BBobby_LeslieThis was an incredibly satisfying and surprisingly good trip! After I made the booking, the owner called to give me directions to the free parking lot. Once I arrived, an electric cart quickly picked me up and took me to the hotel. The hotel itself rivals a five-star garden resort – it's clean, tidy, and has a comfortable temperature.
They upgraded our rooms and placed them together, which was convenient for visiting each other. The rooms were very spacious, with separate wet and dry areas, and impeccably clean with a cozy atmosphere.
The family room had two extra-large beds, a bathtub, and an open-air balcony perfect for enjoying tea, the view, and conversations.
Ordering takeout in the evening was also very convenient, with delivery directly to the hotel. The hotel also has its own restaurant within the ancient town, offering discounts to guests. The restaurant's ambiance is excellent, the dishes are visually appealing, taste great, and the set menus offer fantastic value for money.
When checking out, I just sent a WeChat message to the owner, and an electric cart was immediately arranged to take us back to the parking lot. The entire stay was absolutely perfect! The owner also has a super cute Corgi. The next time I visit Zhouzhuang, I'll definitely choose Mulan again.

GGuest UserThe room had so much character, you could tell the owner put a lot of thought into every detail. The service was also incredibly attentive; the owner tried their best to accommodate all our requests. Highly recommend! And since it wasn't peak season, the room rate was quite reasonable too.

GGuest UserThis was our second trip in 3 months. The staff at the reception when signing us in and clarifying our passports were quiet rude this time. They were confused and kept insisting our passports were expired. They kept saying silly things in Chinese assuming we didn't understand. I am living in china for 6 Years and last time I have been home was Feb 2023. They kept reading this date and saying it was wrong even though it clearly shows I entered china again after a holiday on the date. Despite this we still enjoyed the stay. I must applaud the staff at breakfast. They were friendly at all times and spoke English quite well. Always smiling unlike those ladies at the reception. We wanted to book in again in two weeks but may re think this.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, with a grand lobby and many traditional food shops around. It is very close to Tinglin Garden and can be reached on foot. The service attitude is very good. When the parking lot in the yard is full, you will be guided to the underground parking lot next door. The buffet breakfast is quite rich, especially the self-service Aozao Pavilion. The noodles and toppings are very authentic, and the sesame pancakes are great. You must try it!

TTrippin’Perfect hotel for a 4 day, 3 night stay. Breakfast is available but we had other arrangements so we did not partake but they had a good sized spread of Western-Chinese food. The pool was really nice. Worked well for us because my younger child had a shallow pool to play in and my older child could swim in the bigger pool. Easily accessible to Guangming Metro, Line 11 (15 minute walk or 5 minute Didi ride). Room with a Central Park view was great and it offered black out curtains. Hotel check in was easy and the staff was very accommodating. Good size room with a nice sized bed. Tub and shower available. I would book again when visiting Huaqiao.

GGuest UserTaking advantage of the weekend, I brought my baby to the Xidi Alanruo Resort hidden in the Jiangnan water town.
When checking in, I chose my own toiletries and aromatherapy courtesy, which was a very good sense of ceremony. The welcome courtesy in the room was quite generous, with a mini bar, welcome fruits and red velvet cake
The night bed service includes steam eye masks, aromatherapy to help you sleep at night, and cookies baked by the bakery, which is more than 95% of five-star hotels. The infinity pool is the favorite of children, and adults can have a self-service afternoon tea, watch the clouds roll, listen to the wind and birds singing, and all the troubles will disappear.
The resort has a variety of dining options. We had a double set meal at the Qiaru Western Restaurant. The manager learned that it was our wedding anniversary and specially prepared a cake, which was quite thoughtful.
The sightseeing train, kayaks, coffee shops of all sizes, and other homestays in the Ideal Village are handicraft-style. Each store has its own soul, and each manager is like an artist. The whole vacation gave me the feeling of Dali and Lijiang. I am willing to come to the resort again. Thank you to the friends of Xidi Alanruo

BBradley.16I had a fantastic stay. The room was massive, very clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view, which made the stay feel even more relaxing and enjoyable.
The staff were excellent — very attentive, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Everything felt well-managed and professional.
The location is also a major highlight. It is very close to Kunshan Railway Station, making it extremely convenient for travel. One of the best parts was the view of the high-speed trains passing by, which was really enjoyable and made the stay feel unique.
Overall, this was a great stay with spacious rooms, wonderful service, a fantastic location, and a memorable view. I would happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

GGayanJChecked in at 22:00 Hrs. I have booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 1 child. When I went to check in, the receptionish said there is no staff to add an extra bed even if we pay for it. It was very disappointing to hear at 10pm in such a good hotel there is no one to arrange an extra bed. Check in experience was very horrible, they allocated the 2 rooms in separate floors when I specifically mentioned I needed adjacent rooms or rooms in the same floor. And then I had to come back again where one of their managers who was relaxing all this time came and got this done. disappointing experience. Hotel was very nice, the surroundings were very good, definitely need more attentive and trained staff who can think of customer experience.
