HHarry Tan 06The resort is nicely build and embedded with nature . The facilities such as pool and gym are well maintained . The room feel luxurious . Would advise to book the club room access with free wine and food almost throughout the day . The best part of this resort is the view .

GGuest UserThe location is superb, offering the convenience of a bustling area while maintaining a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. It's about a 10-minute walk to the pier for night cruises and only 5 minutes to the night market, making it perfect for families with young children.
The hotel's amenities are also very satisfying. The overall antique decor is great for taking photos. Both swimming pools offer excellent photo opportunities day and night, creating a fantastic ambiance.
I want to especially highlight the service, which was the most touching part of my stay:
For Chinese tourists, the front desk staff proactively adds guests on WeChat, making it convenient to contact them if items are forgotten or needs arise, which is incredibly thoughtful. All the staff members are warm and polite, and they provide detailed explanations of the hotel's facilities and services, making guests feel at ease.
Due to a personal health issue, when checking out, the hotel specially arranged staff to help carry my luggage to the car and bowed when bidding farewell. You could really feel their genuine sincerity in service. Receiving such care and attention from strangers in a foreign country was truly moving.

BBa Nàng Công ChúaMy impression of Risemount was that it felt fresh, modern, and youthful. However, my overall experience did not fully meet my expectations. I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 PM, but there was no greeting at the entrance. At that time, only one receptionist was assisting another guest. While I was carrying my child and two hand-carry suitcases to the counter, a female staff member from another desk kindly came over to help me with the check-in.
After checking in, I was offered a glass of ginger tea with honey. At first, the flavor felt quite strong and slightly spicy, so I thought it might contain a bit of alcohol. After asking, I understood that it was ginger tea with honey, which was a thoughtful welcome drink.
In the room, I noticed a strand of hair in the bathtub, and the showerhead in the standing shower was loose, causing water to splash outside. Together with the bathroom slippers, this made me feel a bit uncomfortable and less safe while using the bathroom. The soundproofing could also be improved, as I could still hear traffic noise and sounds from the neighboring room even with the windows and doors closed.
During the night, I was disturbed by mosquitoes and couldn’t sleep well. At around 2 AM, my daughter, who was very tired after a long day at the beach, had an accident in bed. I tried to contact housekeeping and the reception for assistance, but unfortunately, I could not reach anyone at that time. This was quite inconvenient during our stay.
In addition, although the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, I personally felt that the presentation and overall setup could be more refined to better match the hotel’s standard.

You can really feel his passion for hospitality and his dedication to providing the best possible experience for every guest.
Thanks to Tonny and the wonderful hotel team, my stay was absolutely perfect.
I will definitely come back again in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang!

I stayed for 2 nights in a room on the 20th floor with a river view and breakfast included.
The view was beautiful, and the room was very clean.
Above all, having a balcony was absolutely wonderful.
The shower had hot water and good water pressure with no problems.
The breakfast also had a wide variety of choices, and the view from the dining area was amazing, making it a great place for photos.
I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Vietnam.

2. The restaurant on the 29th floor has very reasonable prices, and the staff are incredibly welcoming.

KKhoa Dang PhamOverall, the hotel's service was okay. However, during my stay in room 703, I noticed several issues that need to be addressed:
1. The door latch mount was loose and almost falling off.
2. The mini-fridge wasn't cold enough; the ice cream I bought melted and had to be thrown away.
3. Shoe/slipper trays should be added to prevent guests from walking directly on the floor, which can be unhygienic.
4. Type-C phone chargers should be provided.
5. The shower curtain was broken, torn at the bottom.
6. The trash bin in the bathroom wasn't replaced after daily room cleaning.
7. After room cleaning, coffee, tea, and small face towels were not replenished.
8. The bathroom floor near the toilet was clogged and flooded with water.
9. The stainless steel handrail on the balcony was dusty.
10. The green light on the air conditioner switch was too bright, making it difficult to sleep at night.

GGuest UserExcellent lotion with walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was ok but all the hotel staff were great. Especially the restaurant server (Ms Tam) was very kind and helpful, as I could not walk around due to my knee injury. She ran extra miles to serve all my needs for the food on my table. I am sure I will be back for my next trip to this great place.
