3-Star Hotels in Moscow

The cleanliness was superb! The admin Irina was so warm. She speaks English. In case she can't say the exact word, translate app comes in handy. The bathroom is shared to all occupants, but for 3 days, I'd never have to wait for someone just to use the bathroom. The only setback is the lift which can only fit a person and a luggage. Restaurants and 24hrs convenience store is just outside the hotel. There is a functional kitchen with fridge, induction stove, and microwave. I'd come back to this hostel if given the chance.

My experience at this hotel exceeded expectations. The front desk staff was welcoming, the room was beautifully maintained, and the location was perfect. I want to specifically recognize Margarita for going above and beyond, their professionalism and kindness made a huge difference. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

1. The photo of this hotel's entrance isn't of their hotel; I thought it would be a much grander one, but it's actually quite small. See picture one for details. 2. There's no elevator. My deluxe suite was on the 4th floor, and the waiter helped me carry it up. 3. The receptionist speaks English; he's a young and nice guy. 4. The hotel is located in the city center, next to the Chinatown subway station, which is very convenient. It's two subway stops from the factory. Walking would probably take more than half an hour if you're able to. 5. The buffet breakfast is relatively decent.

Excellent location near the Belarusian station, shops and so on. The administrator polite in everything helped. The room is cozy, you can take water freely. The only thing that has darkened the stay is a huge piece of hair on a towel that needs to be wipeed. I recommend to change the cleaner as it is unforgivable, one thing hair on the floor or bed, and here the straight piece wrapped inside the towel is not hygienic and dangerous.

Excellent hotel! Very cozy and clean inside with delicious breakfasts. The staff were lovely and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it to everyone.

I really liked the hotel; the room was excellent and clean, with daily housekeeping. There's a kettle, a fridge, and complimentary water, basically everything you need for convenience. The only downside was the air conditioning; it was incredibly noisy and completely ineffective. We stayed in June, and it was scorching hot, so the AC just couldn't cope. Overall, it's a great hotel, close to the metro, and it was very quiet – no disturbances at all, just perfect.

I'm glad I choose this hotel to end my trip in Russia. The bed is so comfortable and really like the huge window. I have a quiet room and sleep really well. (quite true that also have to depend on your neighbour - next room) as you can sometime hear them. Since I was assigned the last. room so I only have one neighbour.. The registration is a breeze for foreigner. The only problem is if you book single room (duplex) and you are tall I will think you have bit uncomfortable to craw.into.the bed..😅. I'm Asian size and not tall (161cm) I need to craw carefully because two times I hit the wall. 🤣

Facilities: All great, the kitchen is well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: The hotel is opposite the Line 7 subway station. Turn right out of the hotel, then left at the intersection, and you'll see a big 'M' (for Metro) where you can check in. Service: English communication is acceptable. A 10,000 ruble deposit is required, which is returned in an envelope.

We stayed for 2 nights with our child after a long flight, hoping to rest – but that didn't happen on the first night. The standard room turned out to be an 'economy' attic-style room with skylight windows, meaning no blackout. But the main issue was the terrible music noise, apparently from a nearby disco. It was impossible to sleep! Thanks to the staff, they moved us the next day to a quieter room with windows facing the other side of the building and dark curtains. The breakfast was very good, a buffet spread. The proximity to Red Square and the Central Children's Store is definitely a plus.

This hotel deserves a five-star rating and is reasonably priced. The second-floor rooms are decorated like budget hotels in China, and the mattresses are a perfect balance of firmness and comfort compared to other hotels. King-size rooms offer more space than twin rooms. The front desk is friendly, and there's a water dispenser and disposable cups in the hallway. The location is convenient, not far from Red Square and the metro station. There's also a circus theater nearby, and plenty of street food options nearby.
