Great
GGuest UserThe room type was satisfactory, a sea-view room. While the building isn't as new as some high-end Bangkok hotels, after insisting with the front desk not to be on a lower floor due to a late check-in, we got a room on a floor with a good view. The air conditioning was indeed noisy, as mentioned in other reviews, but it didn't disturb our sleep. The staff were reasonably enthusiastic. The beachfront restaurant was particularly delicious, every dish was excellent. We arranged a car back to Bangkok through the front desk. There are three kids' clubs:
1. A members-only area offering simple meals. There aren't many toys for children, but it's quiet and can be a good place to relax. We bought a day pass, which wasn't cheap, and the food wasn't great.
2. The second is underground, suitable for younger children. It's a small space, and there are scheduled craft activities with a teacher daily.
3. The Lost World (or something similar, I don't remember the exact name) has large outdoor climbing nets and slides, but it was too sunny to play much. There's an indoor area showing cartoons and simple wooden houses. Cake and cookie making activities are also held in this area.
Our main focus was on playing in the water and enjoying the sea. The restaurants outside the hotel were also very good, and shopping was convenient. Overall, I'd still recommend it.
GGuest UserI did a lot of research on Amari before coming, with some reviews being positive and others calling it a 'hit or miss'. After staying for three nights, I have to say objectively that while the hotel's overall facilities are a bit dated, my three-day stay was very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. It was excellent.
The hotel's location is right by the Gulf of Thailand; you just walk a few steps across the road to the beach. Plus, there are several restaurants and a 7-Eleven right outside, making dining and essentials incredibly convenient.
The hotel breakfast was definitely better than what some online posts suggested. The variety was quite comprehensive. While some dishes weren't amazing, it was certainly easy to find things you liked and eat your fill. The fresh fruit, in particular, was great, and there was a wide selection of juices.
The pool facilities are absolutely a highlight and were the main reason I chose Amari. My kids really enjoyed it, especially the waterslides – they couldn't get enough of them.
The family room had a king-sized bed, probably two meters wide, plus a bunk bed, which comfortably accommodated 2 adults and 2 children. My only complaints are that the air conditioning is quite old and very noisy. Also, the family room's orientation isn't great, so there's no sea view. However, these were minor issues that we could overlook.
Overall, I'm very satisfied, and my family was happy. We would definitely consider coming back.

MMaoduoliyamaoduoliThe hygiene was good. It was a bit inconvenient to ask for a toothbrush at the front desk, and razors weren't provided. The slippers were regular sandals, not disposable, which is eco-friendly. There were mosquitoes at this time of year, but I didn't see any mosquito repellent. The breakfast was quite rich, a mix of Chinese and Western, and tasted good. It's a non-smoking hotel, and you absolutely cannot eat durian in the room. My colleague was fined 1000 Thai Baht just for eating a bite of durian. There are two pools downstairs, where a lot of foreigners often sunbathe, but unfortunately, my business trip schedule was too packed to enjoy them.

GGudajiaoJust wrapped up a family vacation at Dusit Thani Pattaya, and I'm absolutely thrilled with our stay, especially traveling with my parents – definitely a five-star review!
We opted for a Club Room this time, and the ocean view from our window was stunning. Watching the sunrise and enjoying the sea breeze from the balcony with my parents was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's environment truly is top-notch; the tropical gardens are maintained like a botanical garden, and the pool is right by the beach. Every day was a joy, sunbathing by the pool and taking early morning strolls through the gardens.
I particularly want to commend the service. Seeing us with elderly parents, the staff consistently went out of their way to open doors and press elevator buttons for us, always with genuine, warm smiles. The Club Lounge's afternoon tea was also fantastic, with a peaceful atmosphere and exquisite pastries ❤️

