"The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant."

"Feeling quite lucky we chose YUEWEI SMART HOTEL. We were traveling with our kids from Shijiazhuang, and the hotel let us check in around 10 AM. The front desk staff kindly gave our little one a set of children's toiletries. So thoughtful! They even upgraded our room. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the sink was spacious with plenty of room for toiletries. There was also a small tea table, which was very convenient. Finally, the hotel's breakfast buffet deserves a special mention – a wide variety of dishes, fresh ingredients, and the pastries were really nice! All in all, the stay was a great experience!"

"Absolutely perfect! This was my first time staying at Atour, and I chose it because it's a new hotel. The location is super close to the shopping mall, which I believe is in Baoding's new urban area. If you're looking to visit the Zhili Governor's Office or Lotus Pond Park, it might be a bit of a distance. However, the hotel facilities are perfect – comfortable pillows, clean, spacious rooms, and a fantastic shower with great water pressure. Honestly, I think the shower here is better than a lot of high-end hotels. All in all, next time I'm back in Baoding, this will definitely be my first choice."

"The overall experience of staying here is very good, the breakfast is rich, parking is convenient, and the environment is comfortable and quiet. Since we are traveling with elderly people, the lady at the front desk helped us arrange them together as much as possible. Warming fruits and milk before going to bed were provided before checking in and going to bed. I am also very grateful to the hotel service staff. What impressed me most was the service of Pan Fen and Zhang Meili, which made us feel very warm~ The only thing that feels a bit regretful is that we may sleep quietly, and the sound insulation effect is a little obvious."
