The room was quite clean, and the experience was good. There's a MixC shopping mall across the street, making dining very convenient. It's also not far from Kunshan Ancient Town, about a 15-minute drive. It's in the city center, so it's quite convenient.

Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, and the soundproofing was good, so I had a peaceful night's rest. The front desk service was attentive, and they responded promptly to any issues. The facilities were comprehensive, and the location was convenient for getting around. It's suitable for both business trips and short stays. Highly recommended!

The hotel is clean and grand, with spacious and bright rooms. The front desk staff and servers are polite and enthusiastic. The breakfast has local specialties; the Aozhao noodles and chicken broth wontons are fresh and delicious, and the various seasonal vegetables are quite fresh.

The hotel environment is good, the stay is comfortable, there are many breakfast dishes, there is a gym on the third floor of the hotel, the service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, and the stay is very satisfactory! I will stay in the hotel again next time.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a bathtub. The hotel pool was a big hit with the kids, who had a great time over the weekend, and the adults were able to relax too. The hotel service was also excellent; they gave little gifts to the children both at check-in and check-out. We had a minor hiccup during check-in when the air conditioner in one of our two rooms started leaking. However, the hotel promptly moved us to another room, reinstalled the child bed rail, and even sent up a bunch of drinks and toys. Their handling was professional and efficient. The fact that the child bed rail was screw-fixed really showed they understood a parent's concerns – thank you to the installer (I don't know their name!). The hotel is very family-friendly in all aspects, and a special shout-out to our duty manager, Ivan, who handled all our requests promptly and professionally. We will definitely bring our parents and children back to stay here again.

The bedding is soft and gentle on the skin, and the mattress firmness is just right, effectively relieving travel fatigue for an excellent night's sleep. All basic room amenities are available; the air conditioning provides stable heating and cooling, hot water supply is ample and consistent, and the bathroom's wet and dry separation is very well done, clean, and odor-free, with good quality toiletries. The hotel staff as a whole are very service-oriented, friendly, and welcoming, making you feel at ease throughout your stay. The front desk handled check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly. The staff were professional and patient, proactively offering information about hotel services and local attractions, and readily answering all questions. Highly recommended!

Kunshan Hotel has a great location with many shops nearby. This time, the front desk staff upgraded us to the main building. The room was completely odor-free when we opened the door and meticulously cleaned. The bathroom facilities were also very new. The breakfast was plentiful and even included Aozhao noodles. When we drove up to the hotel entrance, a staff member opened the car door for us. Housekeeping attendant Aunt Du Yan was kind and friendly, and she did her work efficiently and thoroughly. All in all, this trip to Kunshan left a wonderful impression.

Pros: The lake view is excellent, and the sunset views are superb. The family-friendly facilities are comprehensive, with high chairs and baby cutlery available in the restaurants, and there's also a kids' play area. We didn't get to the pool this time, but I heard the kids' pool is also great. Cons: For a regular weekend, not during a holiday, the service response was quite slow. We called three times for something to be delivered to our room in the afternoon, and it never arrived. The dining was mediocre. The set meal for two at the Chinese restaurant, priced over 300, was small in portion. We wouldn't have been full if it weren't for a large bowl of fried rice, but the fried rice was very salty. The breakfast buffet had a good variety but lacked meat, and both the milk and soy milk were powdered. Because I needed fruit for my baby, I asked a staff member for whole, uncut fruit, only to be told it wasn't available. Yet, the very next moment, I saw another guest helping themselves to fruit from the display cabinet.

Extremely close to the high-speed train station, just about a 3-minute walk. The room was spacious, and despite being so near the station, it wasn't noisy at all at night; it was very quiet. Breakfast was also plentiful, and it was easy to get a taxi in the morning.

Opening the window reveals lush greenery and lake views; in the morning, you can watch the glistening lake, and in the evening, enjoy the stunning sunset glow. The ambiance is simply captivating, instantly melting away travel fatigue. The location is also very convenient, close to a subway station, with easy access for self-driving and thoughtful complimentary shuttle services, making getting around a breeze. The lake-view room I stayed in was spacious and airy, starting from 40 square meters, feeling expansive and unconfined with a well-organized and rational layout. The room's cleanliness was exceptionally meticulous; tabletops, floors, and bathroom corners were spotless. The dry-wet separated bathroom was neat and dry. The King Koil mattress was just the right firmness, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a supremely comfortable sleep. Thoughtful details stood out, like the dehumidifier, which is perfect for the plum rain season, and amenities such as a viewing balcony and bathrobes, all contributing to a high-quality living experience. The hotel breakfast was excellent, with fresh and abundant ingredients and a wide variety of options. There were freshly cooked noodles, warm porridges, exquisite pastries, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables, and local specialties. The flavors catered to a broad palate, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables, and a different selection each day, fully meeting diverse dining preferences. What truly impressed me was the hotel's service. The entire staff was warm, polite, and responsive. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient and quick, and the staff's attitude was patient and gentle, making the entire experience comfortable and pleasant. The overall hardware and software, environmental ambiance, and service details all far surpassed other hotels in the same price range, offering exceptional value for money. It has now been added to my go-to list for accommodation in Kunshan, and I will definitely choose it again for my next trip. I loved it!
