"Facilities: Loved it, loved it! Cleanliness: Can't fault it. Environment: Loved it, loved it! Especially loved the terrace, and the lobby was great too. Service: Can't fault it. The nearby beef soup was delicious, and the streets were fun to explore. The location is excellent. The only minor inconvenience was when I first arrived by public transport and had to drag my suitcase down a small alley, which was a bit of a struggle. Taxis are very convenient though."

"Lovely experience staying in the Tuscany room with private hot spring. Hotel set in pretty gardens. Good breakfast with loads of choice. Spa ticket included was great - spent several hours there after check-out (towels & swim cap provided, free lockers).  Evening meal was a bit limited - not everything on menu available & not many guests eating there.  Overall, great place. Would recommend. Don’t worry about the reviews that say it’s a bit ‘tired’ - it’s not brand  spanking new but it’s nothing off putting."

"The breakfast is diverse and nutritious, and there are newspapers that can be read very well. There are large TV screens, jacuzzi, and steam bath equipment. The washstand is too old, and the refrigerator functions normally. It is considerate to provide snacks and drinks"

The rooftop family plaza, fishing, and train facilities are all very friendly. The pool has a beautiful night view! The front desk service at the first-floor lobby is also excellent."

"My experience staying at Window Flower Time Tree with my partner was truly wonderful! The location is incredibly convenient, with excellent amenities nearby, making dining and transportation easy. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, providing attentive service from check-in to check-out. The rooms and common areas were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making for a very relaxing stay. The overall atmosphere is perfect for couples—quiet yet warm—a place I'd definitely want to return to!"

"Fantastic hotel in a very strategic location. Easy access to Tainan's main attractions. Comfy beds and good air con. Overall outstanding value so I stayed here twice. Amazing views especially at night time from the upper floors. Sadly a pretty average brekky spread with cheap ingredients. Keeping the hot food hot would be a great start before they work on improving the dishes."

It is also close to popular tourist attractions such as Chihkan Tower, Shennong Street, and the National Museum of Taiwan Literature. Tainan Railway Station is within walking distance, about 800 m away, which makes getting around very convenient. The hotel is very suitable for solo travellers. The room is clean and well-organized, with six people sharing one room separated by curtains, providing good privacy. Both the room and shared bathroom can only be accessed with an access card, ensuring safety and privacy. The shared bathroom is well equipped and even has a Dyson hair dryer, which is a nice surprise. There is a common space where guests can eat their food and relax. The hotel also provides free tea-time snacks and supper from 3 pm to 9 pm, featuring tasty Taiwanese-style food. Additionally, there is a game area where guests can play and socialize. Overall, it’s a comfortable and thoughtful stay, especially for solo travellers."
