Kunshan Hotels with Pools

The room had so much character, you could tell the owner put a lot of thought into every detail. The service was also incredibly attentive; the owner tried their best to accommodate all our requests. Highly recommend! And since it wasn't peak season, the room rate was quite reasonable too.

Perfect hotel for a 4 day, 3 night stay. Breakfast is available but we had other arrangements so we did not partake but they had a good sized spread of Western-Chinese food. The pool was really nice. Worked well for us because my younger child had a shallow pool to play in and my older child could swim in the bigger pool. Easily accessible to Guangming Metro, Line 11 (15 minute walk or 5 minute Didi ride). Room with a Central Park view was great and it offered black out curtains. Hotel check in was easy and the staff was very accommodating. Good size room with a nice sized bed. Tub and shower available. I would book again when visiting Huaqiao.

Not great value for money. I was driving through Kunshan and needed a place to stay for one night. I looked around and found Hualuxe (I'd stayed at one in Kunming and assumed it would be the same quality), so I booked it without hesitation. The underground parking felt a bit chaotic, and when I went upstairs to check in, the lobby was very noisy. There wasn't just one hotel reception desk; multiple hotels shared a single row. After finding the Hualuxe front desk and checking in, I went upstairs and noticed the elevators didn't require a key card to operate, which made me feel a bit uneasy about security. As I walked down the hallway, an unpleasant smell hit me. I thought it would be fine once I got into the room, but the room itself had a strong, musty, damp odor. The window was very high and blocked by a sofa, making it impossible to open. The biggest issue was that the duvet was completely damp (which is very unusual). Also, the swimming pool is shared with other hotels, so it was crowded, and the restrooms smelled terrible. On the plus side, the room was very spacious, the facilities were decent, and breakfast was quite extensive. The set meal for two at the Chinese restaurant on the second floor was prepared with great care and tasted delicious.

This stay exceeded my expectations; the overall experience was incredibly comfortable. Both the facilities and the service were exceptional, and I highly recommend it. The hotel even has a heated swimming pool, which was a great bonus. The hotel's overall decor is simple yet elegant, and the public areas are clean, tidy, and well-laid out, creating a warm and refined atmosphere. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with good ventilation and natural light. The bedding is soft and gentle on the skin, and the mattress firmness is just right, effectively relieving travel fatigue for an excellent night's sleep. All basic room amenities are available; the air conditioning provides stable heating and cooling, hot water supply is ample and consistent, and the bathroom's wet and dry separation is very well done, clean, and odor-free, with good quality toiletries. The hotel staff as a whole are very service-oriented, friendly, and welcoming, making you feel at ease throughout your stay. The front desk handled check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly. The staff were professional and patient, proactively offering information about hotel services and local attractions, and readily answering all questions. Highly recommended!

The environment of this guesthouse is truly exceptional, nestled in a peaceful village. Stepping outside, you can immediately feel the simple and natural rural atmosphere. The village itself is perfect for a leisurely stroll, enjoying the scenery along the way and letting your mind relax. The guesthouse also features a swimming pool. Although it's not a heated pool and not currently in use, which is a bit of a shame, I can just imagine how wonderful it would be to swim and sunbathe here in the summer. Additionally, dining is incredibly convenient, with hotpot and Chinese restaurants nearby, offering delicious hot meals just a short walk away. The most pleasant surprise was being able to order takeout smoothly even in this rural location – a perfect blend of modern convenience and the tranquility of a traditional village. I had originally hoped to book a room for ***** New Year's Eve, but it was already fully booked, which is a real pity. The guesthouse manager mentioned that there will be many lively activities in the village during the Spring Festival that guests can participate in, which is very thoughtful. I guess I'll have to wait until summer to visit then!

KunShan was my hometown. I walked by the hotel so many times in the past, the landmark hotel was the obvious choice when we opted to stay in a hotel this time around. The hotel is centrally located, the #11 subway train passes by the station across the courtyard and takes you directly to Shanghai as well as 金鸡湖 in Suzhou. The hotel was renovated recently. The rooms are clean and comfortable, supported by friendly front desk and other staffers. Our booking included breakfast, we were truly impressed by the qualities of food as well as the selections available. Thanks a lot for hosting and we’ll definitely come back again hopefully soon! The environment is great! And the suite I requested was excellent value for money, and it even had a bathtub 🛁. Manager Shao Dan was very thoughtful; she informed me in advance that I could order takeout and even accommodated my personalized requests. Many thanks! Came to Suzhou Olympic Sports Center with friends to see Stefanie Sun's concert, so we decided to spend the weekend in Zhouzhuang. The Pullman is conveniently located near the scenic area. The service was excellent; not only did we receive welcome drinks, but they also upgraded us to lake view rooms, even though the hotel was fully booked for the weekend! One room was on the third floor and the other on the sixth. My friend and I compared and felt that the lake view from the lower floor was actually better, as the higher floor felt a bit far from the lake. The hotel's parking lot is outdoors, and you can also ask the doorman for valet parking. If you park yourself, there's a shuttle service to take you back to the lobby entrance, both options are very convenient. The room facilities were also great; the TV in this hotel was the only one in the past three months that we've stayed at that could connect to our casting device! Finally, we could watch videos from our phones. For breakfast, you could even get Aozhao noodles at the hot food station!

This is the most convenient five-star hotel for parking near Qiandeng, perfect for family trips. The kids have plenty of space to play, and adults can relax. The hotel's greenery is well-maintained, offering a great view from the window. The swimming pool water is exceptionally clean, and the temperature is just right. Overall, the hotel looks clean and refreshing, and the staff proactively greet guests in the lobby, which feels very welcoming. In summary, the dining experience at the hotel was well worth the price, even exceeding expectations.

Very nice house, the compound feels very like a vacation village, perfect to escape Shanghai for couple of days. We didn't get much occasion to visit around because of the Typhoon but we really liked our time in the house and there is small supermarket 10 minutes walk. Kitchen tools (pots, knifes..) could be refreshed. Service is overall very good.
