Guest UserAbsolutely charming hotel right in the centre of Pensacola. A bit of a walk up but not too bad and easy if luggage is light. Service is nice, rooms great and breakfast outstanding. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant. The pools were also very clean and were maintained regularly, which was a big plus.
However, the hotel could benefit from offering more entertainment options. It tended to feel a bit dull, especially after dinner, with not much to do on-site.
On the bright side, the location is great — it’s close to beach bars, which makes the evenings more fun. On the opposite side of the hotel, there’s also a golf area and padel court, which is a nice option for daytime activities.

The hotel is modern and new and just sea front we had booked room with terrace so we thought that we would have sea view room but there was no sea view, only next building. Apart from this everything was ok

The room was very beautiful, the super comfortable bed and a very large terrace with table and boxes, we asked the receptionist if she could put us a double bed and put it on us without problem, very nice!

Guest UserThe hotel is located quite far from Peñíscola, although there is a local bus service that stops right in front of the hotel, making connections between Peñíscola and other nearby towns quite good.
The rooms are large and spacious, with a terrace, which is even more enjoyable if it faces the pool area. Two very large beds and a spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub will make your stay much more pleasant. A refrigerator and safe are also available in the room.
It has several restaurants, both buffet and à la carte. I can only comment on the breakfast, which was quite comprehensive.
It has spa services that can be booked there through their website.
Parking is expensive. If you want a free option, you'll have to leave your car on the first street in Benicarló, but in the summer months, parking will be quite difficult. Overall, a good hotel for enjoying Peñíscola and its surrounding towns.

Cleanliness: The room was spotless clean, including the bathroom. I couldn’t fault the cleanliness.
Location: The place was near many places including a petrol station, that sells reasonable petrol or diesel for cars. As well as you get free parking with the hotel.
Service: The service from check in to check out was easy. However most staff couldn’t speak English including at their own restaurant, but somewhere we managed to communicate. The staff were really nice and lovely.
Amenities: Towels was provided in the rooms with running hot water.
Downside: the room we had was a double room with breakfast included, which wasn’t sound proof. I didn’t have a problem sleeping since I’m a heavy sleeper but my partner experienced drunken people in the corridor having loud conversations which ruined his sleep for an hour and then he couldn’t go back to sleep all night. Other than that I couldn’t fault the hotel in anything.

Very good overall.
Perfectly adequate apartment. Much more spacious than the pictures do it justice. Exceptional value for the price.
Pro's- Grounds maintained immaculately, large pool, 5 mins walk to centre of town and large supermarket. Two balconies/terraces facing different directions. Very friendly service at check-in and out.
Con's- Shower head holder and toaster need replacing. Possible lack of parking if the place was full. No actual allocated spot.
