"The room is very private, it's a camping theme, the atmosphere is very good, the space is beautifully arranged, the staff is very attentive, the breakfast is delicious, well arranged, you can feel the care taken in making it, even though the room doesn't have a TV or music player in the room, but it doesn't feel lacking. I like the stairs to climb up to the mezzanine, it's sturdy, there's usable space upstairs, it might be tiring for some people, but personally it's no problem. The location is convenient to go to other tourist attractions, 10 minutes drive to the sea, there's a dog to welcome you, I want to go back again when I have the chance."

"This 273-square-meter pool villa was an absolute steal at 600 RMB per person, including breakfast, for Chinese New Year's Day. The privacy was excellent. We checked in on Chinese New Year's Eve and stayed through New Year's Day. It was 1200 RMB plus for the room, which included two breakfasts. The hotel boasts Six Senses-level infrastructure combined with a Sheraton-caliber management team. The attention to detail was impeccable, and everyone was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Bicycles were free, and cycling around the hotel and its surroundings was a true delight. Breakfast was exquisite and filling. The highlight was the lakeside setting, complete with resident wild ducks, dragonflies, and small fish. I spent two hours every day in the lakeside pavilion, soaking up the lazy sunshine – it was incredibly therapeutic. The 273-square-meter pool villa, their most basic room type, was perfect for the two of us. The bed on the second floor felt a bit empty, probably due to the minimal furniture. The outdoor shower area was fantastic, completely open-air and offering a wonderful connection with nature. A 20-minute walk brings you to the nearest 7-Eleven. Just outside the hotel, along the beachfront, there's a small street food night market that pops up daily. While the quality isn't top-notch and can't compare to what you'd find in the city, it's a great alternative to the hotel's dining options. The beach here is very quiet and much more pleasant than the city's. Although it's a bit further south in Hua Hin, the hotel's value for money is simply unbeatable. The 273-square-meter pool villa is their entry-level option, perfect for two people. The bed on the second floor felt a bit empty, likely due to the sparse furnishings. The outdoor shower was a real highlight, completely open-air and a great way to feel connected to nature. It's a 20-minute walk to the nearest 7-Eleven. Just outside the hotel, along the beach, there's a small, daily street food market. The quality isn't amazing and can't compare to city options, but it's a good alternative to the hotel's restaurants. The beach is very peaceful here, much nicer than the city. Even though it's a bit far south in Hua Hin, the value for money at this hotel is exceptional."

"The bedroom is clean, but the equipment is incomplete. You should bring your own. The wooden door will not block the sound. The location by the sea is very beautiful. The bathroom has nothing to block it, it is too open. How can you shower without getting naked? There should be a cover, a window or something as an option for guests. The breakfast is very little, not delicious, not worth it. I recommend going out to find something else instead."

"Perfect venue but very disappointed with this venue which really needs investment. Where do I start: Sun loungers old and in very poor state of repair, many of which were literally falling apart. Sliding doors to our chalet was locked using a bicycle lock. See photo. Even when locked the doors slid which then left a gap for a slim person to enter meaning room was not secure. Cleaning staff were pleasant and accommodating but it was never request room to be serviced. Tiles falling of the waterfall feeding the swimming pool. Room was very dark because it was made of very dark wood. Such a shame as great location."

"This villa is situated approximately 15-20 minutes from Hua Hin centre, it is surrounded by fields and have a pretty nice mountain, village view. We are a family of eight and found the stay extremely nice and relaxing, the facilities are great - pool is big, sun decks, umbrella, the host also organised ice bath for us. All the rooms are spacious and equipped, there is also an entertainment room with pool table. So I would definitely recommend families travelling to Hua Hin with children. Breakfast is included everyday or they offer delivery meal services as well. All in all, amazing!"

"Praseban Resort is excellent! My wife and I enjoyed out five day stay and are working out when we will be able to return. This small boutique resort is perfect for us - small but comfortable and quiet. The food in the small restaurant is excellent and was the best food we had in the area. We ended up eating most of our meals at the resort because of the high quality of the food. We asked for some special meals as well and they were happy to serve us what we wanted. Overall, we had a great experience and can't wait to get back."

"We booked a pool villa. The room was beautiful, clean, and looked new. It was very private, with three bedrooms: two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and one smaller bedroom with an attached bathroom. There was a swimming pool, BBQ grill, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and smart TV. The atmosphere was great. While it might not be the best hotel I've ever stayed in, I was very impressed with the staff's service. Even when there were problems, the hotel resolved them quickly. The accommodation is not far from tourist attractions, and there's a 7-Eleven nearby."

"The resort is simpel, clean and well kept. The owner Cherry is a delightfull plus to stayinv here. She will tour you trough the village and along the coast, she will help you out with advice on trips and will accommodate/adapt her advice to your level of travel. She has taken care of us in a very pleasant and non obtrusive manner. Small gestures like some fried banana or a box of biscuits when you leave: attention to detail. The Pran Buri area /coastline is relaxed and beautiful. Away from the tourism feeling of hua hin. The resort offers bikes to use. Will organise transport or in our case scooters. There is plenty to see around the area. I’d particularly advise you to go see the cave and wetlands. Thanks Cherry for being our host. Hope our paths may cross in the future.
