Kunshan Hotels with Breakfast

During our recent stay at this wonderful hotel, we were exceptionally satisfied with every aspect of our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the hotel staff who came out to meet us at the scenic area entrance and assisted with our luggage. This level of service set the tone for our entire visit. The hotel's décor is stunning, creating a serene and visually pleasing environment. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, providing a restful haven where we enjoyed a comfortable night's sleep. It truly is a fantastic place to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful afternoon tea, particularly the grain snacks which were so delicious that we requested the hotel staff to help purchase and courier some to Shanghai for us to bring home. Their willingness to accommodate our request added a special touch to our experience. Breakfast at the hotel was another standout. The porridge, in particular, was so delectable that the hotel kindly gave us a pack of the rice used to prepare it. This gesture was much appreciated and spoke volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant retreat. If we return to this area, we will undoubtedly choose to stay here again.

The room had so much character, you could tell the owner put a lot of thought into every detail. The service was also incredibly attentive; the owner tried their best to accommodate all our requests. Highly recommend! And since it wasn't peak season, the room rate was quite reasonable too.

Both receptionists were very friendly and offered tea during check-in. They also kindly asked if I wanted a room upgrade and breakfast. It was a pleasant stay.

Very stylish boutique hotel inside the Ancient Town with high-quality beauty products and comfy beds. Very friendly & accommodating staff who tried to fulfill all wishes reg. breakfast (Western & Asian options) and offered pick-up/drop-off with golfcart. Delicious coffee & great terrace. Recommended!

The hotel is very newly decorated with intelligent HomeKit. But the nearby construction might cause some noise in the early morning

This hotel has a lot of character and is located right inside the Zhouzhuang scenic area. The front desk, room service, and restaurant staff were all warm and attentive. They offer complimentary white fungus soup every evening, and their homemade yogurt for breakfast was delicious. They even upgraded me to a room with a bathtub, which was a nice touch. Overall, I had a great stay. My only minor complaint is that taxis can't drive directly to the hotel entrance, but you can arrange for hotel staff to meet you at the scenic area's main entrance.

The hotel environment is good, the stay is comfortable, there are many breakfast dishes, there is a gym on the third floor of the hotel, the service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, and the stay is very satisfactory! I will stay in the hotel again next time.

I had a great stay. I was upgraded to a massive suite, which was lovely. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was busy, but there were helpful signs with advice about the best time to go during the holiday. I did struggle to sleep the first night, as fireworks went off until gone 1.30am but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Worth keeping in mind though if you’re looking to stay there during CNY. Location is otherwise nice, with a lake opposite the hotel which is nice to walk around.

The hotel even has a heated swimming pool, which was a great bonus. The hotel's overall decor is simple yet elegant, and the public areas are clean, tidy, and well-laid out, creating a warm and refined atmosphere. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with good ventilation and natural light. The bedding is soft and gentle on the skin, and the mattress firmness is just right, effectively relieving travel fatigue for an excellent night's sleep. All basic room amenities are available; the air conditioning provides stable heating and cooling, hot water supply is ample and consistent, and the bathroom's wet and dry separation is very well done, clean, and odor-free, with good quality toiletries. The hotel staff as a whole are very service-oriented, friendly, and welcoming, making you feel at ease throughout your stay. The front desk handled check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly. The staff were professional and patient, proactively offering information about hotel services and local attractions, and readily answering all questions. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff were polite, very attentive, and had a great attitude. The environment was beautiful. The facilities were very comprehensive. The front desk staff overall provided excellent service, always answering questions and accommodating requests.
