BBobby_LeslieThis was an incredibly satisfying and surprisingly good trip! After I made the booking, the owner called to give me directions to the free parking lot. Once I arrived, an electric cart quickly picked me up and took me to the hotel. The hotel itself rivals a five-star garden resort – it's clean, tidy, and has a comfortable temperature.
They upgraded our rooms and placed them together, which was convenient for visiting each other. The rooms were very spacious, with separate wet and dry areas, and impeccably clean with a cozy atmosphere.
The family room had two extra-large beds, a bathtub, and an open-air balcony perfect for enjoying tea, the view, and conversations.
Ordering takeout in the evening was also very convenient, with delivery directly to the hotel. The hotel also has its own restaurant within the ancient town, offering discounts to guests. The restaurant's ambiance is excellent, the dishes are visually appealing, taste great, and the set menus offer fantastic value for money.
When checking out, I just sent a WeChat message to the owner, and an electric cart was immediately arranged to take us back to the parking lot. The entire stay was absolutely perfect! The owner also has a super cute Corgi. The next time I visit Zhouzhuang, I'll definitely choose Mulan again.

GGuest UserThis B&B in the ancient town has a very distinctive decor, with beautiful scenery at every turn. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into it. The location is a quiet oasis amidst the bustling old street; once you close the black wooden door, it instantly becomes peaceful. The service at the B&B was excellent, very thoughtful and attentive. After checking in, the owner kindly provided a travel guide, which was very helpful for exploring. Their restaurant serves delicious food, highly recommended!

Wwl****The location is fantastic, right inside the ancient town. You can get in for free after 5 PM. Plus, after breakfast the next day, you can tour Shen Hall and Zhang Hall for free. The value for money is just incredible! They even provide a bath kit in the room, which is a really thoughtful touch. Big thumbs up, highly recommend!

GGuest UserI took the train from Shanghai to Kunshan. Need to take a taxi which is cheap to the hotel from the train station (about 12-15 minutes). The hotel room is very spacious, the toilet is very nice and clean with a heated toilet seat. The breakfast choices is alright. The hotel is about 5-10 min walk to a shop center. There is a convenience store (Family Mart) beside the hotel thus you can get snacks, coffee and drinks easily. Overall I had a good experience staying here, will definitely consider staying in Mercure Kunshan again if I were to have business here.

TTrippin’Perfect hotel for a 4 day, 3 night stay. Breakfast is available but we had other arrangements so we did not partake but they had a good sized spread of Western-Chinese food. The pool was really nice. Worked well for us because my younger child had a shallow pool to play in and my older child could swim in the bigger pool. Easily accessible to Guangming Metro, Line 11 (15 minute walk or 5 minute Didi ride). Room with a Central Park view was great and it offered black out curtains. Hotel check in was easy and the staff was very accommodating. Good size room with a nice sized bed. Tub and shower available. I would book again when visiting Huaqiao.

WWoshiwaigongThe hotel is located at the intersection of Chengbei Avenue and Huanqing Road. The location is easy to find. Check-in is on the second floor. The environment is elegant, the room facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and there is a midnight snack on the second floor from 21:30 to 23:00! The front desk called us to tell us, which is very considerate! The service is good, the hotel staff are very good, and they all greeted us. Breakfast is also on the second floor. There are many dishes and they are also rich. It is a hotel worth recommending. I will stay in this hotel next time I come here!

Ppig-01It is a long-established hotel in Kunshan. The facilities are well maintained. The air conditioning and heating effect in the room are very good. There is a small table in the room, which is convenient for temporary business writing and computer use. Network cables and mouse pads are also provided. The service provided by Xiao Chen and Xiao Li at the front desk was very good. There are quite a lot of breakfast varieties, and the overall price/performance ratio is good.

GGuest UserFacilities: The hotel is not a new project, but the overall facilities are better than expected. The small road from the parking lot to the hotel may be a little unstable because it is made of wood. It is recommended to maintain it later.
Service: Travel-check-in-check-out, the housekeeper mode follows up the whole process, basically responds to every request in the group and replies very promptly.
The overall environment is very good. The rooms facing the water can directly see the village from the balcony. You can also go to the Ideal Village and other interesting cultural and creative studios and coffee shops nearby. Anyway, you won’t be bored. Except that there will be a little more mosquitoes in this season, everything else is ok. If you want to experience this type of hotel, it is recommended to stay here.

GGuest UserTravel photography service (3 photos): I have to give a thumbs up. The photographer's ability to capture photos is so strong👍. It's rare that both my baby and I are satisfied. Due to privacy, I won't post it here, but I must believe that it is worth a try. The room meets expectations. The lake view room with a balcony has a very good view and is very comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious. The environment is great. In the wetland park, you can see a different scene at every step. I really recommend it if you want to relax on the weekend. It is very suitable for bringing children and the elderly. There are many experience classes, as well as various types of cycling, front and back double riding, side by side riding, to meet tourists with different needs. There are large areas of grass, and the photos are very good. The waiters are very enthusiastic. The only regret is that the breakfast quality is average, there are not many types, and the price is not cheap. Of course, the dining environment is still quite good.
