"The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the overall environment was clean and tidy, making for a very relaxing stay. The front desk staff were very friendly, spoke gently and patiently, and were helpful in answering any questions, which made us feel very at ease. The soundproofing was also good; we weren't really bothered by outside noise at night, allowing us to get a good rest. The location is convenient, and the surrounding amenities are excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay, and I would choose to stay here again if I have the chance."

"The environment is great and the location is good too, about 500 meters from the nearest bus stop, right next to National Cheng Kung University. It's very quiet. The room is large and clean, and all the facilities are new. The service is also excellent. The front desk staff was very friendly and even upgraded us to an executive suite. The travel guide on the second floor is also fantastic, and the snacks are pretty good too."

"The housekeeper had already turned on the air conditioner before arriving, and the room felt very comfortable upon entering. It was very clean and the facilities were very new.
The B&B is located next to the road, but the soundproofing is good, so you can barely hear the passing traffic.
The location is also great, not far from tourist attractions, very convenient 👍🏻"

GGuest UserWe stayed at Avon's Airbnb for three days and had a very pleasant experience. On our first day, Avon and her husband gave us a warm welcome, complete with delicious cake. Avon gave us tons of food recommendations based on our preferences, and we ended up trying over 20 local eateries in Tainan – we only wished we had bigger stomachs!
The room was super clean and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. My husband even wanted to ask Avon where she bought the pillows because he slept so well (he's very particular about beds and pillows, and used to even bring his own when traveling, but Taiwan was too far for that).
Getting around was also very convenient, with so many delicious local snacks nearby; three days just wasn't enough to try everything. We definitely want to stay in Tainan longer if we get the chance again.
A big thank you to Avon and her husband!
Just a small suggestion: a little stool by the door would make putting on shoes much easier when heading out.

GGuest UserA really cool location! We’ve appreciated our stay at Tainan in the 28 Loft. The apartment is clean, trendy and good equipped! The bed was good. For breakfast you can go to the local food court. There’s a Starbucks in walking distance for western breakfast.

AAnonymous UserThe style of the room is what my boyfriend and I like 😭 The atmosphere lighting is very good, and the water part is very special! After washing, there is a moisturizing effect, and I feel that the hair is smooth. If I come to Tainan next time, I will definitely stay again 💖.

GGuest UserSuper spacious and beautiful retro-industrial design room that has everything you need (except tooth brush kit which is the policy in Taiwan). The room was huge and big, comfortable, memory-foam pillows which allowed me to sleep like a baby. The bathroom was big too and good quality shower gel with lovely lotus green tea scent. You can also select different hand-made breakfast everyday. I’d recommend the toast combo and the chicken combo. So delicious. Location right in Hai’an art street, close to so many local sightseeing spots and great late night street food. Shennong street is just opposite side of the road.

EES03Overall experience is great, I arrived early and the counter allowed me to keep my luggage before check-in. The only downside is the location towards public transport, you'll have to walk at least 10 minutes to any bus station. The view in front of the building is good for morning/evening walk along the riverside.

I wanted to take a moment to commend the late shift staff on the 14th. They were extremely helpful and attentive, addressing all my queries with a friendly demeanor. Similarly, the young lady on the day shift was also very welcoming and supportive.
Initially, I was quite upset as I had to wait outside for someone to let me in. Given the intense heat and my struggle to drag my luggage from the train station, it was quite uncomfortable. I later learned that the receptionist had stepped away for a moment, which I understand. Despite the challenging conditions, the staff's positive attitude ultimately made my experience much more pleasant. Thank you for your assistance!

CCHIN JUOur second family trip here was just as delightful as the first. The hotel's facilities were a huge hit with all ages, especially the outdoor adventure equipment, which was incredibly fun! The staff provided exceptional service, and the outdoor adventure instructors were particularly friendly and encouraging, helping us conquer our fears – a truly heartwarming experience. We highly recommend this place! The free admission to Tsengwen Reservoir was also a fantastic bonus. We'll definitely be back!
