Amazing
AAnonymous UserWhat's good: The hotel's ambiance has a Balinese style, emphasizing wood and brown tones. We chose the highest room type, and it was excellent. The room was clean and well-equipped with kitchen appliances, including an electric stove (though it lacked pots, pans, and spatulas, which would be a great addition). There was also a capsule coffee machine, a dining table, and a Jacuzzi. Most importantly, the bed was incredibly soft. Areas for improvement: I had a 20-inch suitcase, a large bag, and a small bag, and no staff came out to help from the parking lot, even though three employees were watching from the counter. There wasn't even a ”hello, welcome” greeting. The welcome drink tray was just left on the counter and wasn't brought to my partner, who was waiting. The hotel requested a 1000 baht cash deposit, but I didn't have cash, as this wasn't mentioned in the booking details. So, they took my ID card instead. I asked the staff if I could check out late, no later than 1 PM. They said the room was available but would charge an additional 200 baht. The room we stayed in cost 3,700 baht (for two people), excluding breakfast. Considering the location (right next to the road, so you can hear traffic at night), the price felt a bit high. However, I decided to pay because the hotel looked interesting. I've stayed at many hotels, and if late check-out before 1 PM is allowed, they usually don't charge extra. It would be great if the hotel had a better service mind. Please improve the service from the front desk.

GGarrikAmazing stay at a brand-new hostel! Everything was perfect! The hostel is brand new with friendly staff. The beds are cozy with big soft blankets, and the new towels are amazing. There are two A/Cs per room, keeping the temperature very comfortable. I also loved the convenient lockers for luggage and shoes. Great location with many cafes and massage shops nearby. Deposit 500 bat upon arrival. There’s a nice chill-out area with a stunning view of the Big Buddha. They also have a modern laundry, a small cafe, and motobike rentals on-site. The only minor thing is the lack of a water heater, but in the heat, the cool water was actually very refreshing. Highly recommended!

DDMITRIEVA TatianaGreat location, on a quiet street, but close to everything. Night Market and Smart Bus are 5-7 minutes away, 7/11 is 5 minutes away, and the sea is a 15-minute leisurely walk. Taxi access is easy, and there's plenty of bike parking. The staff is wonderful, very nice, willing to help with anything. They clean constantly, so it's always clean! It's important to know it's quiet at night! The room has a refrigerator and a TV with Netflix, and you can find movies with Russian dubbing. Towels are fresh and changed daily, water is brought daily, bed linens are fresh, and the air conditioning works. Disposable brushes, hats, and a razor are all included, and a beach bag is in the closet. Tea, coffee, and cookies are available in the reception area. I definitely recommend it.

DDilara BadrovaThis hotel has an interesting concept. We stayed in a large, spacious studio with a sofa and a bed. On the ground floor, there's a communal kitchen with dishes, where coffee, tea, and water are provided for free. There's also a shared washing machine. The staff were lovely and friendly. We stayed for 2 nights and didn't have any housekeeping. The mattress was very comfortable. A tuk-tuk runs from the hotel every hour, but it's only free once a day, after that, each ride costs 100 baht. The pool and lounge area are beautiful.

GGuest UserThe accommodation is very new and clean. There are plenty of pillows, and they smell great. It's conveniently located near the bus terminal, and you can take a direct bus from the airport. It's also in the city center with lots of food options. Entry is via a keypad code, making check-in and check-out easy. I should mention that there's no elevator. The bathroom isn't spacious, but it's well-designed with a separate wet and dry area. The water pressure is strong, and it's comfortably warm. Amenities include a hairdryer, safe, fridge, and TV, all exactly as advertised.

MMi_HaJust next to the bus terminal 2, convenient if taking an early bus or arriving too late in the evening. At the lobby there were always instant coffee, milo, biscuits and many times bananas. Also there is water dispenser with cold and hot water. The downside was the stains on the bath towels and lack of hacks to put the clothing.

