Holiday Inn Hotels in Shanghai

This was my second stay here, and the front desk staff, especially one young man, was incredibly helpful. He assisted us with changing rooms, which was a huge relief for our large family group. He also smoothly arranged a late check-out for us, and even helped print my child's holiday homework – a huge thumbs-up for that! The housekeeping auntie was also very kind and attentive. Honestly, they went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. Definitely a highly recommended place to stay!

The room was spotless, and the location was super convenient – everything you need, from food to transport, was right there. Nanjing Road is just downstairs, perfect for an evening stroll after dinner. The breakfast spread was fantastic! Every staff member, from the restaurant to customer service and the front desk, was incredibly attentive, responsible, and thoughtful. A big thank you to them; I had a wonderful stay. I'll definitely choose this Holiday Inn again when I'm back in Shanghai. You really can't go wrong with an InterContinental Hotels Group property.

A very comfortable place to stay for a layover or before an early flight. The room was facing the runways but I had no problem with noise. The WiFi was great and there were English news channels as well as many Chinese channels. I did not try the breakfast buffet but there are many restaurants and a 7-11 directly outside the hotel entrance and many more restaurants in the passage between the terminals or inside the terminals. There are also massage places and a currency exchange kiosk very near. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I have stayed at the other connected hotel many times and it is cheaper but the last few years the WiFi was unusably slow, so I think this hotel is both nicer and better for not much more money. I will stay here again on my next visit!

Facilities: The hotel is very new and recently renovated, with a great ambiance. As an IHG property, it definitely lives up to its price. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: It's very close to the commercial district, making dining and transportation extremely convenient. Service: Excellent.

Xiao Xu at the front desk provided absolutely excellent service (they really deserve a promotion and a raise!). They were incredibly responsive to all requests. The room was spacious and the facilities, even though a bit old, were still good. Overall, it's amazing value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again. Just a minor note: the lock on room 1922 is broken and needs to be repaired.

The Holiday Inn Express Shanghai Jing'an was absolutely our 'happy home away from home' during this trip! The transportation is unbeatable, being just 500 meters from Shanghai Railway Station. The room was spotless, the facilities were brand new, and the breakfast spread was plentiful. A special shout-out goes to Kiki at the front desk for her thoughtful and smooth check-in process. And Niu Niu in the breakfast restaurant always made sure our dietary preferences were looked after. What touched us the most was the concierge team, who helped us print a thick stack of our child's homework, really saving the day! With such warm and attentive service, this will definitely be our top choice for our next visit to Shanghai!

InterContinental Holiday Inn Resort is absolutely fantastic! The free shuttle bus goes directly to Disneyland, making getting around super convenient. The rooms are brand new and clean, with all the latest smart amenities and comfortable bedding. The service is warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The kids loved the children's play area. It's definitely the top choice for a Disneyland vacation!

This hotel was incredibly convenient, just 200 meters from the company where my conference was held! The environment was also very pleasant. The hotel breakfast was excellent, offering both Chinese and Western options! I'll definitely book this hotel again next time.

A completely worry-free stay from check-in to check-out. The front desk was very efficient, thanks Molly! The room was quiet and clean, with an elegant ambiance, and the hallway smelled lovely. The room layout was well-designed, and the service was attentive, making for a superb stay! Since the hotel is close to home, all my relatives and friends stay here when they visit. We'll keep coming back, and it's also very close to Disneyland.

This hotel is quite good for both business trips and leisure vacations. It's conveniently located with excellent transportation links, and the service is pretty good too. Roman at check-in even gave me a free room upgrade, which was a nice touch and made for a great experience.
