"My stay at the Golden Eagle Shangmei Hotel in Kunshan was absolutely perfect, a full five-star experience. It's truly a hidden gem among high-rise hotels I've stayed at in Kunshan, offering both excellent value for money and a touch of luxury. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it! The hotel boasts an excellent location in a bustling commercial district, making it incredibly convenient for transportation, shopping, and dining. The 8th floor provides direct access to a shopping mall, so you don't need to venture far to satisfy all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs – convenience is truly maximized. The hotel lobby, situated on the 29th floor, offers expansive and unobstructed views. The decor is light luxury and grand, incorporating elegant design details that create a wonderful ambiance. The check-in process was efficient and quick, with no tedious waiting. I stayed in a high-floor panoramic view room, and the experience was superb. The room was spacious and well-laid out, never feeling cramped. The massive panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of Kunshan's city lights at night, which were truly healing and stress-relieving. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable; not a speck of dust could be found in any corner. The bedding was soft, skin-friendly, clean, and fluffy, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, along with dual sinks and a bathtub, allowing for undisturbed washing and bathing. The quality of the toiletries was also top-notch, with thoughtful attention to detail. What truly impressed me most was the hotel's service. The entire staff, from Ms. Zhang to everyone else, was warm, polite, professional, and patient. Whether it was the front desk during check-in, or the housekeeping and concierge staff, their attitude was consistently gentle and attentive. Any requests were promptly addressed with meticulous care, making me feel incredibly welcomed. The hotel also boasts excellent soundproofing; despite being in a bustling area, it was remarkably quiet, completely undisturbed by external noise, ensuring a high-quality rest. The breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, with a full range of meats, vegetables, desserts, and beverages. They even had local specialty Aozhao noodles, which were fresh, delicious, and authentic. The overall facilities were new and well-maintained, with high-speed internet and smart devices readily available. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure travel. The value for money is outstanding, and the overall experience is top-notch. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Kunshan!"

"Our stay at Zhouzhuang Zen Yili was absolutely wonderful—a perfect blend of comfort, warmth, and convenience! Taxi can dropped us off within 1 minute walking distance away from Zen Yili. Zhouzhuang ancient village entrance is just a few minutes walk from Zen Yili making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and activities. The peaceful surroundings of the homestay also added to the relaxing vibe. The hosts, both husband and wife were exceptionally kind and gave us great local tips. They provided us more than enough fresh fruits, tea, biscuits and mineral water. I was surprised also that the room was with full mosquitoes nettings with even anti mosquitoes device provided if needed. During our stay the homestay and its surroundings ware without mosquitoes. The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was of five star standard for its fittings, and was very well-maintained. Before we checked out, we were given delicious homemade biscuits out of their hospitality. They also arranged for us a reliable and comfortable pickup after checked out. For the price, this homestay offered excellent value. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to couples, families, or solo travelers looking for a peaceful retreat in Zhouzhuang ancient village."

"I stayed at the Shuxiang Fudi Hotel in Zhouzhuang, and overall, it was a great experience. What impressed me most was the service: as soon as we arrived at the parking lot, a staff member was already there to greet us. They then helped us get our entrance tickets and personally escorted us all the way to the hotel – it was incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast wasn't particularly elaborate, but it tasted good. At check-out, they even gave us a souvenir, which was a very nice touch. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Zhouzhuang."

"My recent business trip to Kunshan led me to the Kunshan Zhongcheng Holiday Hotel, and my overall experience far exceeded expectations. It's an excellent choice for accommodation in Kunshan, perfectly suited for both business and leisure travelers, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Nestled within the Tianfu National Wetland Park, the hotel is a true natural oasis hidden in the city. The environment is serene and peaceful, far removed from the urban hustle and bustle. Opening the window reveals lush greenery and lake views; in the morning, you can watch the glistening lake, and in the evening, enjoy the stunning sunset glow. The ambiance is simply captivating, instantly melting away travel fatigue. The location is also very convenient, close to a subway station, with easy access for self-driving and thoughtful complimentary shuttle services, making getting around a breeze. The lake-view room I stayed in was spacious and airy, starting from 40 square meters, feeling expansive and unconfined with a well-organized and rational layout. The room's cleanliness was exceptionally meticulous; tabletops, floors, and bathroom corners were spotless. The dry-wet separated bathroom was neat and dry. The King Koil mattress was just the right firmness, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a supremely comfortable sleep. Thoughtful details stood out, like the dehumidifier, which is perfect for the plum rain season, and amenities such as a viewing balcony and bathrobes, all contributing to a high-quality living experience. The hotel breakfast was excellent, with fresh and abundant ingredients and a wide variety of options. There were freshly cooked noodles, warm porridges, exquisite pastries, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables, and local specialties. The flavors catered to a broad palate, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables, and a different selection each day, fully meeting diverse dining preferences. What truly impressed me was the hotel's service. The entire staff was warm, polite, and responsive. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient and quick, and the staff's attitude was patient and gentle, making the entire experience comfortable and pleasant. The overall hardware and software, environmental ambiance, and service details all far surpassed other hotels in the same price range, offering exceptional value for money. It has now been added to my go-to list for accommodation in Kunshan, and I will definitely choose it again for my next trip. I loved it!"
