even the sea from the window. The food and beverage options are similar to those in the park. There are no convenience stores or town amenities nearby, so it's best to bring anything you need from the city. I actually took the MTR out to Tung Chung just to stock up. Upon checkout, the hotel gives you a commemorative room key. The three hotels are connected by a seaside promenade, which is a nice walk if you have the time. The hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes, so you'll need to buy one on-site or bring your own.

Complaints:
The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, with one entire facade covered by yellow tarpaulins and a section facing the sea covered by blue tarpaulins. This made taking photos very unappealing. Due to the renovations, fewer rooms were available, so I couldn't get a king-size bed or a high-floor room as requested when I checked in early. The view was just... disappointing. I was truly heartbroken the moment I pulled back the curtains. There were definitely bugs in the hotel; I was bitten several times after sitting on the bed for a while (not sure what kind of bug). The bathtub was impractical; too small for an adult bath (only suitable for children), and showering was inconvenient.
The tea bags, coffee bags, etc., were stored in a cabinet above the refrigerator, so they felt warm when I picked them up.

Compliments:
The staff were very enthusiastic. The doorman proactively helped with luggage, and both the front desk and service desk patiently answered all questions and assisted with various hotel recreation activities. The water purifier in the room was very convenient, and there was a dedicated ice machine on the floor. The pool was great, with lifeguards, and free buoyancy vests and swimming rings for children. The hotel also offered plenty of activities; staying at any resort hotel allowed access to activities at all three hotels. I experienced the 'checking-in' tour at Inspiration Lake, towel folding, the 'checking-in' activity at the Hollywood Hotel luggage counter (a hidden activity, you need to scan a QR code at the counter to participate), and the 20th-anniversary activities across the three hotels. The small gifts were lovely and I really liked them. The garden was quite nice, suitable for photos, and you could also go to the seaside.

Other:
Taxis are available at the hotel entrance. A taxi to the airport costs approximately 160 HKD (excluding luggage fees), with each piece of luggage costing 6 HKD, payable via WeChat Pay.
There are shuttle buses between the resort hotels. The shuttle service between the hotel and the MTR station hub runs from 6 AM to 1 AM. However, the shuttle service between the hotels themselves only runs from 12:30 PM until 30 minutes before closing, which isn't very convenient (I suspect they concentrate their transport capacity on post-closing passenger movement). After participating in an evening activity at the Explorer's Lodge, you either have to walk about 10 minutes back to the Hollywood Hotel, or take the shuttle bus to the MTR station and loop around.

🛏️ The room was spacious, and the two double beds were huge! One bed could easily fit an adult and a child. This would be incredibly cost-effective for a family of four.
🏰 I absolutely loved the decor! The hallways, the garden – every angle was beautiful! In the mornings, you'd wake up to the pleasant sound of birdsong! And stepping out of the garden, you're right by the sea! 🌊
Though the hotel is a bit older, it's certainly not run-down. The public areas are quite new, but the bathroom felt a bit dated with an old-fashioned bathtub and shower curtain. The hallways are carpeted, which made pulling luggage a bit difficult.
Key point ⚠️ Plenty of charging outlets! Besides the universal adapter 🔌, there's also a multi-functional charger on the bedside table, perfect for simultaneously charging your phone, camera, and power bank.

The room is beyond imagination and the service efficiency is high. This is more than just a three-star hotel. It is a very modern and new hotel. I have stayed at these three hotels in California. If I choose again, I will definitely stay here again. The lobby is very modern and has a landmark There are lights, there is a monster welcome at 5 o'clock, there is a fire place on the third floor, there is an observation deck where you can watch the fireworks at 9:30, a swimming pool and a water park, and if you choose the premium view window, you can also see the park area. When you open the door, there are signs welcoming you and music to relax you and make the day's journey worth it. It’s very cozy inside and the murals are definitely better in person than in the pictures.

Disneyland Hotel is always a magical place to stay like all the other Disney Parks hotels my family has stayed at. Front Lobby staff always make things so easy and they’re always so welcoming and accommodating. One thing I wanted to point out was one staffer who clearly just works there expecting tips. Edward Chavez helped my family with their bags and not only was rude “I thought you guys were ready, but you’re there just taking pictures” and then expected a tip to the point that he provided his Venmo account to make sure he was compensated. What a blemish in what otherwise is typically a great experience at a Disney Parks hotel.

My favorite place to stay!!! I’ll no longer stay in anywhere else. The convenience of the location, the great deal on booking and how seamless the process was…absolutely great!
