The cleanliness was superb! The admin Irina was so warm. She speaks English. In case she can't say the exact word, translate app comes in handy. The bathroom is shared to all occupants, but for 3 days, I'd never have to wait for someone just to use the bathroom. The only setback is the lift which can only fit a person and a luggage. Restaurants and 24hrs convenience store is just outside the hotel. There is a functional kitchen with fridge, induction stove, and microwave. I'd come back to this hostel if given the chance.

Stayed for a long time, I didn't expect it to be surprisingly good, cleaner and more comfortable than other four-star hotels in Moscow, unexpected. The toilet is very new and clean, but the room is too small without a window, but the price is nothing to say, very recommended

1. The photo of this hotel's entrance isn't of their hotel; I thought it would be a much grander one, but it's actually quite small. See picture one for details.
2. There's no elevator. My deluxe suite was on the 4th floor, and the waiter helped me carry it up.
3. The receptionist speaks English; he's a young and nice guy.
4. The hotel is located in the city center, next to the Chinatown subway station, which is very convenient. It's two subway stops from the factory. Walking would probably take more than half an hour if you're able to.
5. The buffet breakfast is relatively decent.

Юрий СкобелевA decent, good hotel. It's conveniently located a 5-8 minute walk from Paveletsky railway station and the metro. The mattress was super soft; I just lay down and drifted off to sleep. Breakfast was quite good, though I wish they had juice or compote – only water, tea, and coffee were available.

Guest UserWe are here in Moscow on a business trip. Despite the language barrier, the front desk service was extremely patient and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers.

On the first day, I asked for a lightbulb to be replaced in my room because it had burned out, but the housekeepers didn't pass on the message. The next day, after the room was cleaned, the dishes weren't dried properly. There was only one pillow in the room, I asked for another and they brought one. On the second floor, the ceilings are very low and there are beams with wires showing – it doesn't look very cozy... I understand it's a loft, but those exposed wires make it look like a poorly thought-out renovation. I was staying directly under a tree, so hardly any sunlight got in and it felt gloomy... otherwise, it was fine, but the mattress was very soft.

Guest UserWe stayed in a standard room with a double bed. The room was clean upon check-in, and everything advertised was present. It's conveniently designed as a studio with a kitchen equipped with appliances (stove, microwave, refrigerator) and dishes (pot, pan, and dinnerware). The stay was comfortable. Linen, towel changes, and room cleaning were done on the third day of our stay, which I found perfectly comfortable. The hotel also has a self-service laundry facility, costing 450 rubles for washing and 250 rubles for drying. Nearby, there are various shops (Pyaterochka, VkusVill, Winelab), a beer bar and liquor store, cafes, and more. Spartak metro station is a leisurely 5-minute walk away. We enjoyed our stay.

Guest UserThe hotel's skylight is absolutely beautiful, and the location is super convenient, especially for travelers who want to hit all the major sights – it saves a lot of time for extra rest. You can walk to Red Square from here. The front desk staff was also great, providing excellent service. They even store your luggage for free and bring it downstairs for you, which is really cool. My friends and I had a fantastic few days here.

AkaideshenghuotiyanThis hotel deserves a five-star rating and is reasonably priced. The second-floor rooms are decorated like budget hotels in China, and the mattresses are a perfect balance of firmness and comfort compared to other hotels. King-size rooms offer more space than twin rooms. The front desk is friendly, and there's a water dispenser and disposable cups in the hallway. The location is convenient, not far from Red Square and the metro station. There's also a circus theater nearby, and plenty of street food options nearby.

Guest UserI have mixed feelings about the hotel. On the one hand, it's conveniently located. That's why I chose it. I was traveling alone and arrived in the evening after the airport with two suitcases. I was given a room on the 4th floor. There was no information about this anywhere. There is no elevator. Even for an extra fee, there is no one to carry the suitcases at least up to the next floor. The steps are very slippery. When I was checking out and carrying my suitcases down, I slipped on the stairs and fell with my suitcase. This is very dangerous in such snowy weather. There is nothing on the steps, only tiles. The girl at reception said when I checked in that breakfast was at 7:00. I arrived at 7:15 and they didn't let me in; they told me to wait another 15 minutes. It was unpleasant because I was in a hurry on business, and I had already paid for breakfast when I booked. The food was delicious, lots of choice, buffet style. The room is small, but everything seemed to be there and it was clean. Towels, slippers, toothbrushes, etc., everything is there. You can hear all the neighbors from the other rooms. The doors are very flimsy, and it was even a little scary to sleep at night. There is Wi-Fi. Of all the staff, only the security guard was polite and friendly. It was okay for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't want to stay longer. It feels more like a guesthouse than a hotel. But overall, for this price, it's probably fine.
