Amazing
ВВалерий ИгишевExcellent hotel with stylish room design and very friendly staff, especially Munisa, Diera, and Maftuna. The restaurant staff is amazing (!!!!!), and they serve the best breakfasts in Uzbekistan!!! There's nothing nearby, but with cheap taxis, that's not an issue at all! The room design and the shower itself will impress anyone! I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed!
Yyaogs0626The hotel is located in the heart of Tashkent, right next to Amir Temur Square and the Amir Temur Museum. It's also a convenient 15-minute drive from Tashkent International Airport.
The breakfast was decent. However, there aren't many dining options nearby, just a KFC.
GGuest UserNice staff and excellent breakfast. As everywhere one should not expect a broad variety of diary products, but one is compensated by fresh vegetables and fruits. Rooms are spacious. Heating only by air condition.
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Manor Hotel, which is conveniently located near the Central Railway Station. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel provided a good breakfast selection, featuring local specialties. The self-service coffee machine in the restaurant would be a great addition, helping to reduce waiting times and ease the morning rush on the staff.
Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Although there was a construction site next door, it didn’t cause any disturbance throughout the day. One small drawback was that the beds were quite high, which could be challenging for children or shorter guests to climb onto. It would be helpful if the hotel offered a small step stool in such cases.
We arrived early, around 6 a.m., and appreciated the option for an early check-in at half the usual room rate, which made our arrival much easier.
Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would happily stay at Manor Hotel again!
CChou VinhhongI checked in around 8pm and was greeted by a staff in the evening shift (I did not asked his name). I asked for a SIM card if I could buy in the morning , he said could offer a free just need to top up tomorrow 9am his colleagues will settle. But early morning I was waiting for 9-9:30 there is no one knew about this . I also asked for late check out, he said could extend only til 1pm unless I will need to settle 50% extra and I agreed coz my flight is 22:30pm but in the morning when I came to settle late check out fee, there is again no one know how to do only they said they will check with their manager . I only stayed one night in Tashkent due to my flight need to overnight transit but the team make my stay very unpleasant and not comfortable. Again , I got a friend who come to visit me just 1hr, but the hotel did not allow and that evening staff again , stop my friend and said he can stay inside my room
Only 3mn, if late than 3mn, he will call my room number or even send someone . he said this is hotel rule . Omg . The way he replied and did were so unprofessional and rude and very fiere like I am a criminal . Until I complaint and asked to meet manager couple times , he agreed to let my friend stay only 1hr and needed to pay a tourist fee.
Bad service , not skilled team and I will never ever come back to this hotel again !
HHahabdullahStayed at Ramada and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was polite and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Facilities were good and met expectations, and breakfast was decent with enough variety.
FFU WU CHENExcellent stay and essential support for overland travelers!
”I had a great stay at Medina Town Hotel. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, what impressed me most was the staff's helpfulness regarding administrative requirements.
Since I am traveling to Turkmenistan via the land border, having a proper registration paper (with QR code) is mandatory. The hotel staff was very professional and provided me with the printed registration and a stamped invoice immediately. This gave me great peace of mind for my upcoming border crossing.
Highly recommend this hotel for any international travelers, especially those on a transit journey!”
HHuangtaojiangThe hotel generally meets expectations. It's very close to the airport, and there are supermarkets and Chinese restaurants conveniently located nearby, making it ideal for business travelers.
Llfo_12Pros: Close to the metro, markets are within walking distance, as well as a small shopping center with Safiya Cafe and other shops. Our triple room looked nice and luxurious from the outside. Bottled water, toothbrushes, and slippers are provided daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every day. There's a working hammam and a small pool. Breakfasts are mostly repetitive, though some items are occasionally swapped out. There's enough variety to choose from and you can certainly get a good meal. The bathroom has a good hairdryer and drying racks. There's also a small fridge and a kettle in the room. The large wardrobe has shelves on one side and hangers on the other. The hotel has an elevator.
Cons: The room left a strange impression, but you get used to it. Specifically, the bathroom door handle was loose, and if you turn off the main light before leaving the room, you can't turn it back on from the hallway. You have to use the switch near the beds (and sometimes re-insert your key card multiple times). One of the bedside lamps didn't work. The hotel is next to some kind of bird enclosure, so you often hear roosters in the morning (it's not disruptive, just a fact if you sleep with the window open). The air conditioner is positioned to the side of the beds, near the pillows but higher up, so you can't sleep with it on at night as it blows directly in your face (just a fact: even at 16°C, it still felt a bit stuffy, even in March). The kettle doesn't turn off automatically; you have to unplug it or lift it off its base. When booking the hammam and pool, they tell you it will be exclusively yours for that time – but several times, two or three rooms ended up being booked for the same slot.
Not a con, but a funny fact: during check-in, we weren't informed that the key cards need to be re-magnetized once a week, otherwise you can't get into your room. So when my key card didn't work, I had to go back down to find this out. They fix it quickly, though.
Overall, it was a good experience :)
ДДжони ФоксWe were choosing between this hotel and the Uzbekistan hotel which is nearby!
Friends were staying in Uzbekistan!
One of the downsides in comparing these two hotels is that they charged a tourist tax, so the accommodation was more expensive!
Breakfasts are more modest, again in comparison with the neighboring hotel, but the main thing is there, except... Coffee 😬
Only for a fee! There is some in Uzbekistan 🙏
But...
Initially, the guys in Uzbekistan were put in a room where their windows were not only blown in, but were blown away by the wind! An extra bed for a child, they just threw in mattresses 🫣
Only after swearing and other things, they changed them to a room with renovations!
This hotel doesn't have such a problem! The room is large, quite warm! Clean, tidy! Yes, the renovation is certainly not fresh, but it's not worn out either 🙏
In general, you can live! The price and quality match! Otherwise, if you want the Soviet era, welcome to Hotel Uzbekistan! And if not, then to La Grande!
There is also a swimming pool, I think with the hotter weather it will be open!
