Quest Hotels in Sydney

This was my second stay here. It's really convenient for getting to Macquarie Centre, and the rooms are clean. There's limited outdoor free parking right outside, but it's first-come, first-served, and it gets really tight on weekends. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Sydney.

Reception was friendly and helpful. Reception staff even pointed out potential cheaper parking option: instead of booking the parking (multipe entry) with them, if we didn't need the car during our stay, we should use the fees of the parking lot directly. Because we were coming on a weekend and with the fees of the parking facility, it turned out cheaper. (This only worked, as we did not need multiple-entry to the parking lot). While we did not cook, I looked at the cooking supplies and it was very comprehensive, but you do need to bring your own oil, salt & pepper. But pans, cutlery, and cooking utensils are all present!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The room I stayed in was excellent and even included both a washing machine and dryer, which was extremely convenient. There was also a kitchen in the room, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent location. Amazing hospitality. Called a week ahead to se if there were any special requests for our stay. Cute chocies on arrival and more chocies at the door on our last day. Parking was included and so easy to access. Definitely no complaints from us, we will be back.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering spacious accommodations and a full range of modern amenities that ensure a very comfortable stay. The facilities are well-equipped, and the overall experience provides excellent value for money. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, efficient, and highly convenient. Although the hotel is not directly next to the train station, it is only about a 5 to 7-minute walk away, which is still very manageable. Overall, it is a great choice for travelers seeking comfort, cleanliness, and good service at a reasonable price.

The room was spacious but it’s by no means fancy — you get what you pay for. The issue we had was due to other patrons at the hotel smoking. The smoke completely filled our room to the point that we woke up at night not being able to breathe. Unfortunately I am particularly prone to breathing issues due to smoke so it was hard for me to deal with. When we notified staff, they arranged for the cleaner to clean our room by spraying the room and leaving the balcony door open to air out. This was fine during the day but the patrons continued smoking at night. The receptionists tried their very best to assist us and found us a room to move into on our last night. So thank you to the team who helped us address this issue and also confirming they smiled and said hello every time we came in and left the hotel :)

If you don't mind commuting by train into the city, this is an excellent choice for accommodation in Sydney. The stay itself was very comfortable, and having the option to cook my own meals was a definite bonus. However, I wasn't too fond of the local area's demographic, which had a high concentration of refugees and immigrants from the Middle East and India.

Very new hotel. Connected to the shopping mall below so easy access to supermarkets and shops. We booked the one-bedroom apartment and it was very spacious indeed. We booked it so that it could allow an extra bed to be added for our child. But the room faced the main road (Captain Cook Drive) and the noise from the road (especially the motorcycles) penetrated the living room loud and clear. This meant we had to move the extra bed into the bedroom and thankfully it was just able to fit both the double bed and the extra bed, so that the three of us could sleep inside the bedroom in a slightly cramped way. If the living room windows had better insulation, or if the room wasn't facing Captain Cook Drive, then would not have been required. The room and the bathroom was mostly clean but unfortunately I found one of the two bins underneath the sink un-emptied before our stay. The room was well equipped with amenities. It even had laundry liquid for the in-room washing machine. But it didn't have room slippers, which is an unfortunate standard in Australian hotels. There are no dining options in the hotel. but at least there are breakfast choices in the shopping mall below. 

We had an excellent stay at Quest Campbelltown. Great location to the local Macarthur football field. Plenty of food services around to choose from. Rooms lovely, clean, tidy and lots of space. Staff were helpful, and friendly.

I didn’t access any amenities so ignore my rating for that. The accommodation is clean, the studio had facilities for making a light meal. It is only a short walk from the domestic airport and a slightly longer walk to the underground, supermarket and restaurants etc in the suburb of Mascot
