Radisson RED Hotels in Wuhan

This hotel is located right in the heart of Jianghan Road, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The trendy, artistic decor is quite unique, and the rooms are spacious and clean. They're well-equipped with smart devices, the bedding is soft, and the bathroom amenities are high quality. The common areas have a laundry room and gym, which are really practical. The only downside is that lower floors facing the street can be a bit noisy, so a higher floor would be better. The front desk staff are responsive, and overall, it offers great value for money. It's perfect for young travelers on a short stay.

The facilities, hygiene, and environment all deserve five stars. The reason for the low rating is primarily due to the issue pictured in image eight and service problems. The hotel's decor is very stylish, and the room itself is well-designed. I'm quite sensitive to smells, and even though it was a windowless room, there was no strange odor, and the air felt fresh and not stuffy, which I really appreciated. The height of the vanity table was also perfect for applying makeup. The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the extra-large TV was fantastic to watch, plus it came with VIP access. All the advantages mentioned above are due to the hotel's hardware facilities. The service was a bit chaotic, but if it were just a minor service issue, I would have overlooked it and given a high rating because of the excellent hardware. However, the main problem is the safety and privacy issue shown in image eight. Around 2 PM, I was about to take a shower when suddenly my room door was opened by someone using a key card without any warning. It was a stranger, who claimed to be a maintenance worker there to fix the curtains, saying he didn't know there was a guest inside. I don't know how your hotel's internal communication works, but why can a maintenance worker just swipe a key card and enter? I consider this a serious mistake. If I had been a bit faster, I might have been naked in front of a strange man. I've stayed in so many hotels and this is the first time I've encountered something like this – it's outrageous!

Stayed here for a conference at the Optics Valley Convention Centre. Takes about 10 mins to walk there through an underground walkway. The hotel was amazing! The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. On the first day there were all kinds of welcoming fruits, a huge waffle with drink, etc. They have free laundry and ironing services, you can call the 'ah yi' to get the laundry from your room or you could go to the laundry room at level 2 yourself. The breakfast menu was a bit limited for me as a picky eater. The air-conditioning was centralised, so when the room gets warm, they told me to open the window, which did make the room cooler. The toilet was like in Japan with heated seat and bidet. The shower head was like the rain type. I like that they have motion sensors which activated dim lights when we go to the toilet in the middle of the night. Just that the lights are a bit too dim for working and reading. Overall, the hotel exceed my expectations! Kudos!
