Very nice hotel with good location next to the best mall in Yogyakarta. The hotel retains the grandeur of old era with large and cozy lobby areas with plenty of sofas for relaxing or to meet guests. The hotel has the larger than average room sizes. However, the rooms need to have better lightings overall but especially in the bathrooms. The hotel has shown signs of need for another round of renovation. Start with the lightings then the beddings as well as improving the sound barriers. During the last night of our stay, the hotel hosted a party in the backyard. The sounds of music was so loud, it was hard for me to sleep. Sending a note to the hotel guests about having a party in the evening does NOT mean that they can just host a party with such loud music in the backyard. Alternatively, the hotel can invest in serious sound proofing if they plan to have parties in the backyard or pool.

Strategic location with lots of useful ammenities. The apartment was nicely furnished, bed was very comfortable, small kitchen was handy to have and bathroom was clean. I also really enjoyed the cushion on the window seat to take in the view of Mt. Merapi. In the future I think that the check in and check out process could be streamlined, including contacting the guest prior to check in to provide the required information and maybe having a document in the apartment that outlines the check out process. Apart from that I was very happy with my stay and would visit again.

A really satisfying resort, from the beginning of check-in, the resort staff are friendly and communicative, and there are many free activities for children. The photoshoot session is also amazing 😍👌

Here’s The property is quite old and is no longer under Sheraton management, which is noticeable throughout the hotel. The toilets and ceilings feel outdated and in need of renovation, and the same applies to the air conditioning system, which doesn’t perform up to expectations. That said, the staff are very cooperative, friendly, and always willing to help, which is definitely a positive aspect of the stay.

I Booked 2 bed Room for 3d2n at the end of 2023 … i enjoy while staying here the room is Wide Enough parking Space many and There is kfc in front of hotel ..i wish i could be there someday

With balcony, smoking is allowed, sanitation is clean and timely, breakfast can be delivered to the room, the food is diverse and rich, the swimming pool is also quite unique, but the equipment in the gym is a bit unsafe and old, the air inside is not circulating, and the odor is a bit strong

Staff was very helpful. Rooms had nice view of the mountain and rice fields