PPATTY PATRICIADuring my stayed i think for this hotel is not suitable for families or couples. 99% of guests are Chinese, large groups, and they're all competing to take photos everywhere. It's quite noisy. The room is big and the view is ok. I like the spa and massage but i don’t think i will go back because there’s so many hotels in Pattaya is more beautiful
อาหารเช้ามีหลากหลาย แต่ไม่ค่อยถูกปากค่ะ สปาบริการดีมากสมราคา
GGuest UserThe hotel is easy to find as it's located next to the main road, and it's convenient to take a songthaew (shared taxi) to the beach. There are convenience stores and various shops nearby. Early check-in at 12 noon is a nice touch. The rooms are plentiful but feel somewhat worn. The water pressure is weak, and the Wi-Fi signal is inconsistent. The towels, pillowcases, and sheets are grayish-white. However, the cleaning was thorough and meticulous, the rooms are in a quiet location, and the staff are very helpful.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: reasonably well-maintained
Cleanliness: good
Service: adequate
Ambiance: average
Upon entering the lobby, you're greeted by traditional Thai architecture. The lobby is spacious and faces directly onto the pool and beach, a design I feel is common in many older, more traditional Thai hotels. After staying for a few days, I got the impression this was once a high-end establishment, evident from the mahogany furniture and mini-bar, bathrooms with bathtubs, a pool friendly to those who prefer shade, and its distinctive Thai-style perimeter walls 😄.
However, it seems it hasn't been renovated in a very, very long time. The bedding and linens are quite old and worn. While many of the facilities feel dated, they are generally reasonably well-maintained, giving a better impression than the dated linens.
Breakfast is served at the poolside restaurant. The setting is pleasant, but the variety of food leaves much to be desired. There was almost no change in the menu over a week, and staples like congee or noodle soup were missing. It's primarily a Western-style breakfast, but the quality of the ham, bacon, and sausages was very mediocre. The only highlight was the egg station, which offered a good variety of options.
The hotel's location is good: two 7-Elevens are just a 5-minute walk away, Jomtien Beach is right across the road, and there are many restaurants and bars within a 10-minute radius. Honestly, though, the Thai food in Pattaya isn't great; for someone from Sichuan, it's far too sweet – nowhere near as good as what you'd find in Bangkok or even Phuket. Remember to ask for less sugar when ordering.
For those who prefer a quiet stay and simply want to relax at the hotel, this place is just passable.

GGhost TravellerGreat location and reasonable price! It's right by the seafront, which makes it easy to get around. Plus, it's super convenient to catch the coastal songthaew. The room is spacious, and the AC works wonderfully, keeping it nice and cool. If you're a light sleeper, the music from the nearby entertainment area might bother you, but then again, isn't that part of the Pattaya experience? You probably have to consider both the hotel's location and Pattaya's overall vibe. As a heavy sleeper myself, I slept like a baby!
They take a 1000 baht cash deposit which is returned upon check-out. There are 7-Elevens everywhere – front, side, and back – making it easy to grab anything you need.
Thanks to this place, I had a fantastic time in Pattaya. I'll definitely be back! 🤗

TTwj_1912The hotel was nice but more for families as on the weekend the beach chairs were always full and many kids around. The hotel has private beach with free kayaking during your stay which was quite nice. Hotel were friendly and kind too. Location is a bit inconvenient but you can book a taxi to go to city center still just not very walkable. Worth the price tho, should stay at least 2days+ to properly enjoy the beach and facilities
GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Welcome World Beach Resort & Spa in Jomtien Beach, Pattaya, and I'd definitely recommend it.
The hotel is located on Jomtien Beach, just across a small street from the ocean. It's surprisingly quiet despite being in a lively area. The rooms are very spacious, and the twin beds are quite generous, about 1.25 meters wide each, so it didn't feel cramped even with two kids.
The public areas of the hotel are also pretty good. There are three swimming pools, which kept the kids entertained for an entire afternoon. Around the hotel, you'll find 7-Eleven, snack stalls, and plenty of restaurants, making it very convenient.
Most of the guests here are Russian, with very few Chinese visitors. Consequently, the breakfast largely caters to Western tastes, which wasn't quite to my liking.
Overall, for the price, it's an excellent choice, especially for families with two children.
