A pleasant stay! The room offers a mesmerizing view of Da Nang, and the balcony is a great spot to chill with a drink. Standard amenities include soft slippers, bathrobes, pool towels, comfortable pillows, and nice bedding; the overall vibe is stylish and comfortable. The front desk staff are welcoming, and we were greeted with a complimentary welcome drink, popcorn, and fruit. Ice for sparkling wine can be ordered to the room, and service is prompt. The swimming pool offers sea views, and there is a hot jacuzzi.

One unpleasant issue that the hotel needs to address: smoking is allowed at the poolside bar, which is unacceptable, and sometimes there was an unpleasant odor at the entrance! The hotel itself is located a bit off the beaten path. Overall, we recommend this hotel!

The room was beautiful—modern, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was excellent. The reception team was extremely helpful and always welcoming. We had an issue with a cancelled flight, and Kyla in particular was incredibly supportive and went above and beyond to assist us.

On the downside, the main swimming pool area is quite small and surprisingly has no toilets or showers, which was hard to believe. In addition, the toiletries in the room were either missing or not replenished. Having stayed at many Radisson hotels around the world, I can honestly say this was the most disappointing experience so far, for the money paid…

The hotel boasts an excellent location – just a short walk puts you right in the city center. Nearby, there's a Lidl supermarket and a fantastic spot serving delicious smash burgers. The room itself was very comfortable, and the Smart TV was a big plus.

We had breakfast during our stay. The idea of small, buffet-style portions is great, but unfortunately, the staff didn't refill the dishes often enough – that's definitely something that could be improved.

The real highlight of this place is the top floor (seventh floor). Besides the restaurant and conference room, there's a bar where guests can play free billiards. The entire floor also offers stunning city views, which is truly impressive. Overall, I recommend it!
