The staff were also incredibly kind. I've stayed at other 5-star hotels around the world, but I can confidently say this was the best among them. You can also see the poolside from the balcony, which is very relaxing. The water pressure was good, no issues there. I'd definitely want to come back here just to stay at this hotel again."

The hotel facilities are quite new, the rooms are comfortable and tidy, and the public areas are very well-maintained. The staff's service attitude was incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel very relaxed. The breakfast also deserves praise; there was a rich selection, including local Indonesian specialties and dishes more suited to Chinese palates, and the overall quality was good. I especially want to thank Farrell. He enthusiastically recommended a day trip itinerary that turned out to be excellent and also helped coordinate car rental, making our trip to Yogyakarta smoother and more worry-free. Overall, this is a hotel with excellent service and facilities, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Yogyakarta."

"Strategic location, the room is clean, but the blanket is dirty with lipstick marks and it feels itchy. Kang Parkir is very responsive, F.O is also responsive in the morning on the phone because the hot water kettle can't be directly approached by the housekeeping. The downside is that the bathroom water can't be hot and there is no exhaust so the bathroom smells like that (suggestion to install an exhaust). Even though there are already two fresheners"
