I've always trusted the Holiday Inn brand, and this stay at the Holiday Inn on Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street truly impressed me with Ella's warm service during check-in. Not only was she professional and efficient, but she also proactively helped me fill out addresses for my shopping, which made me feel right at home. The room's view overlooks Nanjing Road, and with the first lanterns lit, it's a beautiful, bustling sight. The room itself was cozy, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. It's definitely a place worth returning to.

I booked this hotel for my sisters visiting from abroad, as it's an international establishment. They were very pleased with their stay; both the facilities and service were excellent. This will definitely be our preferred hotel for all future visits. The hotel is located in a bustling area of the old town, with street food and shopping right outside, making it incredibly convenient.

This is a great hotel. I stayed here before my trip and had a wonderful experience. It's also my first choice when I land at Pudong. A big thank you to Lilian at the front desk, and to the concierge, Mr. Wang Pengfei, and the other gentleman who was on duty with him that day, Mr. Peng...? (Just realized I didn't get a clear shot of his name tag, my apologies... I've attached a picture hoping his fingernail might identify him?) Anyway, once again, every staff member was excellent! The only downside was the low water pressure in the shower.

Facilities: Fully equipped, including both a washing machine and a dryer. Hygiene: Spotlessly clean and comfortable, ensuring a worry-free stay. Environment: Elegant and cozy surroundings with convenient transportation. Highly recommend, as there are supermarkets, commercial centers, and plazas nearby. Service: Excellent service attitude, warm and meticulous! The Gubei Golden Bridge Apita supermarket and mall, with its Japanese cuisine and anime theme, offers incredibly warm, thoughtful, and polite service. There are tons of coffee shops, and the hotel breakfast is varied and plentiful. Many expats and Japanese guests stay here. It's my preferred choice for business trips due to its proximity to my company. The housekeeping staff are warm and friendly, and the front desk staff are professional and have an excellent service attitude. Our Japanese clients all love this hotel. The front desk staff seamlessly switch between Japanese and English. A big thank you to MAX and Mr. Richard for their enthusiastic help. See you next time!

I had an early morning flight today and didn't have time for breakfast. Xiao Wang at the front desk told me I could take a packed meal to go. Traveling solo to clear my head, I unexpectedly found a lot of warmth during this stay. A big thank you to Betty, who truly made me feel right at home. She was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, even asking if I drove when I checked in and helping me register my license plate, which saved me a lot of hassle. She also paid attention to my feelings, asking if I was satisfied with the room and proactively inquiring if I had any needs regarding my stay, helping me wherever she could. These small details were genuinely heartwarming. Even though this hotel has been open for a few years, the room facilities are well-maintained, the view is great, and I also got to experience the unique swimming pool. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. I was thoroughly satisfied in every aspect. Next time I'm in Shanghai, I will definitely come back to stay here!

The room had excellent natural light and superb soundproofing—peaceful and quiet throughout the night, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The bathroom was fully equipped with ample hot water and high-quality toiletries, reflecting attention to even the smallest details. The hotel’s overall ambiance is elegant and serene, with well-maintained public areas. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious dishes. Staff members were always attentive, responding promptly and genuinely to any needs, never giving the impression of perfunctory service. Whether for leisure travel or business trips, this hotel is an ideal choice. It stands out not only for its excellent facilities but especially for its thoughtful, human-centered care. After a long journey, experiencing such a soothing and comforting stay was deeply refreshing. The Holiday Inn Shanghai Dishui Lake is perfectly situated on the west side of Dishui Lake in Lingang. From the east-facing rooms, you can enjoy park views and see the twin China Bank towers. There's a bit of road noise from traffic on the street. The underground parking facilities are a bit dated, but the service is excellent and breakfast is good. It wasn't too crowded on Tuesday and Wednesday during the week. We received a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe twin room, and the welcome fruit and drink vouchers were a nice touch. Overall, it was a very good stay.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Shanghai Jing'an for one week as a family with two children, and we had an amazing experience. We booked the 2 King Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money. What impressed us most was the outstanding service. Every team member was friendly, professional, and eager to help. A special thank you goes to the team on the 5th floor, who made our stay even more enjoyable with their exceptional hospitality. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. It offered everything you would expect from a continental breakfast and much more. There was a great variety of fresh food prepared right in front of guests, making breakfast a real experience rather than just a meal. We also tried the hotel's restaurant and ordered room service several times. The food quality was excellent, and everything was delivered promptly and professionally. Another great advantage for families is the children's playground on the 3rd floor. Our kids loved spending time there, and we appreciated being able to let them play under supervision while we sat in the nearby lounge area and got some work done. This was a fantastic feature that made our stay much more relaxing. The reception team went above and beyond to help us with many things during our visit, including restaurant reservations, sending packages to friends, providing recommendations on what to do in Shanghai, and sharing helpful local tips. Their support made exploring the city much easier and more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient. There is a shopping mall directly across the street with plenty of great local dining options, and the hotel is located close to the train station, making it easy to get around the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to families visiting Shanghai. The combination of excellent service, comfortable rooms, great food, family-friendly facilities, and outstanding value for money makes it an excellent choice. As an added bonus, a premium DiDi ride to The Bund costs only around €4 to €5, making it easy and affordable to reach one of Shanghai's most famous attractions.
