Our home offers an open layout that provides a nice setting for entertaining and gathering. As you enter, you walk into a sprawling living room which then flows into a large dining area and the kitchen. Our spacious backyard is a perfect space to enjoy the SoCal sunny weather. Lots of love was put into this beautiful home as we have been carefully designed to assure the comfort of your stay. We hope you will adore and care for this home as much as we do.***HOUSE RULES***- Check-in: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM- Checkout: 10:00 AM- Self check-in with smart lock- We do charge an extra guest fee of $35 per guest per night after the fourth guest (this will apply automatically from Airbnb)- No smoking anywhere on the property. Neither cannabis nor cigarettes are allowed. VIOLATION OF THE SMOKING RULES WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE CLEANING CHARGE OF $300.- Quiet Hours 8 PM - 8 AM.- No access to the garage.- No shoes in the house - Guests visiting are not allowed.
