The SPA is really good, the atmosphere and massage quality is great.
The garden villas are really lovely for families, with a beautiful view and private pools.
More than enough choices in venue restaurant as well with a fast room service too.
The room cleanliness could have been slightly better though.

Pros: Very nice room with wide balcony, facilities are great, there is ATM BCA inside the hotel (very nice), beside the small palace which has historical value (great one), beside big mall either, nice pool, good garden, hospitality of staffs, and located near center of Jogja.
Cons: Shower selection problem (need maintenance/replace), parking way to turn on inside parking building is smaller than ideal (hard to turn for Pajero, Fortuner or big cars).
But the total rank is vety good. Thanks.

Despite a small miscommunication at check-in, everything was promptly handled with professionalism, and our overall experience was truly delightful.

GGuest UserPlace is amazing! Friendly staff all around. Staff greeted with genuine warmth and make effort to know the guests. Was there for consecutive five bfasts, and towards the end, staff can serve you your favs as they have been attentive to the needs. Never had such experience before!
Location can be a little off the main areas but nothing too great that can’t be fixed with private hire transport.
This hotel has an abundance of amenities that one could spend hours there to enjoy what the place has to offer. My kid enjoyed fishing at the pond too!

YYuriyAt first we stayed for one night, but then we fell in love with this place and did not look for other options. The territory is large and very beautiful, the staff is responsive and polite. Very quiet, especially in the evening. Well, the main attraction is the fish, we had a room with a view of the river and from the side of the highway the fish swim up to examine the outstretched hand

Great location .. a lot of eateries from udon to a nice kebab next door...
Breakfast was ok decent.. can't compare to the main artotel at thamrin... But service is kinda slow..
Rooms.... A bit worn down... Especially the toilet area.. tiles are slippery... Towels... Hmmm shall not describe much.. but for the price paid... Ohh well I guess not much complain

AAnonymous UserRoom was okay but not very okay because trip.com purchase through 3rd party tiket.com and did not pass the room we choose non-smoking, so we ended up with room for a smoker and same level for all room for smoking. Hotel did a good gesture after we make a call to Mr. Bagus to solve this matter as hotel was full house to make sure our room comfortable, the housekeeping did change our sheet, and everything in bed also spray our room with perfume to make smoke odor gone. I was hopeless actually because the 3rd party was tiket.com local travel agent online which wasn't reliable like traveloka they are the same. But trip.com already apologize for the mistake and offer us as gesture a goodwill for their mistake, so I won't take any further action or complain as the hotel management already tried their best solved our problem. Thank you. I hope this never happen again in the future, they need double check and make sure their agreement with 3rd party is gone through very well and no mistake happen again

DDon Thusitha - AustraliaAs a memeber of Accor Hotels, I book mercure hotels in Jakartha and other countries generally. Here I stayed 2 nights in this Grand Mecure , Yog Yakartha. Firstly, this hotel is super beautiful and decorated, giving value to culture and heritage signages. Every where hotel artefacts matching with heritage Borobudur, prambanan.
Staff is very pleasant, polite, and always with a good smile, helpful, and supportive. Rooms are excellent. Special words should be placed here about breakfast . You can have multiple choices. Inluding Western, eastern, and traditional Indonesian foods and drinks. I think best break fast choices I have ever seen so far.
Restaurant staff also very nice. Bar staff memeber also very good. She somehow managed to provide food and drinks at the last moment last night. Not only that, the security team is also pleasant and helpful. Even though a bit far from Malioboro Street, staying here is fully worth it.
