GGuest UserStayed for two nights.
Had some issue with our hotel room key. The staff were very proactive trying to resolve the issue, but it was only till the 2nd day of our stay that was resolved.
There was no compensation for the incovenience caused as we only had 1 phisical key for 4 ppl.
Having said that, the rest of the service was very nice, would be happy to go back again.

The nearby beef soup was delicious, and the streets were fun to explore. The location is excellent. The only minor inconvenience was when I first arrived by public transport and had to drag my suitcase down a small alley, which was a bit of a struggle. Taxis are very convenient though.

Eericcc99This is a fantastic hotel, I absolutely loved it. Honestly, it's the best value hotel I've experienced on my entire Taiwan trip. Hotels in Taipei at the same price (or even more expensive!) don't even offer half the space this one does. Seriously! 😂

GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean, with excellent service and facilities. Breakfast was delicious and catered to a wide range of tastes. The beds were especially spacious and comfortable. Definitely worth the money plus a convenient location.

AAnonymous UserThe nightstand had a strong odor that was really pungent and kept wafting into my nose while I was sleeping. I'm guessing it's new, and I hope the hotel can do something to air it out 🤣. Otherwise, the location is excellent, it's clean and tidy, and very convenient for getting around.

KKen 桑Perfect for family trips and family fun, this hotel offers a great outdoor pool and plenty of entertainment options, including some adventurous games. The 7-Eleven on the ground floor adds to the convenience. Service was good as well.

小小玉菜An absolutely fantastic experience! The accommodation was superb. They offer complimentary drinks and snacks on the ground floor. Every staff member was incredibly friendly! Breakfast was decent. The price was very affordable, offering excellent value for money! I would definitely return. They also have a designated parking lot, and it's free!

AAnonymous UserFantastic hotel in a very strategic location. Easy access to Tainan's main attractions. Comfy beds and good air con. Overall outstanding value so I stayed here twice. Amazing views especially at night time from the upper floors. Sadly a pretty average brekky spread with cheap ingredients. Keeping the hot food hot would be a great start before they work on improving the dishes.

GGuest UserThe front desk staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The location is excellent, and the environment is very comfortable, well soundproofed, clean, and cozy. I'd definitely want to come back here again. Highly recommended!