NNatalie KaThe apartment was freshly renovated. The bedrooms are upstairs, and the soundproofing is good. One of the bedrooms has no windows, which is perfect for those who love complete silence and darkness. If needed, you could also accommodate someone on the ground floor. We were disappointed that the stove we were expecting wasn't working. It's in the hotel's photos, but there's a sign on it saying it can't be used as the apartment is for sale, and it's just there for demonstration. Dining utensils are provided. Cleaning is every two days with towel changes, and water is replenished. The hotel is a 10-15 minute drive from Bang Tao Beach, or about 45 minutes on foot. We specifically wanted to walk a lot each day, so we often walked. About a third of the walk is along the roadside, which is dusty and narrow. The rest of the walk to the beach is through the pleasant Laguna area. Bang Tao Beach is excellent, one of the best in Phuket. It wouldn't be convenient to walk the entire way with small children. The hotel offers a one-way transfer to Boat Avenue or Bang Tao Beach from 9 AM to 3 PM. It might be possible to arrange for them to pick you up from the beach if you arrive precisely at their scheduled pickup time. Taxis cost 200-240 baht one way, but you can order motorbikes, which are cheaper for 1-2 people. A downside is the construction next to the hotel, which you can see in the attached photos. It definitely detracts from the overall impression. However, it bothered us very little as our windows faced entirely the other side, towards the golf course. The view from the room was beautiful. The pool is small, but it was still pleasant to use sometimes. There are no shops right next to the hotel, so you need to buy groceries in advance. The nearest shop is a 10-15 minute walk along the roadside (or a few minutes by car). It mainly sells Russian food (ready meals, prepared dishes, groceries, drinks – a small but good selection). Nearby, there's an area with a playground, kindergarten, cafes, restaurants, and beauty salons, but we preferred those further away, in the Villa Market and Boat Avenue area. The nearest supermarkets are Villa Market, Tops, and 7-Eleven. Among the restaurants nearby, I recommend Tawai – it offers more refined Thai cuisine with restaurant-style presentation and a mid-range price. A much cheaper option nearby for locals is La Ong Dao Restaurant – it’s simpler, much more affordable, like a canteen, but tasty and safe. In the same area, there are, in my opinion, two of the best Night Markets: on Fridays near Villa Market and on Saturdays near Saii hotel. At the night markets, you can eat delicious food and buy fruits and souvenirs. You can also stroll in the park with lakes and monitor lizards – entry is through Opened Kitchen. Overall, the Bang Tao area is quiet, considered more expensive than others, but it depends on where you stay and eat. You can easily find everything there, even on a moderate budget. On the beach itself, we liked Smigo and Yuuhi beach clubs the most. Enjoy your stay!

GGuest UserSo far, this is the best hotel I've stayed at in Patong in January 2026, and the first hotel I've wanted to return to. Pros: Convenient location, very clean, room includes a kettle, 2 cups, 1 teaspoon, coffee bags, 2 bottles of water, shampoo, and shower gel. The shower curtain in the bathroom is a real hit! Water doesn't spill onto the floor; it stays in the bathtub. Yes, there's a bathtub in the bathroom! Cons: The elevator was out of order on January 22-23, 2026. There were renovations going on, and no one warned us about them. We had to walk up to the 3rd floor. The porter told me I was on the 2nd floor and immediately took me up to the 3rd floor, apologizing. The curtain wasn't hung on all the hooks, but that's a minor detail. Overall, it's still a 9/10.

MMadi_TravelsWhat an incredible hotel. While it is a little ways out of Old Phuket Town, it's only about 10 minutes by car, and super easy to get a car through Grab. It had stunning views, amazing service, and we got fresh towels and soaps every day from the friendly staff. The balcony hammock nets are only available with the superior rooms, but it is so worth the extra cost. There's a cafe and tons of space to lounge. I would absolutely stay here again.
