Room was clean and has a freshly cleaned smell. Always a good sign when hotels are clean. Reception staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She upgraded our room. The downside of the room is that some plug sockets didn’t work. There’s only a total of 3 sockets in the room. Location of the hotel is excellent. Very near the subway station and walking distance to Nanchan Street area where there’s a lot of shops. If you’re staying here, remember to come out and see the Nanchan Temple at night. The lights make the temple look magical. Best timing to see it in the evening.

The hotel was very clean, tidy, and comfortable! If I had to nitpick and suggest an improvement, it would be regarding the front desk answering the phone. Just saying ”Hello, Hanting” sounds a bit stiff. My small suggestion would be: ”Hello, Hanting Hotel, how may I help you?” If they could just make it a little more friendly, it would be absolutely perfect with its excellent value for money! However, the front desk service when I checked in on the day was still commendable and very, very good! Just my personal opinion, thanks ☺️
