Kauai Kailani Resort is settled between the North Shore & South Shore to make all of your adventures across the island convenient!This second-floor condo comfortably sleeps six people, with a conveniently located elevator. The condo features three bedrooms, subdivided into a 2 bed, 2 bath primary suite and a 1 bed, 1 bath adjoining suite with a connecting door. The condo can be rented as an entire unit or each suite can be rented individually. The primary suite has a master bedroom with a king sized bed, a secondary bedroom with two twin sized beds, living room with Wifi and Cable TV, fully-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a washer and dryer. The connected secondary suite, with its own entrance, includes an additional large bedroom with a king size bed, ensuite private bathroom, a small kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven, sink and coffee maker, closet, television, and shared WiFi. Have breakfast while taking in the beautiful ocean view and enjoying the breeze from the sizable lanai. Or, delight in dinner along the beach and ocean-front swimming pool, where there are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella-covered picnic areas with a BBQ grill.The Kauai Kailani is conveniently located in Kapaa and is within walking distance to Starbucks, Safeway, multiple restaurants, and shopping. Step into a bright and happy newly renovated 2nd floor condo located on the East coast of Kauai. The master bedroom has a King size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. Lots of closet space and dresser storage. Full tub and shower complete with towels, face clothes and soaps. Kitchen is equipped with full fridge, freezer, dishwasher, full range, toaster, blender, microwave and everything else your inner chef may require. Condo is equipped with high speed internet and a Smart TV (full channel line up). Master bedroom has Apple TV along with HDMI cable to hook up to a Laptop for Netflix etc. The condo complex has a beautiful pool and outdoor shower to wash the sand and surf from your toes. Amazingly, the condo is situated right beside a coral reef which is bustling with life. It truly is paradise!We recommend renting a car to see the rest of the island of Kauai. However, we are perfectly located right across the street from almost every amenity you could need. Restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, shopping, McDonalds, ice cream and the famous EastCoast Trail is right outside your back door. Enjoy a piece of heaven from this ground floor corner unit with quartz counter tops, tile flooring, washer and dryer, and a fully furnished kitchen with everything you need to cook gourmet meals. The condo sleeps 4 comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed with 2 twins in the second bedroom and all the linens furnished for the beds. Bath towels and beach towels are furnished as well as beach chairs and toys. For the wee ones there is a pack n play. The living space has a love seat with2 additional chairs for lounging. The breakfast bar has 4 barstools, although we prefer to eat all our meals on the lanai!The best part of this amazing unit is the view! The lanai is a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings while you watch the beautiful sunrises and have a quiet dinner in the evenings. Both bedrooms have windows facing the Sunrise in the east. There is no air conditioning, however, with this being a corner unit, and right on the ocean, there are wonderful ocean breezes that keep the unit cool and comfortable. We also have a floor fan in each bedroom and ceiling fans should they be needed if the trade winds die down. The beach is probably not swim-able for most people. Although the ocean is only chest deep from the beach to the reef, it can get rough and can have strong currents. Just south of Kauai Kailani are several nice swimming beaches depending on your water skills. The on island manager is Sheila Phillips and is your contact while staying in the unit.
