"The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff friendly. The location is only 10 minutes from Malioboro. Our stay was perfect! Ddyhx1.5 hrs ride from YIA Airport, but conveniently linked to Pukawon Mall that has pretty much everything you need from nails spa, massage to cinema, shops, eateries, restaurants to supermarket. It's easy (and cheap) to get a grab (local Uber) so not a challenge to get around even to further places.
The room was spacious even for 2, including the bathroom area. Clean and well maintained, cute crab-shaped towel art and welcome amenities as a Bonvoy Gold member. Beds and pillows are a bit soft for my liking (even when I opted for a foam pillow from their pillow menu) but that's a personal preference. All amenities provided in the bathroom.
Service was amazing, such warm smiles and great initiative, from the bell boy who helped with our luggage immediately after we got off the car, to the friendly front desk staff, to the security guards who holds the doors open for us and most of all, the helpful and thoughtful housekeeping team. They saw that we had limited hanging space with too much clothes and put in a standing laundry rack for us, and additional bottles of water, all without asking. Special shout-out to Deelen, Wahyu for the superb service.
The pool looked amazing though I didn't get to try it this time.
Breakfast was also excellent, a wide spread of local, western and Asian. They also offer interesting local herbal beverages. Solomon was thoughtful and offered us to order special items off the buffet when he found out it was our 3rd day of having breakfast at the hotel.
Overall a wonderful stay and I'll be sure to stay here the next time I visit Jogja again.

GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is a bit out of the way, it's perfect for visitors heading to Prambanan. It boasts unbeatable mountain views, with both the rooms and restaurant overlooking vast fields and volcanoes. The staff are genuinely friendly, and overall, it offers incredible value for money!

The pool area was well-maintained and very pleasant. The staff were exceptionally courteous and even presented my daughter with a thoughtful gift. JJaneYeqThe room was quite spacious. I booked a twin room, and since the beds weren't particularly wide, I asked them to combine them into one large bed, which they did. The hotel breakfast was absolutely fantastic! There was a wide variety of food, and everything tasted great. Next to the restaurant, there's a small kids' play area, which was a nice little break for parents. The pool was just okay, not particularly clean. However, near the pool, there's a children's playroom, which was great – it had toys and books, and my child really enjoyed it. Parking was also very convenient, and all the staff were very friendly.

The property is quite old and is no longer under Sheraton management, which is noticeable throughout the hotel. The toilets and ceilings feel outdated and in need of renovation, and the same applies to the air conditioning system, which doesn’t perform up to expectations.
That said, the staff are very cooperative, friendly, and always willing to help, which is definitely a positive aspect of the stay.

AApeQueThe villa looks very² nice and picturesque, The space for a small family was just nice (2 adults, 1 kid - Luxury Villa 3 Person-Twin Bed). When we get into the room to settle down, the aircon have already been switched on. The pool looks clean and well maintained. During the day, the pool will feel cold and when at night it gets chilly. After swimming, can just dry your clothes by the pool bcs there is direct sunlight. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful all the time when we need their assistance.
But we noticed during the day, the aircon could not perform well. The room temperature will only starts to go down during the night (after 9pm onwards). We do understand that the hotel is like an outdoor villa, but we do find some ants running around everywhere. Luckily we dont find them on our bed. Then their shower and bidet does not look well maintained. Got alot alot of white stains all over. Also, their bathtub, we found a few brown stains which we try to remove it on our own but couldn't. Last but not least, there is no table and chairs for us to dine. Normally we would just sit on the floor in our room in front of/below the aircon, so that we can feel cooling while eating.
Overall, i would give a 7/10, their villa could have look better if they maintained their property well and provided proper place for dining. As a person, im not really fussy to all of the negative statements stated above but my spouse aren't really happy about it so im here to share 2 person p.o.v. But i am very fussy when comes to the air conditioning. But due to my itenary, im always outside during the day and only be back in the room at night, so i decided not to request change of room or servicing the aircon.

The rooms are clean and spacious although there needs to be an improvement in the quality of some items in the bathroom.
Overall this is a very good hotel for its price range.
