OOriginutThe location of the accommodation is good, in the city, easy to travel anywhere. Nearby there is a very delicious fish noodle shop. The room is loft style, but there is no elevator. The room is clean according to the standard. The air conditioner is noisy when working. Overall, it's okay.

GGuest UserWe had a great stay at this hotel. The facilities were really good and well-maintained, which made our time there very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, which made us feel very welcome. The location is also a big plus—it was really easy for us to get to many of Hat Yai’s famous places.
There wasn’t anything bad during our stay, but we did notice that the floors were a bit too clean—so clean that they got a little slippery when we wore socks. Just something to be careful about.
Overall, we were really happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hat Yai.

GGuest UserThis place is well maintained in a leafy surroundings with excellent hosts. An in-house kitchen serves local delicacies and staff go way out of their way to help guests. Rooms r as described in photos and aircon worked.
Biggest downside for this place is location which is in a rough suburb infested with rabid dogs on street. These r not just one or two but tens of them pouncing on people walking / riding.
Getting a grab is also difficult from here as address is a bit ambiguous. Roads leading to this location flood during heave rains so be careful and reach there well before it gets dark. Good for a short getaway but not if u want city conveniences or relying on public transport.

AAmin-SHI recently stayed at this wonderful hotel near Prince of Songkla University Hat Yai and had an excellent experience. The hotel is impeccably clean and offers a high level of comfort, making it easy to relax and unwind. The staff are exceptionally nice and go out of their way to ensure guests feel welcome and well taken care of.
The location is fantastic, with Sri Trang Market nearby. This market is a gem, offering a wide variety of affordable options, from delicious street food to unique local products. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

傑傑特The location of Hatyai Merridian Hotel is excellent — very convenient and close to nearby attractions, which made getting around easy. However, the overall experience could have been better.
The cleanliness of the room was just okay, and there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of upkeep and attention to detail. The service was average as well — staff were helpful when approached, but not very proactive. The facilities were basic and functional, but nothing special.
Overall, it’s a decent place for a short stay if you prioritize location, but there’s room to improve in cleanliness, service, and facilities.

Toilet asing (ada hot water) ada 3 rooms tapi tk full means nk guna tu sentiasa available n cuma tk privacy sikit bilik nk jln dri toilet ke bilik so bawak tudung n kain extra okey girl. Towel, cawan n mineral water disediakan. I ambik bilik female private with access card dpt tingkat 1. Tempat pun dekat dgn tempat bus (seminit je jln). Nk ke kaitod decha, lee garden, kim yong market, 7e, watsons pun jln kaki 2-3 minit je. N plus paling suka owner bagi check in awal pukul 830 am gituh.. cuma iron tktau disediakan ke sbb kita bawak iron sendiri n ruang nk iron ada meja attached dekat corner kecil (ruang meja terhad tpi ada). Ada 2 plug thailand berdekatan katil ( owner ada jual plug converter). Bilik sejuk ada aircond but bilik tk soundproof. Recommended for solo traveller.

VVasinee__The building was good , the room was OK in standard. But reception wasn't nice and not friendly at all. I asked for one extra towel and I had to paid money for it. Reception was not in the mood to service. Very lazy. She took my ID card to register my stay and didn't return it to me. Till 2 hours later when I came down to the lobby. At least she should have informed to return it to me. And security was also lazy to service at the carpark. When I drove the car in he didn't even move to check the car who's in or out.
