Location is top notch,next door is bedding shop, majority local eateries around opens around noon, for breakfast walk further up across main street Room is immaculately clean,plenty of local channels & 2English programmes available on TV, Japanese toilet is available in the double room Especially loves the AC as it’s not facing bed directly There is water dispenser on each level,for beverage/Tea sachets, guest need to get it at the pantry behind reception desk"

"The hotel's overall design blends French retro with modern aesthetics, creating a very stylish and photogenic space in every corner. The staff were friendly and professional, making us feel right at home from the moment we checked in. Our room was clean and comfortable, the bed was soft and provided a great night's sleep, and the quiet, relaxing environment allowed us to fully recover from our travels. The most delightful surprise was the live piano performance during breakfast. Paired with the exquisite and delicious food, it added a wonderful sense of occasion and made our mornings even more enjoyable."

"Staying for one night during a long weekend for $1,800 is indeed a pretty good deal for a business hotel. This time I stayed in room 208. The main pros are that it's clean and the shower head provides really hot water. But!!! The bathroom doesn't have a separate wet and dry area (understandable, as shown in the picture). Even when I tried to squeeze into a 90-degree corner to shower, the drain couldn't cope at all. Water would accumulate significantly before finally draining into the hole under the sink. Luckily, the bath mat hadn't been put down yet, otherwise it would have been soaked. The sink counter is also very short, so water splashes out when you brush your teeth or wash your face, no matter how awkwardly you try to wash up. Next, the mini-fridge had a strong sour smell when opened. It looked clean inside, but the smell was like someone had left their late-night snack in there too long and it wasn't cleaned promptly – it was awful. Then there's the TV. It's great, with lots of new movie options, but the color temperature was completely off. Initially, I thought, with such high ratings and me getting a relatively good deal, maybe I shouldn't be too picky. Later, I realized that the high 'value for money' comments, mentioning cleanliness and tidiness, were based on others paying only $850/night (on weekdays). That pretty much explains the good reviews! Hygiene isn't an issue! But overall, the facilities are seriously subpar. That's all!"

"The overall experience of staying at this hotel was great! The counter staff was friendly and efficient, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable and sleepy. The bathroom has sufficient water pressure, complete equipment and good sound insulation. The breakfast is rich in variety, and the freshly cooked meals are especially delicious. Convenient location, there are MRT stations and business districts nearby. The only small disadvantage is that the elevator peak time needs to wait a little. At this price, the CP value is very high, and the next trip will consider staying again!"

"The hotel's design style is great, and the place is very spacious. The room is also large, the bed is comfortable, and the pillows are good. There's an open-plan bathroom with an island sink and a bathtub for soaking. Everything is perfect, the only thing to complain about is the toilet paper – it's too rough and cheap; if you use too much force, your skin will peel off!!!"

"The environment is great and the location is good too, about 500 meters from the nearest bus stop, right next to National Cheng Kung University. It's very quiet. The room is large and clean, and all the facilities are new. The service is also excellent. The front desk staff was very friendly and even upgraded us to an executive suite. The travel guide on the second floor is also fantastic, and the snacks are pretty good too."

"Tainan is a homestay with a house. The location is good. It is very close to the lively area, but after getting off the bus, you have to turn into the alley for about 2 minutes. The room is also small, and you need to take the stairs upstairs. It will be inconvenient if you bring large luggage. There is a public space to sit, but the boss has his own set of rules. Overall, it feels average, it is a simple place to stay overnight, it is OK to stay for one night, but if you drag large luggage or pursue a sense of space, you may have to consider it."

"Subject: Feedback on Staff Assistance I wanted to take a moment to commend the late shift staff on the 14th. They were extremely helpful and attentive, addressing all my queries with a friendly demeanor. Similarly, the young lady on the day shift was also very welcoming and supportive. Initially, I was quite upset as I had to wait outside for someone to let me in. Given the intense heat and my struggle to drag my luggage from the train station, it was quite uncomfortable. I later learned that the receptionist had stepped away for a moment, which I understand. Despite the challenging conditions, the staff's positive attitude ultimately made my experience much more pleasant. Thank you for your assistance!"
