"This is a great hotel, centrally located in Kunshan and right opposite a magnificent, huge wet market. There are also plenty of eating options nearby and a park behind the hotel which make the setting ideal. The room is fine without being luxurious and the breakfast is also perfectly adequate, Chinese style. There is a beautiful outdoor area adjacent to the breakfast lounge, perfect for children to play while parents relax in the sun. Service is friendly and I would heartily recommend this hotel."

"Second time I've stayed here. Really like this hotel. Excellent location near the train station. We stayed in the suite room with additional living area. Room was an excellent size. Large bathroom. Extremely comfortable bed. Staff all excellent, very polite and accommodating and do their best to speak English. Breakfast very good although food does run out so I wouldn't recommend coming down close to 10 am. Would recommend this hotel and will stay here again next time I'm in Kunshan."

"The hotel has everything to have a great journey. It's clean, the room are spacious and beautiful. I had always get a warm welcome from the employees at the entrance. I stayed 2 weeks there. The breakfast is great with many choices. The gym has everything you need but some equipments are a bit old or in bad condition. It can be busy the evening. Also there is a mall next, with many restaurants inside. And a massage center in front by crossing the street (foot massage must be tried during your stay) Laundry service is really expensive (I paid around 80 USD for a small size machine)"

"I booked this place after seeing the great reviews on Trip.com, and it really lived up to them. It's super close to the ancient town's archway ticket gate, so it was quite easy to find after getting dropped off by taxi. The soundproofing is excellent; it was very quiet at night, and I slept really well. The room was also very spacious, and it was lovely to relax on the small balcony in the afternoon with some tea and sunshine. The owners, a couple, were incredibly kind. They helped us with our luggage both when we arrived and when we left, and even gave me a bag of local specialties. Their dog is adorable too! I highly recommend staying here when you visit Zhouzhuang."

"Since we didn't travel far during the National Day holiday, and my daughter wanted to stay in a hotel, I took her to two nearby hotels in Kunshan. The Golden Eagle Summit Hotel stood out with an excellent stay experience. Check-in was very quick, and the decor was luxurious. The hotel offers great privacy; you need a key card to access the upper floors. Downstairs, you have Golden Eagle Block A and B, making dining and entertainment incredibly convenient. Upon entering the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised; the room design was distinctive. The view was fantastic, and the night scenery of Kunshan was especially beautiful. I absolutely loved the handwritten message card left by the staff in the room. The bathroom was a particular highlight, with two spacious sinks, a wet-dry separation, and a bathtub. They even provided toiletries and slippers for children. Breakfast was also quite good. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay. My only regret is not getting to try the buffet dinner. I hope to have the chance to enjoy it next time I visit."
