The room was spotless, not a speck of dust in any corner; the overall cleanliness was really reassuring. Traveling with children, I prioritize family-friendly amenities, and this hotel was exceptionally well-equipped – my little one had a blast. The hotel environment was incredibly quiet, with no noise at all, ensuring excellent rest. The overall service was meticulous and thoughtful; I couldn't find fault with either the room comfort or the amenities. I genuinely feel this stay was incredibly worthwhile. It's an ideal choice whether you're traveling for business or just on a short leisure trip. The hotel's design beautifully incorporates the Pearl River sail-boat theme, with a spacious lobby that exudes a wonderful artistic vibe. The moment you step in, the exclusive aromatherapy scent instantly relaxes you, setting a great tone for your experience. Coincidentally, my check-in day was my anniversary, and the hotel thoughtfully upgraded me to an open-plan suite free of charge – a truly pleasant surprise! The room itself was incredibly spacious and bright, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering fantastic views. The smart home features were user-friendly, and I appreciated the Byredo toiletries. The bed linens were wonderfully soft, and the soundproofing in the room was exceptional, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. A special thanks to the staff members who made my stay even better: Alfreda provided patient and thorough service, Chris from the concierge proactively helped with my luggage, and Jessica at the front desk was very efficient, quickly and properly handling all my requests. The hotel even decorated the room simply for my anniversary and printed a personalized cartoon portrait, adding a truly heartwarming touch. Amenities include a heated swimming pool and a 24-hour gym. The location is excellent, right next to Guozhan Metro Station, making it super convenient to get to the exhibition center or for cross-border travel. The quality of the facilities is superb, and the service pays great attention to detail, making it excellent value for money overall. When I return to Shenzhen, I will definitely choose this hotel again – I highly recommend it! Having stayed in many high-end hotels, it's rare to find one that so perfectly balances a sense of occasion with truly thoughtful service. There were no generic, by-the-book greetings; every thoughtful arrangement felt genuinely heartfelt. This anniversary memory became even more unforgettable thanks to this hotel.

Facilities: InterContinental's hardware never disappoints. It keeps up with the times, constantly upgrading its amenities. Within the hotel, you have everything you need without stepping out: entertainment, a gym, swimming, games, and dining. Hygiene: Despite being an InterContinental hotel by the sea, there was absolutely no musty smell in the room, which was a pleasant surprise. Every corner of the room was spotlessly clean, and the toiletries were neatly arranged. Buffet: Both breakfast and dinner offered a wide array of choices, all delicious. Dinner and photo shoots need to be booked in advance. Service: What truly impressed me this time was the service. I've always felt that InterContinental's resort hotels generally offer better service than their city counterparts. Before check-in, they called to confirm my arrival and asked about any needs, which they tried their best to accommodate. The guest relations manager, in particular, proactively contacted me to inquire about any special requests. Upon learning I was a member, they thoughtfully arranged a room upgrade when available, which I'm incredibly grateful for. I was extremely satisfied.
