PPWHHA very nice stay. The host is very helpful. The room is as nice as the photo provided. Location is perfect, with the attraction entry gate a few steps away only. The view out from the window is perfect. Everything is just nice.

AAnonymous UserIt was a very happy weekend trip. I spent two relaxing and comfortable days in the B&B. The service was very good. Knowing it was my birthday, they specially decorated the room and sent birthday noodles. The food was also great. The hot pot and barbecue sets booked in advance were large and fresh. I will bring my whole family with me next time.

Excellent
GGuest UserThe room had so much character, you could tell the owner put a lot of thought into every detail. The service was also incredibly attentive; the owner tried their best to accommodate all our requests. Highly recommend! And since it wasn't peak season, the room rate was quite reasonable too.

GGuest UserThis guesthouse, set in a traditional 'Sanheyuan' (three-sided courtyard) structure, offered an incredibly authentic and delightful experience. Despite being surrounded by commercial activity, it was a surprisingly quiet and rustic retreat, truly an oasis of calm in the bustling city. The rooms were clean, hygienic, and well-equipped. A major plus was the breakfast provided, and you could also order lunch or dinner at very reasonable prices, with delicious food. Dining outdoors by the river was particularly charming. Even when busy, the owner maintained an excellent, thoughtful demeanor. Traveling with elderly parents, the owner proactively offered pick-up and drop-off services, which was incredibly heartwarming and thoughtful.

KkathyThe soundproofing isn't great; the constant noise from the kids next door, both at night and in the morning, was really annoying. The room's facilities are quite old and show their age. However, the location is excellent, just a short walk to one of the scenic area's entrances. There are a decent number of parking spaces, though I'm not sure if it would be enough during holidays. Breakfast isn't a buffet; it's pre-set, but it's filling and the taste is acceptable.

XXiaoye37I have to give the owner a big thumbs up! I accidentally slipped and fell at Eslite Bookstore on my way from Suzhou, injuring my left sciatic nerve. Now I can only walk by taking tiny steps. Since I had two dogs with me, the luggage—including strollers, blankets, pee pads, and disposable tablecloths—was huge. The owner repeatedly went to the parking lot to fetch and deliver things for us. Even when picking me up and taking me back to my room, he accompanied me step by step. At night, my car's security alarm went off, and despite the cold, the owner went to the parking lot to check on it. The service was truly exceptional! 😄 The guesthouse is centrally located in Zhouzhuang. Of the several places I compared, Puyue's location is definitely the best. There's a boat dock downstairs, Häagen-Dazs to the left, and Niu Cha Zhouzhuang branch to the right. The Bailu room has four windows, so even without leaving the room, you can still enjoy the best views. Next to the small bridge are Fumanlou and Fuxingji restaurants, and it's very close to the Sunken Hall and Twin Bridges. It's a pity I injured my leg, but I'll definitely come back next time! Also, I have a much better impression of Zhouzhuang this time. Because of my leg injury, the guesthouse owner took me there. After explaining the situation to the police officer, the officer had the owner take me directly to the ticket gate for the performance. The staff of the performance also assisted me step by step throughout the process without any trouble! I wanted to eat qingtuan (green glutinous rice dumplings) from Fuxingji, so I called the landlady to explain the situation, and she even delivered them to my room. I felt so much warmth and hospitality! I'll definitely come back next time!

DDayanyueyueI took my high school kid here for a day off at the tail end of the holiday season. It was quick and convenient to get here from Shanghai. When I entered the hotel, I was told that the room type had been upgraded to a double bedroom, which was a real surprise. There were soft drinks and fruits in the room for us to enjoy, a huge sofa, and an exquisite little courtyard (the little snail had afternoon tea with us). It was so much fun to stay there for a day. There is also a granary that we can climb up in the hotel, as well as a Kunqu Opera art exhibition, and egrets by the lake. I especially want to mention the dinner in the hotel. Although it is a set meal, every dish is delicious. I look forward to coming again next time. It's great!

GGuest UserI was on a business trip to attend an exhibition at the Kunshan International Convention and Exhibition Center.
This hotel is very close to the Convention and Exhibition Center. According to the map, it is only about 2,000 meters away. It is a high-quality and affordable choice.
Talk about real experience: The hotel lobby is really a lobby ”tall and majestic, with huge crystal chandeliers and a looming lobby bar.”
Hotel room: Floor-to-ceiling windows are spacious, bright and comfortable. What should be praised is the large bathtub in the bathroom 🛁. After returning from the exhibition to the hotel room, I can quietly soak in the hot water for a while, stretch my muscles and bones, and wash away my fatigue. It is so comfortable and I feel very energetic. It's just a pity that I didn't bring a bather, haha.
The transportation is very convenient. I took the bus: in the morning, it cost one yuan to get to the station 10 meters from the lobby and arrived at the exhibition venue. Convenient enough. A certain taxi-hailing software costs 8 yuan. There are also shared bicycles, you know, although it is close, the street view is not bad.
Highly recommended, genuine and affordable

RRaph-31Very nice house, the compound feels very like a vacation village, perfect to escape Shanghai for couple of days. We didn't get much occasion to visit around because of the Typhoon but we really liked our time in the house and there is small supermarket 10 minutes walk. Kitchen tools (pots, knifes..) could be refreshed. Service is overall very good.
