TPoor & Discriminatory Shuttle Service – Avoid Relying on It!
Terrible experience with Meliá Madrid Barajas free shuttle on 11 Feb 2026.
Driver ignored T1 stop outbound (only Spanish announcement), forced us to T4 unnecessarily.
Evening return at T1: Showed room key, bus had plenty empty seats, but driver refused us & told to go T4. Airline crew boarded no problem. Stuck in pouring rain → paid outrageous €22 taxi.
Complained to front desk – no response or apology after weeks.
Website says shuttle stops at T1/T2/T4, but drivers decide otherwise. Felt unwelcome & discriminated against. Extremely disappointing for a 4-star airport hotel. Urge management to fix policies, train staff properly, and respond to complaints.
Do NOT depend on this shuttle!

Absolutely perfect. They offer free airport shuttle service by minibus. After arriving at the airport, I went to the pick-up point at the bus hotel, called the hotel, and was on the bus in 30 minutes – it was even a hotel shuttle! The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was especially plentiful, much more so than the breakfast at the hotel in Barcelona later. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was also quite good. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel to the city center, making it highly recommended for travelers transiting through the airport!

The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were good, and the service was excellent. The front desk staff spoke English, making communication easy. Although not in the city center, it's easily accessible via Metro Line 1 to Sun Plaza. The surrounding area is a quiet business district. Taxis are readily available at the hotel entrance, which is very convenient. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Overall, a very good hotel.

Localização excelente, pessoal simpático e prestável e excelente pequeno almoço . Quarto twin pequeno e garagem cara.

The room and service are very good, the view outside the window is very good. The location is very good. Everyone is very satisfied with this reservation, the breakfast is also rich, and it is convenient to go anywhere.

Quick check-in. Conveniently located near public transport for airport transfers. Plaza de España is a 5-minute walk, and the city center and Santa Cruz neighborhood are 15-20 minutes away. Triana is a bit further, but we only used transport for the airport. The pool is nice, though it gets crowded in the afternoons. There was almost always a queue at the pool bar; it seemed only one bartender knew how to make cocktails, so the others just restocked or cleared tables. I didn't use the buffet or restaurant. The air conditioning in the room was very cold and couldn't be controlled. The room itself was quite spacious, and the bathroom had both a shower and a tub. There's a supermarket and breakfast spots nearby.

Cleanliness not fantastic. There was a few ants on the floor. Hair on the corner of the basin counter.
Toilet flash was not working.
Water drainage in the bathtub was very slow and it seems to be choked. Take awhile for the water to be totally drained off.
Air in the room was very stale.
Kettle was not functioning well. Upon dully boiled, the kettle continued to boil. Have to pull off the plug from the wall switch.

This hotel is located right on Paulista Avenue, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. It's also relatively safe, with police patrolling the avenue. On weekends, Paulista Avenue hosts various activities, making it a fun place to explore. The hotel itself is clean, and the breakfast is excellent. It's a great choice for accommodation when visiting São Paulo.

The room size is pretty good, and the breakfast is nice. Most of the staff are great. The location is also decent, and the area feels safe. The price-to-value ratio is acceptable.

It's about a 12-minute walk to the nearby mall. Recommended!

The only downside I'd mention is that the soundproofing isn't great, but it's still acceptable. There are various dining options nearby, including McDonald's, an Italian pizza place, an Italian restaurant, and a Chinese restaurant.

Yes , I found the accommodation, cleaning, food and reception of staff perfect .
