"This is a great hotel, centrally located in Kunshan and right opposite a magnificent, huge wet market. There are also plenty of eating options nearby and a park behind the hotel which make the setting ideal. The room is fine without being luxurious and the breakfast is also perfectly adequate, Chinese style. There is a beautiful outdoor area adjacent to the breakfast lounge, perfect for children to play while parents relax in the sun. Service is friendly and I would heartily recommend this hotel."

"Second time I've stayed here. Really like this hotel. Excellent location near the train station. We stayed in the suite room with additional living area. Room was an excellent size. Large bathroom. Extremely comfortable bed. Staff all excellent, very polite and accommodating and do their best to speak English. Breakfast very good although food does run out so I wouldn't recommend coming down close to 10 am. Would recommend this hotel and will stay here again next time I'm in Kunshan."

"The hotel has everything to have a great journey. It's clean, the room are spacious and beautiful. I had always get a warm welcome from the employees at the entrance. I stayed 2 weeks there. The breakfast is great with many choices. The gym has everything you need but some equipments are a bit old or in bad condition. It can be busy the evening. Also there is a mall next, with many restaurants inside. And a massage center in front by crossing the street (foot massage must be tried during your stay) Laundry service is really expensive (I paid around 80 USD for a small size machine)"

"I booked this place after seeing the great reviews on Trip.com, and it really lived up to them. It's super close to the ancient town's archway ticket gate, so it was quite easy to find after getting dropped off by taxi. The soundproofing is excellent; it was very quiet at night, and I slept really well. The room was also very spacious, and it was lovely to relax on the small balcony in the afternoon with some tea and sunshine. The owners, a couple, were incredibly kind. They helped us with our luggage both when we arrived and when we left, and even gave me a bag of local specialties. Their dog is adorable too! I highly recommend staying here when you visit Zhouzhuang."

Check-in at the front desk took less than 3 minutes, with the staff clearly explaining the facility layout and even thoughtfully informing me of the breakfast restaurant's location. When I called for bottled water, I casually mentioned the air conditioning wasn't working. Within a minute, Cecilia, the Assistant Front Office Manager, called to apologize. Within three minutes, Cecilia and a technician arrived at my door with tools – as a detail-oriented person, I was thoroughly impressed. When I needed extra bottled water or hangers, the phone response was swift, and the service throughout was delivered with just the right amount of politeness and warmth. "For a one-day trip to Kunshan during the May Day holiday, I compared various options on Trip.com (considering rooms, location, and reviews) and booked the Lamborghini. Parking in the B2 underground garage was a plus for us, as we drive a seven-seater and need ample space (multi-story parking wouldn't work). Check-in was very convenient, and Front Office Manager Chang was incredibly welcoming, even giving us a small gift. He proactively added us on WeChat, offering assistance with any questions. The room was spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom and a bathtub, perfect for our little one. Breakfast at the second-floor Western restaurant was excellent, with a wide variety of food and a comfortable ambiance. It's a shame there wasn't a dinner buffet. On the first floor, there's free craft making, which my daughter enjoyed for a long time. The second floor has arcade games, though not many, and they're more suited for older children. We had lunch at Lan Mian Fang; while pricey, it was definitely worth the money. There's a beautiful floating night market right outside the hotel. Just a few suggestions: there was no conditioner in the room, which made washing hair a bit difficult; and the lack of a door separating the shower area from the hallway felt a bit unusual – perhaps a sliding door could be installed. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily return if we have the chance."
