JJames DobleI recently stayed at the Hôtel de Bourbon (the Mercure one) in Bourges, and honestly, it felt like stepping into a little piece of history while still having all the modern comforts you could want.
My room was a classic double, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent—properly supportive after a day of wandering around—and the bathroom had a great walk-in shower with good water pressure. Everything felt freshly renovated (they did a big update around 2018), with a nice blend of modern touches and the old abbey character. Some rooms overlook the park, which must be lovely in summer.

GGuest UserExceptional , Very kind and helpfull staff, Rooms and facilities are clean and very well maintained. very nicce swimming pool, although the weather was a bit cold and windy, the pool temperature was good, the rooms are just perfect for a long stay.

HHenri F JWe had 1 night without breakfast. The room was not really spacious but for 1 night was fine. The toilet and shower were separate and the bed was nice. Parking could be under the parking.

GGuest UserHôtel très confortable.En revanche le propriétaire s'est montré très mécontent de ses relations avec TRIVAGO et de réduction accordée sans son assentiment dit-il.Réticent à fournir la chambre j'ai été obligé de compléter la réservation par 10 euros supplémentaires......Cette chambre m'a donc coûté 75 euros au lieu des 65 annoncés par vous!!!!!!!
