A very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are extremely well-appointed and spacious enough to feel truly comfortable. There are two pools and numerous options, including a rooftop jacuzzi/bathtub. While the jacuzzi in the room looks nice, it's not particularly functional. The beach isn't comparable to Koh Lipeh, of course, but it's still quite lovely. The hotel has steps leading down to the beach and, uniquely for miles around, even has restrooms right on the beach. The restaurant is quite good; the food is high-quality and beautifully presented, but unfortunately, it tastes bland and uninspired. This is one of two negative aspects. Considering the price, the food should really taste good. The second negative point is the upholstery on the rooftops, soiled by birds. In some places, there's a two-centimeter-thick layer of bird droppings on the cushions. Something absolutely needs to be done about the birds – again, considering the price of the stay. Despite these two issues, I can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Perhaps things will have improved by then.

We stayed here for our Christmas break and had a great time. We brought our dog, and it was great for her to have the space to walk and run around. The bed is comfortable but not my usual pillow type. The swimming pool is a decent size, but be prepared for it to be very cold as it doesn't get any direct sunlight. The breakfast and food options were good. Decent coffee and a nice bit of seasonal fruit on the side. Staff are really friendly. No extra charge or deposit needed for pets. I love the location, away from the town and it really has that barn/farm type vibe. Hua Hin is about 30 minute drive. I would say you definitely need access to a car if you're staying here. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Would I recommend to my friends? Yes.

The service was good, the staff were polite, the facilities were clean and there were no problems at all. There were rooms on the beach and rooms about a 3-minute golf cart ride from the beach, and there was no inconvenience as there was a shuttle available upon request. The shuttle service was also available until 10pm. The hotel cats were also adorable.

The bedroom is clean, but the equipment is incomplete. You should bring your own. The wooden door will not block the sound. The location by the sea is very beautiful. The bathroom has nothing to block it, it is too open. How can you shower without getting naked? There should be a cover, a window or something as an option for guests. The breakfast is very little, not delicious, not worth it. I recommend going out to find something else instead.

What I really liked about this hotel is that any room you get assigned to will have a balcony and a view of the pool. Room is ok to me and was clean

The atmosphere is beautiful and very relaxing. It's quiet because there aren't many rooms. The staff are attentive and provide good service. Breakfast is a buffet with a good variety.

The accommodation has an excellent location right next to Pranburi Beach with convenient parking. In the morning, you can go for a run along the beach.

This hotel has seen better times. It's huge, has ponds and fish, and is lush and green. It's been heavily invested in construction and improvements, but it's all a bit rundown. It's underserved. I counted about 80-90 rooms, and only 4-5 were occupied. The room was very large, and everything worked and ran smoothly. My wife and I aren't picky about amenities, so we were perfectly happy with everything. There are two pools: one right on the seashore, a great location, and the other near the three-story buildings. The hotel has a quiet environment, convenient transportation, comfortable beds and good service attitude. The overall environment is clean and tidy, and the experience is very good. Hope to stay again next time.
