We had a wonderful experience staying here. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. Even though we checked in at midnight, she greeted us with a warm smile. She provided everything we needed, and the place was spotless—far beyond our expectations. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended! Thank you for everything.

The hotel room wasn't very spacious, but its proximity to the airport was a huge plus. It's just a ten-minute drive away. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, but make sure to book in advance, as it can get fully booked. There are also many restaurants nearby, making the location excellent. With the SkyTrain and various bus routes close by, it's a very convenient hotel. They offer breakfast; although the selection isn't huge, it's enough to fill you up, and there's free-flowing coffee and hot chocolate, which is a nice touch. The rooms also come with a microwave, so you can bring food back to eat. Overall, it's a good hotel.

It was my second time staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and tried their best to arrange an early check-in for me even though it was only about 30 -40 minutes earlier than the official check-in time. Ryan and the manager were both very helpful. The housekeeping staff were also super friendly. I accidentally went to the wrong building and they kindly helped me out. The hotel was clean and tidy as usual. However, there are two things I need to complain about. First, the TVs in the room were still logged into the previous guests Netflix accounts. I couldn’t find a way to log them out so I ended up using their accounts to watch a movie which was a bit weird and concerning. Second, the room door didn’t close properly. I didn’t realize it until I returned to the room a few hours later. I then figured out that you have to pull the door very hard to get it to fully close otherwise people can get into your room without access code.

The boss couple was very enthusiastic and gave many suggestions for nearby sightseeing and dining. It is very friendly to Chinese speakers who are new to the area. There is no language barrier and you can clearly get information about the attractions you want to visit. I also highly recommend the airport pick-up service. If you are arriving on the first day, I strongly recommend making an appointment to save you the trouble of finding a bus to the city. The hotel is clean, and towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. There is also a coffee machine and fruit for you to use. It takes only five minutes to walk to the nearby food court, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and shopping.

Good stay, excellent location for food lovers We had a decent stay at the Days Inn in Richmond. The location is excellent, with plenty of fantastic Asian restaurants nearby. Our room was clean, and having free parking on-site was a huge plus for the Vancouver area. The only downside was the breakfast—the options are quite limited and vary depending on the day. Overall, it’s a solid, convenient place to stay and covers all the basics well.

Very spacious hotel room which is clean and tidy. Hotels with good facilities but I don’t have time to enjoy. Everything was good except the breakfast. Just skip it if you wish to sleep more.

The room was great, complete with a pool, and freshly renovated. It's conveniently located near Costco, a bus stop, and an Asian supermarket. The only downside was a weird, unpleasant smell outside the hotel, which felt like freshly fertilized garden. The large floor-to-ceiling window facing the street offered a distant view of downtown Vancouver's high-rises, perfect for catching sunrises and sunsets.

This hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the airport, and there are tons of great dining options nearby in Richmond. Plus, they offer free parking and the front desk staff are really friendly – some even speak Chinese, which is a nice bonus. While the hotel facilities are definitely a bit dated, the rooms themselves are spotless. It's a fantastic value-for-money option if you need a place to stay overnight during a layover.

For this price in Vancouver, it's really great value for money. It's a guesthouse located in a villa, and it's exceptionally clean. I woke up several times during the night due to jet lag, and there wasn't a single bug in the kitchen or bathroom, which shows how meticulous the host is about cleanliness. The only minor downside was that the bed sagged a bit in the middle. The host was easy to reach via WeChat, which was very convenient. Airport transfers were 30 CAD per trip. If I have a layover in Vancouver again, I'll definitely stay here.
