The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an incredible view; during the day, I could enjoy the city streets, and at night, the dazzling cityscape. Every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine. The room's cleanliness was impeccable – no dust or strange odors in any corner, and the bedding was spotless. The pillows and duvet were fluffy and soft, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful sleep. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of hot water and all necessary amenities, plus thoughtful extras for daily living. The attention to detail made it feel just like home. Daisy was incredibly warm and attentive, greeting guests proactively and patiently answering any questions with quick responses, making the whole experience feel seamless and personal. The sky western restaurant on the 29th floor had an elegant ambiance. Breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, including local specialties and exquisite Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and enjoying breakfast high above the city was a fantastic experience. The hotel's facilities were comprehensive, with clean and elegant common areas and comfortable, relaxing lounge spaces. The free parking was also very convenient, making self-driving stress-free. Overall, this stay far exceeded my expectations. The environment was luxurious, the service attentive, the location superb, and the facilities excellent. It's perfect for family vacations, couples, or friends getting together. To find a hotel of this quality in Kunshan with such high value for money and a perfect experience is rare. I've already recommended it to my friends, and the Golden Eagle Shangmei Hotel will definitely be my top choice for my next visit to Kunshan."

"Perfect location, lovely hosts, beautiful room with vintage furniture and super soft blanket! Very authentic. During the day time it’s super loud because of the amount of tourists, but staying in this place gives you unique opportunity to explain the town in the very early morning or very late evening (the lights switch off at 23:00). The room can seem small, but it’s old town, it can’t be different:) Unfortunately there was no tea provided, that’s sad for tea-famous country, maybe should be improved. Other than that – my stay was amazing☺️"

"很久沒住家庭房了，這次算是驚喜了。還會考慮再次入住。 優點： 1、周邊配套齊全：奧炤麪、水果店、餐飲店、葯品店、便利店齊全。 2、停車方便，很寬敞。 3、早餐很棒，中西餐齊全，整潔、乾淨。雖不是過份豪華但恰到好處，不浪費。 4、前台服務很熱情。及時換了蕎麥枕。 5、房間內的雀巢膠囊咖啡機好評，出品穩定。咖啡膠囊隨時可以供應。 6、浴缸出水量大，空調很安靜。 7、家庭房2個坐便器很合理。 缺點： 1、位置稍偏了點，自駕問題不大。 2、淋浴水有點小。 3、健身房設備少了點，衹有跑步機、自行車機、健步機和若干組啞鈴。 4、沐浴液已經用完了，幾天來都沒有補充。 5、wifi速度不夠快。 6、床太軟了。 7、建議洗護用品品牌化，切勿用灌裝的貼牌洗護用品，拉低了酒店的檔次。"

It's also within 20 minutes of the high-speed rail station, and there's a commercial complex right downstairs. Even if you want a late-night drink or a snack, there are plenty of shops across the street and to the left. The front desk was very kind and granted my late check-out request. While most hotels offer late check-out until 2 PM, some, perhaps not wanting repeat customers, simply refuse, which is incredibly frustrating. Overall, it's an established five-star hotel with comfortable bedding and a tidy room. It's very close to the shopping district, and Lynne at the front desk provided polite and thoughtful service. My stay was very comfortable!"
