"When I booked this on the reservation website, I had no idea it was a motel. I placed a non-refundable order and only received the check-in instructions later, which stated that check-in was only allowed after 8 PM – that's a huge minus. The outdoor pool floor was not clean, and it should be easy to sweep the gravel and dirt from the walkway into the nearby plant area. It's a shame these small details were overlooked! The breakfast was too simple and didn't really match the beautiful accommodation environment. Plus, it came in a takeaway lunch box, which felt a bit odd, even though the sandwich wasn't bad! We did choose a very nice room type, so overall, we were satisfied with the physical facilities."

This is a WOW hotel. Clean spacious rooms. Great location. Impeccable staff: Check-in, room attendant, ride hailing staff and especially their Concierge-Willy-!!!.All above par. And you gotta love their robot delivery:) They also include a free walking tour and it was wonderful!

The service was great, and there's free coffee and biscuits on the first floor. It's right next to the Ten Drum Culture Park, which has an amazing band. It's also very close to the Chimei Museum. The view from the window was decent, and breakfast was good.

This hotel really made me fall in love with it the first time I stayed there. Whether it is the clean and comfortable room, the gentle and friendly service staff, or the rich and delicious breakfast, every detail makes people feel the care. The location is convenient and the transportation is convenient, which is very suitable for both business trips and travel. What I like most is the scenery outside the window.
