I was very satisfied with my stay this time. All the facilities in the room were functional, the air conditioning cooled properly, and the shower had a consistent water flow. The cleanliness looked good; the bed sheets and duvet covers had no strange odors, and there was no trash on the floor. Nora, a staff member, had a great service attitude and patiently answered all my questions. The surrounding environment was quiet. Overall, there were no annoying small issues, and the value for money was excellent. It's a very suitable place to stay when you're traveling.

The room itself meets five-star standards, consistent with other Hilton properties, and the hardware is quite good. However, there are a few issues: first, the curtains don't block out light effectively; second, there are no individual wall lamps by the bed; and third, the bedding is incredibly thick – both the mattress and duvet are so thick that I woke up sweating in the middle of the night. On the service side, everything else was generally fine, but a minor point is that the slippers were really low quality. I'd suggest improving those.

The location is super convenient! It's about a 15-18 minute walk to nearby Urumqi Road and Anfu Road. The hotel lobby is grand, and the room layout is well-designed with pleasant color schemes. Breakfast is also great, especially the特色葱油面 (special scallion oil noodles). It only took about 10 minutes by taxi to get to Jing'an Kerry Centre. This hotel is really convenient if you're exploring the area.

We arrived at the hotel with the whole family bright and early, before 10 AM, way ahead of the standard check-in time. I fully expected to be stuck waiting in the lobby, but then Ken, at the front desk, spotted us right away and immediately got up from his station. He's got glasses, looks smart and handsome, and his smile is just infectious. Without a word, he started typing away on his computer: “It's not easy traveling with a little one, and a room just became available, so I can get you checked in right now!” What was even better was how he knelt down to eye level with my child and started pointing out the view outside the window, entertaining them. Once we got into the room, the view was absolutely stunning! My kid was clapping with excitement. Later, we tried the breakfast buffet, and the freshly cooked noodles and fresh fruit were a big hit with the little one. The hotel's location is also fantastic – just a short walk to the subway station, making it super easy to get around with kids. Started with the good looks, stayed for the amazing personality. This hotel is near the Zhangjiang Science Hall, so it is the most convient hotel if you have any activities there. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast provides lots of options. One thing I want to point out: although the room is equipped with many intelligent things. For instance, toilet is intelligent, I do not really understand the design. As you can see from the attached gif, when you approach the toilet, the lid lifts automatically, which is great. However, the toilet seat also lifts. Is it designed only considering how males use it? And in addition, there are many males sit to use the toilet instead of standing. This is a very funny design, and I have to push down the toilet seat everytime to use it, which does not help with the life but create lots of troubles.

This hotel is a perfect 10 for families with kids, I have to give it a glowing review! The room is spacious, with an open layout that feels airy and not at all cramped. The super-sized, soft bed was incredibly comfortable and ensured a peaceful sleep. The entire room boasts an elegant new Chinese-style decor, with floor-to-ceiling windows leading to an outdoor balcony. In the bottom right corner, there's a private bathtub – perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. The whole place was impeccably clean, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The afternoon tea was both beautiful and delicious, far exceeding our expectations. It came in individual little boxes, filled with various sweets and savories, paired with refreshing specialty drinks. The presentation was exquisite and thoughtful, not at all perfunctory, and the sweetness was just right, not cloying. It was a delightful experience for the adults, and very photogenic too! The hotel package even included access to fun activities! My child spent the whole afternoon playing basketball machines and riding the mini-train, completely burning off all their energy. The equipment was clean and safe, and we didn't have to spend extra money looking for places to entertain the kids – a true blessing for families with little ones. The overall service was gentle and attentive. They truly nailed everything: the room, the food, and the kids' activities, allowing us to relax and enjoy family time without any hassle. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next family trip!

I chose this hotel near a scenic spot for my business trip. On the first day, I was assigned a room on what they called the first floor, which was very dark. I asked to switch rooms, especially since there were basic twin rooms available on floors 1-3. The two women at the front desk that day were just okay, especially since one of them assigned me to a room that was both far away and unsatisfactory. Then I discovered I'd overpaid through Trip.com! It was several hundred yuan more expensive than other agency portals listed on Amap. I could have booked a room with breakfast included for 699 yuan a day in advance. But when I booked through Trip.com in advance, that 699 yuan package option wasn't even available, and the general price was higher than on Amap. I ended up paying over 900 yuan for a room without breakfast and was forced to take an unnecessary photo. Trip.com only had these impractical options. I later upgraded to a room with a balcony. The room type they were originally going to give me on the first day felt like a basement! What truly stood out were the two male staff members who were on duty when I returned to the hotel at night, Alex and his colleague. Both of them were waiting for guests at the main entrance every evening, showing real dedication to service. Honestly, Alex was the only one in the entire hotel who had the five-star service attitude one would expect. Everyone else was just okay; perhaps hotels that are more business-oriented have higher service standards. In any case, Alex flexibly accommodated my subsequent requests within his authority. So, I paid for the second night myself, and I had a very long, quiet sleep. I haven't slept that well in a long time. If I didn't have to leave in the afternoon, I would have loved to sleep through this rainy day. I also participated in an activity where you get a small gift if you get 20 likes on a social media post, which turned out to be just a small cardholder. 😹
