Richmond Hotels with Breakfast

The hotel is conveniently located 850 meters from the SkyTrain. Breakfast is decent, and the front desk staff are friendly and offer airport shuttle services. There's also a small gym available. Definitely recommended!

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was convenient for transportation. Although the interior was a bit dated, it had many advantages. I recommend it. Facing the Fraser River, the view was pleasant. It was a pity that breakfast wasn't a buffet. Nearby, there's a Costco and a large Chinese supermarket called ”Fengying,” and for dining, there's ”Sea Harbour City.”

The room was spacious and beautiful, with super comfy pillows and a mattress. I love the shampoo, conditioner, and lotions here because they smell so nice. Room also comes with robes and slippers. Although I didn’t get to use them, the pool, hot tub, and gym looked nice. The only thing that would have made my stay better was to have a water filler that provided hot and cold water that I could access on my own. Otherwise, it is a very nice boutique hotel, and that is why we returned.

Really surprised by this hotel. High-IQ, diverse staff (they have many languages covered) that had better service than many 5-stars I have stayed at: #1: I extended my stay through trip.com; normally, this is a comedy of errors: housekeepers knocking in the morning, front desk calling and asking when I'll be leaving, etc. This hotel handled everything perfectly without bothering me. On trip.com, you can make special room requests, but this is the first place that actually followed it automatically! #2: Smart facilities choices: QUIET door closers (this is a bigger deal than people realize; most hotels have cheap auto door closers that slam the doors, so your mornings start with the sound of slamming doors at 6AM.), huge in-room refrigerators (small ones probably cost the same, but are useless for guests), lovely patios looking at the Minoru Park, #3: Great location near a large mall and restaurants. Areas of improvement: Breakfast was quite good, though I wish they had hash browns and they need to refrigerate the cream cheese (it says so on the label); had some bad stomach issues with that or maybe the shared serving utensils. Rooms could just use some touch up paint on the metal door frames and some parts of the walls. It would be fast and easy to have maintenance do one room a day. Finally, the air conditioners (heat pumps) are pretty noisy at times. Bring ear plugs.

The shuttle bus was convenient, running every half hour until 1 AM. Breakfast was quite good for a Canadian hotel, with a relatively wide variety of options. The scrambled eggs with vegetables were particularly delicious. The air conditioning in the room was a bit old and noisy, but luckily, you could manually adjust the fan speed, which was better than another hotel I stayed at since it didn't get too loud in the middle of the night and disturb my sleep.

The building itself is old but the room is tidy, but has no toiletry supply at all so remember to BYO (not even slippers). I was carrying 3 big luggage and a young kid, but no one helped me with the luggage when I checked in, in fact there is only 1 staff at the lobby/concierge which probably explains it. No one had a smile on their face, from front desk to breakfast lounge, the only one who has a more friendly attitude is the chef in the breakfast lounge, but to be fair, no one was rude, just that you can’t say they welcome you to the hotel. So, no, I won’t recommend this place nor I will stay here again. You can probably get better service/facilities with Airbnb.

I've stayed here several times, mainly because of its excellent location. It's super convenient for enjoying food, drinks, and entertainment before heading to the airport. The front desk staff are also great and very friendly. However, both elevators were out of service on the night I checked in... The environment is a bit old and just okay, but the cleanliness is fine.

Environment: The environment is quite good; we got a room with a view of the street outside. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, and gave us various directions.

The room had a fridge and a microwave, which was super convenient! It was clean and tidy, and the little park behind the hotel was nice and quiet. I managed to catch the last shuttle bus, arriving at the hotel at midnight. Breakfast included fruit. I stayed for 6 days in total, and it was definitely the best value for money among the hotels in the area! Plus, there were USB charging ports!

Hotel is convenient located near eatery and airport. Sharon the front desk was extremely helpful to locate my reservation . Trip.com gotten my reservation thr agoda and Sharon spent fair bit of time to trace my agoda booking number. As trip.com booking number is not found in trip.com. Sharon worked extra hour to trace my booking to avoid me to make any payment as couldnt locate trip.com booking. Overall, my stay was plesant and shittle service is good and prompt.
