As you enter, there is a small foyer area and a large, open family room to your left. The family room features plenty of seating for the whole family or a large group of friends with a sectional couch, a large arm chair, and two swivel chairs. There is also a small table with additional seating - perfect for a chess match, board game or jigsaw puzzle. The family room also features a new 50 inch smart TV adjacent to beautiful custom built-ins. Exit the family room through a sliding glass door onto a spacious back deck with a large dining table to enjoy an outdoor meal. Straight beyond the foyer, you will find a short hallway leading to a powder room and a convenient utility room which houses the washer and dryer as well as an additional refrigerator. The utility room also features an exit to the back deck. Ascend the spiral staircase in the foyer area to find two second floor bedrooms - one room with two twin beds and the other with a large King sized bed and en suite. Exit the sliding doors in this room to find a deck with impressive ocean views and an exterior staircase down to the front porch/deck area. Off the front deck there is a beautifully maintained yard, perfect for lawn games or other outdoor fun. An outdoor shower is located on the left side of the house. A driveway with spaces for two cars is located on the right.
