Our stay here was a delightful surprise! Even before we arrived, the owner proactively sent us directions to the parking lot. Once we parked, they even sent a car to pick us up and take us to the hotel. The room was even cleaner than I expected. From the room's decor to the courtyard landscape, you could tell the owner put a lot of thought and effort into every detail. The room had a warm, thoughtful touch everywhere: cute cloud pillows on the bedside, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a sound night's sleep. The floor-to-ceiling window featured a raised seating area, and with sunlight filtering through the sheer curtains, it was perfect for playing with the kids or just quietly daydreaming. The air conditioning in the room was excellent, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hairdryer was powerful – little details that really add to the experience. The common areas were also very inviting. The small lounge on the first floor had books, tea, and an incredibly well-behaved Shiba Inu. The outdoor courtyard was a hidden gem – surrounded by lush greenery, with banana leaves unfurling, and a misty ambiance that made it feel like a secret garden in Jiangnan. Green vines draped gracefully over the wooden deck, and after the rain, the air was exceptionally fresh, instantly washing away all fatigue. This guesthouse is truly worth a visit. It was the most comfortable stay I've had in an ancient town. When we left, the owner even drove us back to the parking lot, which was very thoughtful. For anyone visiting Zhouzhuang, I highly recommend choosing this place; you won't be disappointed. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Both receptionists were very friendly and offered tea during check-in. They also kindly asked if I wanted a room upgrade and breakfast. It was a pleasant stay.

Had a really enjoyable stay at Mulan Huayue Hotel during our visit to Zhouzhuang Ancient Town. The service was exceptional from start to finis. When we arrived, the staff came to pick us up from the admission gate and helped carry our luggage to the hotel, which was especially helpful since the old town streets can be a bit tricky with bags. We arrived before check-in time, and since the rooms were ready, the owner let us look at the available rooms and choose the one we preferred based on the view. It was a small gesture, but it made us feel very welcome. The location is also excellent. Since the hotel is located inside the ancient town itself, we could simply step outside and start exploring the canals, bridges, and old streets without needing any additional transport. It was especially nice to wander around early in the morning and at night when there were fewer crowds. The hotel also has two super cute cats that were always hanging around and made the place feel even more homely. We tried the hotel's restaurant and were impressed by the food. Our favorite dish was the 酸菜肉丝炒芦苇根, which was delicious and something we hadn't tried before. The food was slightly on the salty side for our taste, but overall we enjoyed everything we ordered. When it was time to head to our next hotel in Suzhou, the owner helped arrange a car for us (150 RMB). The driver was very knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting information along the way, which made the journey much more enjoyable. Another thing I appreciated was how attentive the owner was. When we ran out of drinking water, she personally brought three more bottles to our room without us having to ask multiple times. Overall, this was one of those places where you can really feel the warmth and hospitality of the owner. It made our stay in Zhouzhuang much more memorable, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel service was excellent. Before check-in, they proactively added me on WeChat to provide reminders and even met me at the attraction entrance to help with my luggage. The hotel's location is perfect; I found it right after entering the scenic area. The interior decor and facilities are also very good, and the hotel's ambiance is incredibly comfortable. It has a courtyard and a tea room, perfect for a few friends to relax, chat, and play cards.

The hotel environment is good, the stay is comfortable, there are many breakfast dishes, there is a gym on the third floor of the hotel, the service attitude of the hotel staff is very good, and the stay is very satisfactory! I will stay in the hotel again next time.

KunShan was my hometown. I walked by the hotel so many times in the past, the landmark hotel was the obvious choice when we opted to stay in a hotel this time around. The hotel is centrally located, the #11 subway train passes by the station across the courtyard and takes you directly to Shanghai as well as 金鸡湖 in Suzhou. The hotel was renovated recently. The rooms are clean and comfortable, supported by friendly front desk and other staffers. Taking advantage of the weekend, I brought my baby to the Xidi Alanruo Resort hidden in the Jiangnan water town. When checking in, I chose my own toiletries and aromatherapy courtesy, which was a very good sense of ceremony. The welcome courtesy in the room was quite generous, with a mini bar, welcome fruits and red velvet cake The night bed service includes steam eye masks, aromatherapy to help you sleep at night, and cookies baked by the bakery, which is more than 95% of five-star hotels. The infinity pool is the favorite of children, and adults can have a self-service afternoon tea, watch the clouds roll, listen to the wind and birds singing, and all the troubles will disappear. The resort has a variety of dining options. We had a double set meal at the Qiaru Western Restaurant. The manager learned that it was our wedding anniversary and specially prepared a cake, which was quite thoughtful. The sightseeing train, kayaks, coffee shops of all sizes, and other homestays in the Ideal Village are handicraft-style. Each store has its own soul, and each manager is like an artist. I stayed in a lower-level room this time. It feels like it could use a gradual renovation. There was a damp smell from the toilet. The showerhead hose was leaking. Overall, the facilities are a bit dated. However, for guests catching a high-speed rail transfer, these things aren't too important. The front desk staff, as always, were excellent. The room attendant was also very nice. The breakfast consistently delivered. It's a top choice for business travelers.

My recent business trip to Kunshan led me to the Kunshan Zhongcheng Holiday Hotel, and my overall experience far exceeded expectations. It's an excellent choice for accommodation in Kunshan, perfectly suited for both business and leisure travelers, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Nestled within the Tianfu National Wetland Park, the hotel is a true natural oasis hidden in the city. The environment is serene and peaceful, far removed from the urban hustle and bustle. Opening the window reveals lush greenery and lake views; in the morning, you can watch the glistening lake, and in the evening, enjoy the stunning sunset glow. The ambiance is simply captivating, instantly melting away travel fatigue. The location is also very convenient, close to a subway station, with easy access for self-driving and thoughtful complimentary shuttle services, making getting around a breeze. The lake-view room I stayed in was spacious and airy, starting from 40 square meters, feeling expansive and unconfined with a well-organized and rational layout. The room's cleanliness was exceptionally meticulous; tabletops, floors, and bathroom corners were spotless. The dry-wet separated bathroom was neat and dry. The King Koil mattress was just the right firmness, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a supremely comfortable sleep. Thoughtful details stood out, like the dehumidifier, which is perfect for the plum rain season, and amenities such as a viewing balcony and bathrobes, all contributing to a high-quality living experience. The hotel breakfast was excellent, with fresh and abundant ingredients and a wide variety of options. There were freshly cooked noodles, warm porridges, exquisite pastries, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables, and local specialties. The flavors catered to a broad palate, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables, and a different selection each day, fully meeting diverse dining preferences. What truly impressed me was the hotel's service. The entire staff was warm, polite, and responsive. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient and quick, and the staff's attitude was patient and gentle, making the entire experience comfortable and pleasant. The overall hardware and software, environmental ambiance, and service details all far surpassed other hotels in the same price range, offering exceptional value for money. It has now been added to my go-to list for accommodation in Kunshan, and I will definitely choose it again for my next trip. I loved it!
