"This is a great hotel, centrally located in Kunshan and right opposite a magnificent, huge wet market. There are also plenty of eating options nearby and a park behind the hotel which make the setting ideal. The room is fine without being luxurious and the breakfast is also perfectly adequate, Chinese style. There is a beautiful outdoor area adjacent to the breakfast lounge, perfect for children to play while parents relax in the sun. Service is friendly and I would heartily recommend this hotel."

"I always choose this hotel for business trips. The room facilities have recently been upgraded, and the towels are much better than before. The shower gel and shampoo are also gradually being replaced with new, sealed options, which feel safer and more hygienic. It's really great, and I'll definitely keep staying here. "It's very nice hotel and has door direct access to the mall which is very convenient. Bed area full cover with carpet make it warm and cozy. It has iron for clothes inside the room with iron board which is good. As for breakfast, it has lots of variety food that I can choose and try."

"Very good hotel located next to Kunshan exhibition center.Huge Lobby with modern look.Check in and check out was easy.Room was clean and spacious.Bathroom was very comfortable.Shower pressure was very good.My room number was 1222.Breakfast was very good with too many options.Dinner buffet at 158 yuan was a great plus.It was a superb buffet with varieties of food options.Hot pot, sea food, Chinese food,live counter for fish,prawns,steak etc,Western food and desserts.It was a great dinner. The hotel campus is very spacious and mainly foreigners come when there is an expo at Kunshan.I was there for COFAIR 2025. Overall my stay was very comfortable with good wifi. Just off the road there is a lake with a well organized park.Its very good to go for a walk."

"The room is located within the scenic area, right by the river. The owner was super nice, picked us up at the entrance of the scenic area, and even helped with our luggage. The proprietress recommended a great restaurant and a fantastic sightseeing route. We'll definitely stay here again next time. When we left, the proprietress even gave our child some snacks!"

"This is my second stay at the Golden Eagle Shangmei Hotel, and I can honestly say that both the facilities and the service are impeccable. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone traveling; I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time here too. If I have the chance, I'll definitely choose this place again! The hotel boasts an excellent location, just about 10 minutes from the high-speed train station, and offers both above-ground and underground parking. This makes it very convenient for guests whether they're using public transport or driving themselves. The hotel lobby is on the 29th floor, renowned as a 'sky lobby'. The view from the lobby bar on the 29th floor is absolutely stunning. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and enthusiastic. Amanda was especially thoughtful and attentive. The room was clean and hygienic, and the facilities were very well-maintained. The rooms also feature floor-to-ceiling windows, offering fantastic views. Breakfast had a rich and diverse selection, and the timing was perfect. This hotel is highly recommended for both friends traveling together or business trips. Upon check-in, the front desk staff were warm, professional, and processed everything quickly. They even proactively upgraded my room type, which was a pleasant surprise. The room design is modern and minimalist, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views, perfect for overlooking the city's nightscape – ideal for a get-together with friends. The room was clean, and the bed was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. Right below the hotel is the Golden Eagle International Shopping Center, making dining and shopping super convenient. Breakfast offers a wide variety, combining Chinese and Western styles, with freshly cooked Suzhou-style noodles and mini wontons, which are very characteristic of the local area. The front desk also mentioned a gym on the 10th floor. What I want to praise most is the hotel's service; they are always very responsive, and everyone is enthusiastic. This time, it was a friend's birthday, and Amanda thoughtfully presented a handwritten birthday card and fruit. It was very heartwarming and definitely worth commending. Whether it's for a friends' gathering, a business trip, or a weekend getaway, this is an ideal choice in Kunshan. Highly recommended! We'll definitely choose this place again next time we meet up."

"This is an absolutely genuine and heartfelt review: From the moment the concierge proactively took my luggage, I could feel the essence of 5-star service. Check-in at the front desk took less than 3 minutes, with the staff clearly explaining the facility layout and even thoughtfully informing me of the breakfast restaurant's location. When I called for bottled water, I casually mentioned the air conditioning wasn't working. Within a minute, Cecilia, the Assistant Front Office Manager, called to apologize. Within three minutes, Cecilia and a technician arrived at my door with tools – as a detail-oriented person, I was thoroughly impressed. When I needed extra bottled water or hangers, the phone response was swift, and the service throughout was delivered with just the right amount of politeness and warmth. Definitely the best hotel in Kunshan!"

"Very satisfied, really liked it! The room design was very cozy. The only drawback was that the bathroom hygiene was just average. The front desk staff had excellent service, and they even gave us a small gift. It's also very close to the high-speed rail station, making transportation very convenient."

"For a one-day trip to Kunshan during the May Day holiday, I compared various options on Trip.com (considering rooms, location, and reviews) and booked the Lamborghini. Parking in the B2 underground garage was a plus for us, as we drive a seven-seater and need ample space (multi-story parking wouldn't work). Check-in was very convenient, and Front Office Manager Chang was incredibly welcoming, even giving us a small gift. He proactively added us on WeChat, offering assistance with any questions. The room was spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom and a bathtub, perfect for our little one. Breakfast at the second-floor Western restaurant was excellent, with a wide variety of food and a comfortable ambiance. It's a shame there wasn't a dinner buffet. On the first floor, there's free craft making, which my daughter enjoyed for a long time. The second floor has arcade games, though not many, and they're more suited for older children. We had lunch at Lan Mian Fang; while pricey, it was definitely worth the money. There's a beautiful floating night market right outside the hotel. Just a few suggestions: there was no conditioner in the room, which made washing hair a bit difficult; and the lack of a door separating the shower area from the hallway felt a bit unusual – perhaps a sliding door could be installed. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily return if we have the chance."
