GGuest UserStayed for two nights.
Had some issue with our hotel room key. The staff were very proactive trying to resolve the issue, but it was only till the 2nd day of our stay that was resolved.
There was no compensation for the incovenience caused as we only had 1 phisical key for 4 ppl.
Having said that, the rest of the service was very nice, would be happy to go back again.

Cleanliness: Can't fault it.
Environment: Loved it, loved it! Especially loved the terrace, and the lobby was great too.
Service: Can't fault it.
The nearby beef soup was delicious, and the streets were fun to explore. The location is excellent. The only minor inconvenience was when I first arrived by public transport and had to drag my suitcase down a small alley, which was a bit of a struggle. Taxis are very convenient though.

Eericcc99This is a fantastic hotel, I absolutely loved it. Honestly, it's the best value hotel I've experienced on my entire Taiwan trip. Hotels in Taipei at the same price (or even more expensive!) don't even offer half the space this one does. Seriously! 😂

WWTZHKThe location is super convenient, just a 2-minute walk across the road from Tainan Station. It's also close to many historical sites like Chihkan Tower, Koxinga's Shrine, Grand Matsu Temple, and more, all within walking distance. It's also easy to travel to surrounding cities and counties from here. The hotel has 7 floors, so it's not too big, which makes it pretty quiet. The windows can be opened for ventilation. At 10 PM, the front desk offers complimentary small pastries, which are worth trying.

The rooms are large and spacious, and each comes with a bathtub. The service was excellent. The room key is a convenient wristband, and they thoughtfully provide complimentary umbrellas for outdoor use.

小小玉菜An absolutely fantastic experience! The accommodation was superb. They offer complimentary drinks and snacks on the ground floor. Every staff member was incredibly friendly! Breakfast was decent. The price was very affordable, offering excellent value for money! I would definitely return. They also have a designated parking lot, and it's free!

GGuest UserI highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Tainan – it's incredible value for money! 👍 The service was warm and attentive, and they even kindly upgraded our room. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. Plus, it's super close to historic old streets, markets, and attractions. I'll definitely be staying here again.

My only minor complaint was that the bathroom floor, especially around the edges, looked yellowish and felt slippery, requiring extra care to prevent slips. More thorough cleaning of this specific area would definitely improve the experience. Despite this, my overall stay was very pleasant.
