Arrived at 2 AM, and the location was super easy to find! The front desk offers 24-hour check-in. Even with jet lag, I fell asleep instantly because the bedding was incredibly comfortable! The room was also very quiet and clean! A lifesaver for late-night flights!

The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Wang, was excellent. My dad had a leg injury, and she arranged a lower-floor room for us. The next day, she even checked in to see if we needed any further assistance. This level of care, going above and beyond, was truly memorable!

The atmosphere was relaxed yet lively, and the food selection far exceeded my expectations. There was a wonderful spread of fresh and juicy fruits, delicate and delicious desserts, hot and flavorful snacks, and refreshing drinks – everything was incredibly tasty and satisfying. The interactive games were also a lot of fun, and playing with everyone made me feel completely at home, banishing any sense of loneliness from traveling solo. As always, the hotel's service was thoughtful and attentive. Everything from the event guidance to the food replenishment was perfectly arranged. The facilities were clean and comfortable, making for an absolutely fantastic overall experience. You can really feel the hotel's dedication to its member events. This was a truly memorable stay, and I'll definitely be back!

The hotel's location is good and offers great value for money. Check-in at the front desk was a bit slow, but the staff were very friendly and gave us a free upgrade to a room that was pre-reserved. The room felt a bit old, but the facilities were well-maintained. However, the windows were sealed, and the central air conditioning wasn't on during the May Day holiday! The room was very hot. We called guest services, and they sent up a fan, but it didn't do much. When we asked for another one, they made various excuses. In the end, we had to sleep with the door open...

The hotel is very convenient, located close to the subway station, about a 5-6 minute walk away. There are many great restaurants nearby. The front desk service was quick and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. On the day of my departure, I had an evening flight, and the hotel kindly allowed for a late check-out.

The hotel is relatively new, and overall, my stay was quite comfortable. The location is especially fantastic, right across from Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. If it's your first time in Shanghai, staying here is an excellent choice. When checking in, the front desk staff was very patient and helpful in explaining the room types. I chose this hotel for a business trip to Shanghai. The location is excellent, mainly because it's very close to where I needed to go; I could reach the subway in 5 minutes. There's also a large shopping mall downstairs, so I found everything I wanted to buy and eat. The hotel lobby even has a convenience store and a Costa Coffee, so I could get things without even leaving the building. The room was spacious, and the bed was huge. The newly renovated style leans towards practicality, and the whole place was very clean. They offer both soft and firm pillow options, and since I prefer a firm pillow, I didn't need to call down for a buckwheat one. Breakfast is served on the top floor and is very rich. The freshly made noodles and toppings were authentically Shanghai and delicious. There were also various hot and cold dishes to choose from.

A 4-star hotel in Putuo Jing'an, located on Changshou Road. The location is decent. After checking in, I could use the gym for free, and there was also a laundry room. When I first got to my room, it had a bit of an odor. I asked the front desk, and Melody kindly upgraded me to another room for free. I had a very comfortable and satisfying stay.

I booked this hotel for my sisters visiting from abroad, as it's an international establishment. They were very pleased with their stay; both the facilities and service were excellent. This will definitely be our preferred hotel for all future visits. The hotel is located in a bustling area of the old town, with street food and shopping right outside, making it incredibly convenient.
