"It is indeed a first-line sea view. It is a little far from the train station, but it is very convenient to watch the sunrise at the seaside. The room is indeed small and old, and the floor is full of scratches. The sanitary conditions are acceptable, and the breakfast is also pretty good.
I want to complain about the front desk waiter. On the second day of my stay, I was already in the elevator and he chased me to ask if I had a key... It was a bit strange."

IIsmail SülünSincerely – this hotel is a real full hit! You come and notice immediately: Everything is true here. The staff is super hearty, you are welcome with a smile and feels right away. The rooms are modern, well-defined and there is exactly what you need – no more, no less. All is clean and made with love.
The location? Dreamless! All is near, but still it is quiet and relaxed. And breakfast... really delicious! Fresh, varied and with small lovely details – there you like to start in the day.
We were all happy and would've preferred to stay a few days. We're definitely coming back! 💛

GGuest UserSome doubts upon arrival, followed by some other doubts again with the outgoing reception (absence of useful information for simple, perhaps trivial curiosities, but that's it; absence of personnel in charge of baggage at the entrance of the cars; singular explanations which naturally led to use their parking at a cost 5 times higher than what is available…).
The room is adequate, although the large information book contains accessibility to Sky (precisely from channel 401 onwards), which does not exist/cannot be reached.
Compliments to the staff of the rooms, maintenance, swimming pool and breakfast in the morning.
Finally, some doubts about the restaurant and, in particular, about the responses from those in charge of the wines.
Thanks to Trip.com the stay cost an extremely interesting sum and, therefore, the opinion, at this price, is very interesting for a hotel, a national monument, like this one.

GGuest UserThe hotel is so close, opposite to Rimini Train Station. I was able to find it without using Google Map. The bus stop for boarding the bus to San Marino is just outside the hotel. Fortunately the hotel serves breakfast from 7.30am. I was able to catch the 8.10am bus after having a quick breakfast. It took me 15-20 mins to walk to the beach. On the way after a subway, there's a Carrefour Express 5 mins away from the hotel.
I chose the room with a shower instead of a bath. I was surprised to find a fridge in the room. The curtains were a bit thin (see through) though.

GGuest UserWir waren auf der Durchreise, Heimreise nach Deutschland von Apulien aus. Das Hotel habe ich ausgewählt, weil es ein Zimmer für 4 Personen in Autobahnnähe zu einem sehr guten Preis angeboten hat.
Die Herrschaften an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Wir hatten Zimmer 104. Das Zimmer ist zum Schlafen völlig ausreichend, hat ein schönes, neues Bad und einen großen Balkon. Jetzt im April war es auch völlig ruhig dort. Wir haben gut geschlafen und unsere Reise dann fortgesetzt.

GGuest UserCheck in is very fast! Just register your ID card and 2 euros! The room key should be hung at the front desk when going out and cannot be taken away. The food that I pack from the restaurant outside cannot be put in the refrigerator at the front desk, only medicines can be stored. It is a law and regulation. The front desk said it could help me heat it in the microwave in the morning. The room is well ventilated, with two floor-to-ceiling windows and doors. Standing on a small balcony and looking at the trees and roads outside, it feels good. There are chairs and three lines for drying clothes. Many people are watching towels. I guess I went to the beach to swim. The bathroom in the room is good, there are foot towels, two medium towels and one large towel. I can use it alone! The TV is small, all in Italian. There are three free biscuits on the table. The hotel is a 6-minute walk from No. 42 on the beach. There are many family hotels nearby, all of them seem to be three stars. The front desk is friendly. The bar is open 24 hours a day, and in the evening many people are drinking below. Wi-Fi requires email registration, which is very powerful at night. It seems that many people use Wi-Fi in the afternoon and morning, which is not easy to use! Check out is also very fast!

HHelenaI expected a bit more, but the location was perfect. Breakfast quite ok. The problem was I found a lot of hair in the new blankets and in the bathroom. The personal wasn't really good on English. Also you can here other rooms a lot.
