"Wonderful hotel in an out of town location. Not a hotel to stay in if you have mobility issues as the entrance is up a very grand staircase to reception. Check in was efficient and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. The small balcony overlooking a garden is pretty and quiet. We even had 2 visitors of the feathered kind sit on the balcony with us, which was nice! We visited during a national holiday, so the hotel was packed, and the breakfast room was very, very busy, making for a slightly noisy, unrelaxed experience, but the view of Merapi helped!! The Indian restaurant onsite was excellent and delicious! We didn't have time to enjoy the spa or pools, but they both looked very inviting and were well used by other guests. Overall, a great hotel and recommend it for a relaxing stay."

"Location: Excellent location right next to City Mall, with direct access from the hotel to the mall, making shopping and dining very convenient. Cleanliness: Housekeeping was provided daily, and the team put great effort into keeping the room clean and comfortable. The rooms are very spacious for travelers, and the lighting is well designed, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Service: The staff were patient, polite, and did their best to fulfill requests whenever possible. One small suggestion would be to consider using shower gel and shampoo with a fresher scent, although this is not a major issue. Food: The breakfast offered a good selection, and the breakfast room has a beautiful mountain view. For long-stay guests, it would be nice to see some variation in the breakfast menu from day to day, as the options remained largely the same throughout the stay. Laundry: Laundry service was efficient and reliable, with items returned by the next day. ❤️ Overall: A comfortable stay with spacious rooms, attentive service, a convenient location, and excellent housekeeping."
