I had a great stay. I was upgraded to a massive suite, which was lovely. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was busy, but there were helpful signs with advice about the best time to go during the holiday. I did struggle to sleep the first night, as fireworks went off until gone 1.30am but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Worth keeping in mind though if you’re looking to stay there during CNY. Location is otherwise nice, with a lake opposite the hotel which is nice to walk around.

The hotel is conveniently located, and the room facilities are quite complete. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the hotel is decent. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with good ventilation and natural light. The bedding is soft and gentle on the skin, and the mattress firmness is just right, effectively relieving travel fatigue for an excellent night's sleep. All basic room amenities are available; the air conditioning provides stable heating and cooling, hot water supply is ample and consistent, and the bathroom's wet and dry separation is very well done, clean, and odor-free, with good quality toiletries. The hotel staff as a whole are very service-oriented, friendly, and welcoming, making you feel at ease throughout your stay. The front desk handled check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly. The staff were professional and patient, proactively offering information about hotel services and local attractions, and readily answering all questions. Highly recommended!

There are many varieties of buffet dinner, the amount of salmon is sufficient, the crayfish is also free to eat, and the ice cream tastes good. The waiter service is also good. When he sees an empty plate, he will immediately recycle the plate. It is very timely and the service is also warm and thoughtful. The freshly ground coffee in the morning is also good, and their Aozao noodles taste not inferior to the noodle shops outside, and the toppings are also rich. The small wontons are also good. It is a hotel with good value for money. The room is also quite large, the room service is also very good, and it responds to every request. Parking is also convenient, and it is very close to where to go.

Came to Suzhou Olympic Sports Center with friends to see Stefanie Sun's concert, so we decided to spend the weekend in Zhouzhuang. The Pullman is conveniently located near the scenic area. The service was excellent; not only did we receive welcome drinks, but they also upgraded us to lake view rooms, even though the hotel was fully booked for the weekend! One room was on the third floor and the other on the sixth. My friend and I compared and felt that the lake view from the lower floor was actually better, as the higher floor felt a bit far from the lake. The hotel's parking lot is outdoors, and you can also ask the doorman for valet parking. If you park yourself, there's a shuttle service to take you back to the lobby entrance, both options are very convenient. The room facilities were also great; the TV in this hotel was the only one in the past three months that we've stayed at that could connect to our casting device! Finally, we could watch videos from our phones. For breakfast, you could even get Aozhao noodles at the hot food station!

After searching online for hotels around the lake, I chose this very cost-effective star-rated hotel. On the day I checked in, I asked the front desk clerk how to achieve ”eating eight legs at Yangcheng Lake” and received an enthusiastic reply. The young lady also wrote me directions. Introduction: There are subway and bus stations just downstairs from the hotel. Even taking a taxi only takes about 20 kilometers. Living in this hotel in the city saved me money on the high-speed train back to Beijing rather than living near the lake. Do you think it's worth it? Haha, you made the right choice! The bathroom and room area are relatively large, luxurious and comfortable, and the hygiene is first-rate. The room attendant also introduced me to a better local crab restaurant, which they call ”Crab Village” I was bored when I came back at night. The hotel has a mahjong room open and the air is fresh, which is nice.

The room is clean and tidy, with beautiful scenery. The hotel decoration is heavy and grand. The hotel service is meticulous and thoughtful, the service staff are all active and enthusiastic, the team cooperates well, and helps each other. The chef in the Chinese restaurant on the first floor is highly skilled and has a precise grasp of the heat. The steamed fish is tender and delicious. It is the best steamed white water fish I have ever eaten. The fried snails with sauce are also fried just right. The next day at noon, I ordered fried fish Aozao noodles. The fried fish was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It was great 👏 The red soup noodles were also soft and chewy. The gym downstairs is also very comfortable. The swimming pool temperature is very good and warm. It is a high-quality hotel. If some self-service washing and drying machines are installed in the future, you can stay for a few days.
