The room had so much character, you could tell the owner put a lot of thought into every detail. The service was also incredibly attentive; the owner tried their best to accommodate all our requests. Highly recommend! And since it wasn't peak season, the room rate was quite reasonable too.

The hotel is conveniently located, and the room facilities are quite complete. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the hotel is decent. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

This is the hotel I've stayed at most frequently in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai area, spanning from summer to winter. This time, I stayed the longest, for nearly ten days. Because a family member had eye surgery and was having some difficulty taking care of themselves, we received meticulous care from the butler, Mu Lan, Capper, restaurant manager Zhang, housekeeping manager Xiao Yang, and housekeeping staff, Xiao Lu. Mu Lan coordinated everything perfectly, manager Zhang delivered a hot breakfast every morning on time, Xiao Lu diligently cleaned every day, and Xiao Yang even reminded me how to administer medication to the aunt. Everyone was professional and incredibly attentive—it was truly touching! Overall, both the Holiday Inn Suite and the Crowne Plaza are InterContinental hotels in terms of quality, except for the different decor styles. The facilities and amenities are excellent. The Holiday Inn Suite also has a self-service laundry room, which is fantastic! The hotel is right next to Central Park, making it a great place for a relaxing staycation in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai area on weekends and holidays! Highly recommended!

The hotel's surroundings are excellent, beautiful and quiet. Just across from the hotel is 'Shimao Plaza,' with many shops, making dining and shopping very convenient. The guest rooms are spacious, facilities are quite new, and the room is clean and tidy with fresh bedding. Hotel parking is also convenient. Everything felt great.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise and offered excellent value for money! 👍 With the Suzhou culture and tourism subsidy, we paid less than 500 RMB for a family room. 📍 **Location** * Just 3 km from Kunshan Urban Forest Park – perfect for camping, cycling, animal encounters, and kids' activities (both powered and unpowered). * A 7-8 minute walk to Mixc One for all your dining and shopping needs. * Also quite close to Metro Line 11 station. 🏨 **Hotel Facilities** * The front desk thoughtfully provides self-service items like earplugs, band-aids, and disinfectant wipes. * The family room is incredibly detailed, offering a children's toilet seat, bath bags, kids' books, and building blocks. * The room is spacious, the air conditioning is good, and the TV allows screen casting, making it very comfortable overall. * There's a splash pool on the 12th floor, open annually from June 15th to September 15th. We didn't get to experience it this time. 🍜 **Breakfast was a pleasant surprise** * The restaurant isn't huge but never had a queue, and the dining environment was comfortable. * While not a massive selection, there was enough variety for a satisfying meal, especially friendly for those with Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai palates. * Highly recommend the mixed noodles, egg rolls, and beef brisket. * They also had herbal jelly and snacks for the kids. 📝 They even provided welcome snacks + drinks, and gave the kids toys upon check-out. The emotional value was definitely delivered! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kunshan, especially for family trips!

Not great value for money. I was driving through Kunshan and needed a place to stay for one night. I looked around and found Hualuxe (I'd stayed at one in Kunming and assumed it would be the same quality), so I booked it without hesitation. The underground parking felt a bit chaotic, and when I went upstairs to check in, the lobby was very noisy. There wasn't just one hotel reception desk; multiple hotels shared a single row. After finding the Hualuxe front desk and checking in, I went upstairs and noticed the elevators didn't require a key card to operate, which made me feel a bit uneasy about security. As I walked down the hallway, an unpleasant smell hit me. I thought it would be fine once I got into the room, but the room itself had a strong, musty, damp odor. The window was very high and blocked by a sofa, making it impossible to open. The biggest issue was that the duvet was completely damp (which is very unusual). Also, the swimming pool is shared with other hotels, so it was crowded, and the restrooms smelled terrible. On the plus side, the room was very spacious, the facilities were decent, and breakfast was quite extensive. The set meal for two at the Chinese restaurant on the second floor was prepared with great care and tasted delicious.

Came to Suzhou Olympic Sports Center with friends to see Stefanie Sun's concert, so we decided to spend the weekend in Zhouzhuang. The Pullman is conveniently located near the scenic area. The service was excellent; not only did we receive welcome drinks, but they also upgraded us to lake view rooms, even though the hotel was fully booked for the weekend! One room was on the third floor and the other on the sixth. My friend and I compared and felt that the lake view from the lower floor was actually better, as the higher floor felt a bit far from the lake. The hotel's parking lot is outdoors, and you can also ask the doorman for valet parking. If you park yourself, there's a shuttle service to take you back to the lobby entrance, both options are very convenient. The room facilities were also great; the TV in this hotel was the only one in the past three months that we've stayed at that could connect to our casting device! Finally, we could watch videos from our phones. For breakfast, you could even get Aozhao noodles at the hot food station!

This is the most convenient five-star hotel for parking near Qiandeng, perfect for family trips. The kids have plenty of space to play, and adults can relax. The hotel's greenery is well-maintained, offering a great view from the window. The swimming pool water is exceptionally clean, and the temperature is just right. Overall, the hotel looks clean and refreshing, and the staff proactively greet guests in the lobby, which feels very welcoming. In summary, the dining experience at the hotel was well worth the price, even exceeding expectations.

A single-family villa on the first floor, with good independence, and the car can be parked directly at the door of the villa. The butler will add WeChat in advance, and the service is responsive. The disadvantage is that the villa is indeed a bit old, the maintenance is general, the doors and windows are not very neat to open and close, the room is a little unventilated, and the surface is still clean. Overall, the whole family travels together and gathers together.
