Guest UserMy first impression of the hotel was it’s not professional as they did not receive my booking even though it was fully paid before arrival. I had to resend the confirmation email for them to retrieve my booking. The hotel looked unlively. The room was nice with good view. However they need to upgrade the mattress. Breakfast was very basic without much choice. We enjoyed the sea and indoor pool though.
