The hotel is conveniently located, and the room facilities are quite complete. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the hotel is decent. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Not great value for money. I was driving through Kunshan and needed a place to stay for one night. I looked around and found Hualuxe (I'd stayed at one in Kunming and assumed it would be the same quality), so I booked it without hesitation. The underground parking felt a bit chaotic, and when I went upstairs to check in, the lobby was very noisy. There wasn't just one hotel reception desk; multiple hotels shared a single row. After finding the Hualuxe front desk and checking in, I went upstairs and noticed the elevators didn't require a key card to operate, which made me feel a bit uneasy about security. As I walked down the hallway, an unpleasant smell hit me. I thought it would be fine once I got into the room, but the room itself had a strong, musty, damp odor. The window was very high and blocked by a sofa, making it impossible to open. The biggest issue was that the duvet was completely damp (which is very unusual). Also, the swimming pool is shared with other hotels, so it was crowded, and the restrooms smelled terrible. On the plus side, the room was very spacious, the facilities were decent, and breakfast was quite extensive. The set meal for two at the Chinese restaurant on the second floor was prepared with great care and tasted delicious.

ChangdaobingchaCadillacThe room was quite spacious and very clean. The mattress was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. It also came with a bathtub, though I wished the shower stall itself was a bit larger. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the beef and chicken were delicious. The plain congee with pork floss was a wonderful nostalgic treat, reminding me of my childhood. There was some construction going on next door, but the hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs.

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza Kunshan with my family during the Dragon Boat Festival, and as always, it was excellent! Fruit was delivered to the room in advance, and the A/C was set to a comfortable temperature – so thoughtful! The front desk service was impeccable, and the room's cleanliness was spot-on. The facilities were very comprehensive; I forgot my charger plug, and just as I was about to ask to borrow one, I noticed the room was equipped with USB ports, which was a nice touch! The Wi-Fi was super fast. I'm really grateful for this warm and welcoming hotel!

The check-in process was very thoughtful, and they upgraded my room. As soon as I opened the door, it felt like home – very pleasant and cozy. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the breakfast spread is excellent. The cleaning staff (auntie) was very meticulous and kind in cleaning the room.

Very right choice! Highly recommended!
Over the weekend, I gathered a few friends to explore Yangcheng Lake and taste the hairy crabs that people across the country long for. After searching online for hotels around the lake, I chose this very cost-effective star-rated hotel. On the day I checked in, I asked the front desk clerk how to achieve ”eating eight legs at Yangcheng Lake” and received an enthusiastic reply. The young lady also wrote me directions. Introduction: There are subway and bus stations just downstairs from the hotel. Even taking a taxi only takes about 20 kilometers. Living in this hotel in the city saved me money on the high-speed train back to Beijing rather than living near the lake. Do you think it's worth it? Haha, you made the right choice!
The bathroom and room area are relatively large, luxurious and comfortable, and the hygiene is first-rate. The room attendant also introduced me to a better local crab restaurant, which they call ”Crab Village”
I was bored when I came back at night. The hotel has a mahjong room open and the air is fresh, which is nice.

Guest UserThis is the most convenient five-star hotel for parking near Qiandeng, perfect for family trips. The kids have plenty of space to play, and adults can relax. The hotel's greenery is well-maintained, offering a great view from the window. The swimming pool water is exceptionally clean, and the temperature is just right. Overall, the hotel looks clean and refreshing, and the staff proactively greet guests in the lobby, which feels very welcoming. In summary, the dining experience at the hotel was well worth the price, even exceeding expectations.
