The hotel lobby is grand and impressive, with exquisite and clean decor. The floors are impeccably polished and gleaming, and the public areas feature a sophisticated yet comfortable setup, exuding quality in every detail. The room offers a fantastic view, and the check-in process was entirely seamless. The service is warm without being intrusive, perfectly catering to the needs of business travel. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area.

I really have to commend Tristan at the front desk. I had a very unpleasant experience during check-in, and I was feeling quite upset. But because of the wonderful Tristan, a very lovely lady, who was gentle, attentive, and had such a kind attitude, what was originally a very frustrating situation became much more bearable thanks to her comforting words. I could truly feel that she genuinely cares about the guests, and she was both professional and empathetic. Many thanks to Tristan. Because of her, for all my future stays in Shanghai, I will only choose Marriott Executive Apartments.

We went to Disneyland in the summer, and it was too hot during the day, so we looked for a hotel with a pool. Marriott was recommended as a Disney partner hotel. However, upon checking in, it felt completely like a business hotel. Most of the rooms were booked by business teams. The kids' playroom was tiny and had a damp smell, which put off the children. The pool was decent, but it's operated by a third party. When we came back from Disneyland at night, carrying our sleeping child, there was no doorman to help open the door. The area around the hotel was full of hospitals. At breakfast, I overheard someone talking about ”something not being ready yet, better wear a mask just in case”... The room itself was very spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows that provided excellent natural light. It was perfect for attending online classes during the day. The breakfast buffet was quite ordinary.

It was pretty good. The room was a bit small but had everything we needed. They saw we had a child and sent a small gift, thanks to the lady at the front desk for her service. My child needed formula, and the cleaning staff brought two bottles of water, which was thoughtful and kind. P.S. There's a current event at Daning Park, and we could see the fountain from our room window, so we didn't have to go out in the heat to see it.

Staying at this newly opened hotel was a pleasant surprise—there was no pungent smell from fresh renovations as I had expected. The overall ambiance is very comfortable, and the staff are calm and professional, making communication smooth and hassle-free whenever issues arise. The rooms are spacious and quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay without any noise. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area!
