"When I checked in on the first day, a young lady at the front desk received very good reception, praise, but the facilities and equipment were a bit not very good, I booked two rooms, one of the rooms' showers was bad (repaired after telling) The air conditioner was noisy, and the TV in the other room was broken and could not be turned on. I told the front desk to call the waiter to check and tell us that the repair is not good. I told us that I would change the room tomorrow. In fact, I can understand it. I thought it was too troublesome to change it. The bed was very comfortable and the pillow was too soft. The room can put two harder pillows. These can actually be understood. The most important thing is that someone knocked on the wrong door in the middle of the night the next night. It was very scary. I told the front desk to help check the monitoring. I said that the person in the next room knocked on the wrong door and there was no measure. If summed up, the service was praised. The facilities and equipment need to be strengthened. Then you need to strengthen management. If you encounter special circumstances, you can properly appease the emotions of the guests. (Although the 5 points given, the problem needs to be rectified)"

"I have never given such a rating to any hotel, but I have to complain today
1. Because I am a silver card member, I habitually buy no breakfast coupons on the platform (generally hotels give breakfast to praise), provided that I am not taking advantage of it, I am on a business trip, and the expenses can be reimbursed.
2. After booking the hotel, I also called the hotel and consulted the hotel. The hotel responded.

SCTan (Malaysia)Our stay at Zhouzhuang Zen Yili was absolutely wonderful—a perfect blend of comfort, warmth, and convenience!
Taxi can dropped us off within 1 minute walking distance away from Zen Yili. Zhouzhuang ancient village entrance is just a few minutes walk from Zen Yili making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and activities. The peaceful surroundings of the homestay also added to the relaxing vibe.
The hosts, both husband and wife were exceptionally kind and gave us great local tips. They provided us more than enough fresh fruits, tea, biscuits and mineral water. I was surprised also that the room was with full mosquitoes nettings with even anti mosquitoes device provided if needed. During our stay the homestay and its surroundings ware without mosquitoes.
The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was of five star standard for its fittings, and was very well-maintained.
Before we checked out, we were given delicious homemade biscuits out of their hospitality. They also arranged for us a reliable and comfortable pickup after checked out.
For the price, this homestay offered excellent value.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to couples, families, or solo travelers looking for a peaceful retreat in Zhouzhuang ancient village.

A very nice stay. The host is very helpful. The room is as nice as the photo provided. Location is perfect, with the attraction entry gate a few steps away only. The view out from the window is perfect. Everything is just nice.

Jas.nThe hotel is in a great location, inside Zhouzhuang water town (which is absolutely stunning day or night). Upon arrival the owner sent me a message on WeChat with the basic instructions and some recommendations, and explained that because the hotel is located inside the scenic area of Zhouzhuang there is a ticket fee one would have to pay if they enter between 8am and 5pm but before or after that time entrance is free, so it is best to leave and enter before or after those times. She also recommended a theatre performance to me and got a ticket at a discounted price which was nice (the theatre performance was incredible too).
Since before arrival I had a bit of trouble with my payment methods, but the owner was very patient and kind and gave me time to solve the problem.
The room was modern and clean, with well working appliances and a big bed.

Guest UserThis guesthouse is really great! It has its own unique charm, the surroundings are beautiful, and it's super clean and tidy. A shuttle picked us up right at the parking lot, and it's only about a hundred meters from the scenic area entrance, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The guesthouse also has its own restaurant, and the dishes are exquisitely prepared and taste amazing. Highly, highly recommend! 👍👍👍

This guesthouse was the hidden gem of our trip! The room looked exactly like the pictures, every corner was picture-perfect, and my friends kept asking for the address on social media. The decor was romantic and cozy, and it was wonderfully quiet and undisturbed at night. The location is fantastic, right within the scenic area and central business district, making getting around super convenient. The power outlets in the room were thoughtfully placed, the bathroom had plenty of hot water and stable pressure, the toiletries smelled great, the natural light was excellent, and the view from the window was superb. Such a 'home away from home' experience is truly rare to find!

The hotel location outside has a nice view during night time, The only one , our room located on the ground floor is just in the front passage walkway unexpectedly. The room looked big , and clean for us ok for the value. What you pay for what you get..

The homestay is located near Huaxiang Yuxiang, and there is a beautiful light show at night.
The boss was very welcoming. Since we live in a water town, there are inevitably mosquitoes. My baby hates mosquitoes, so the boss provided an electric mosquito swatter in time and killed all the mosquitoes.
Among the B&Bs in the scenic area, this one is cost-effective and suitable for a simple rest at night. I will come to Zhouzhuang again. 😀

lschungDuring our recent stay at this wonderful hotel, we were exceptionally satisfied with every aspect of our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the hotel staff who came out to meet us at the scenic area entrance and assisted with our luggage. This level of service set the tone for our entire visit.
The hotel's décor is stunning, creating a serene and visually pleasing environment. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, providing a restful haven where we enjoyed a comfortable night's sleep. It truly is a fantastic place to relax and unwind.
One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful afternoon tea, particularly the grain snacks which were so delicious that we requested the hotel staff to help purchase and courier some to Shanghai for us to bring home. Their willingness to accommodate our request added a special touch to our experience.
Breakfast at the hotel was another standout. The porridge, in particular, was so delectable that the hotel kindly gave us a pack of the rice used to prepare it. This gesture was much appreciated and spoke volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction.
Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant retreat. If we return to this area, we will undoubtedly choose to stay here again.

I cannot recommend this place enough, like living inside a magical fairytale! Zhouzhuang itself is one of the most beautiful places I've visited, and getting to live in a hotel that looks right out of history but with all modern comforts was such a special experience! The room was spacious and beautiful, with large, comfortable beds, and a nice, big clean bathroom. Outside it was a beautiful courtyard with a large osmanthus tree in full bloom, the scent perfuming the air whenever we left the door open.
The owner, Fei, was super friendly and helpful - we communicated through the hotel's wechat beforehand and she came to meet us at the nearest gate to the ancient town to help guide us through getting tickets, and then helping us carry our luggage to the hotel. On the day we left it was raining, and not only did the hotel staff carry our luggage back outside the town, we were given umbrellas to keep so we wouldn't get wet while waiting for our didi ride.
The hotel itself doesn't serve breakfast, but there are lots of restaurants and little snack shops and juice bars around, so finding delicious things to eat and drink is easy.
We stayed here while heading over to Suzhou to visit the gardens, it's about an hour's taxi drive away. A very immersive cultural experience!
A magical stay all around, I really hope I will be able to come back and visit again one day!
