The check-in experience was very pleasant and quick. Enor and Harsh were friendly and professional. We were given a high floor as requested and upgraded to a double bed without being asked. The room had a good view of the city and had everything one needs and expects from a hotel when on holiday. Breakfast had a huge spread. More asian and salad options would be great. There were some healthy choices, skimmed milk and Indian masala tea too. The hotel looks good from the outside with 26 floors, a clean swimming pool, a gym and an elevator that gives you a view through glass. It had an event for NYE too. We saw a lot of people partaking in it. It is an easy walk to Dubai Mall and the Burj. There are 2 convenience stores nearby, a cafe inside and easy to get taxis (Bolt, Careem, Uber). Jabed who cleaned our room well was cordial and professional and checked on our needs. Overall, we had a great stay, better than expected after reading older reviews. The staff that work here are friendly and want to help, including the breakfast staff. I left some minor written suggestions with the lady at the desk when we checked out at noon on Thursday. I love the Millennium brand hotels and Millennium Central Downtown can go from great to extraordinary! I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Veronica

Arrived with a rental car, but there's no valet parking. You have to park it yourself. All the staff were very polite, kind, and extremely helpful when asked for directions. The DMCC Metro station is right across the street, about a 5-minute walk away. Dubai Marina is just around the corner, offering a great atmosphere in the evenings. The rooms are clean and tidied daily. We had a room with a balcony; unfortunately, the Wi-Fi reception there was poor, though it was fine inside the room. Breakfast wasn't great; you had to order from a menu, unlike our previous two hotels which offered a breakfast buffet. Otherwise, our 3-day stay was perfectly fine.

The hotel is quite old and definitely needs some renovation. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was under maintenance during our stay, so we didn’t get the chance to swim or enjoy the beautiful city view, which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The bathroom also needs improvement the shower knob was broken and didn’t work properly, making it inconvenient to use.

On the positive side, the hotel staff upgraded our room from a Deluxe Room to a Suite, which we really appreciated. The food was also a highlight of our stay, with a great variety of delicious dishes to choose from. While we were grateful for the room upgrade and enjoyed the dining experience, the hotel’s aging facilities and maintenance issues affected our overall experience.

I have been staying at Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai for a long time, and it has become my preferred hotel whenever I visit Dubai. Every stay is consistently excellent, which is why I always choose this hotel.
The service is outstanding, and the staff are always professional, friendly, and attentive. From check-in to check-out, everything is smooth and well organized. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making every stay relaxing and enjoyable.
I especially appreciate the warm hospitality and the way the team makes returning guests feel welcome and valued. The hotel's convenient location near the airport, excellent facilities, and high standards of service make it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

As a business traveler, my stay at this hotel was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Here are the facts for fellow travelers to consider:

Misrepresentation and Deception: I booked a room explicitly advertised as a 'King Bed Room,' but what the hotel provided was a 'fake king bed' made of two twin beds pushed together. To hide the large gap in the middle, they covered it with a thick bedsheet. This is a clear case of intentionally concealing a defect.

Physical Harm: Because there was absolutely no support where the beds joined, I woke up this morning with severe lower back pain after sleeping directly on the gap all night. It wasn't until I pulled back the sheet that I discovered the truth.

Extremely Insincere Handling of the Issue: After finding the problem and discussing it with the hotel, the manager only offered a '5-hour late checkout' as compensation. For a serious breach of contract that caused physical harm and involved deceptive practices, I found this attempt to downplay the issue and offer a meager resolution completely unacceptable.

Consumer Tip: These拼接床 (jointed beds) not only disrupt sleep but also pose health risks. If you book a king bed room, make sure to lift the sheets and inspect it upon check-in.

In Summary: The hotel is dishonest about its facilities and shies away from taking responsibility for its service. I have already submitted the evidence to the booking platform and reserve the right to pursue legal action. I strongly advise anyone who values good sleep to think twice before choosing this hotel to avoid a negative experience.

I stayed at this express hotel in Dubai for a business trip, and it exceeded my expectations—it truly offers incredible value for money! As a business traveler, my priorities are transportation, efficiency, convenience, and cleanliness, and this hotel perfectly met all of them.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Dubai's business district. It's very convenient for taking a taxi to exhibitions or office locations, and the surrounding amenities are complete, with plenty of casual dining options and convenience stores.

The front desk service was efficient and professional. Check-in and check-out were super fast, English communication was smooth, and the staff were friendly and attentive, responding promptly to any requests. The guest rooms are in a standard business minimalist style. While not overly spacious, the layout is practical, with a wide and functional desk. The bedding was clean and soft, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a quiet rest after a long day. Room hygiene was impeccable; the bathroom was dry and tidy, with powerful hot water and good water pressure. The free Wi-Fi was stable and fast, perfectly meeting the needs for online meetings and work.

Breakfast was a Western-style buffet, with a rich variety and consistent quality, perfect for a quick energy boost to start the workday. The hotel also offers essential business facilities like a 24-hour front desk, free parking, and simple laundry services, showing thoughtful attention to detail.

To find such a hassle-free, comfortable, and high-value express hotel in Dubai is incredibly business-friendly. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip to Dubai!

The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel facilities were quite comprehensive. The environment was great, and the service was excellent. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the dining area was very pleasant. Check-in was also very flexible; we were able to check in immediately since there was a room available.

Pool area is nice. I got a suite and it was very spacious. However the kitchen had no cutlery and plates/pans. The Aircon temperature was also not adjustable. Had a nice balcony.

My experience staying in the Executive Suite at Millennium Place Mirdif this time was absolutely delightful. The room was very spacious, with a modern minimalist design, and came with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with pots, pans, and tableware. This is incredibly convenient for long stays or family trips.

The location remains a major plus, as the hotel is directly connected to Avenue Mirdif shopping mall. You can simply go downstairs to access Carrefour and many restaurants. It's also close to the airport, about a ten-minute drive. The rooftop pool offers expansive views and is a lovely place to relax in the evening. Overall, the staff provided warm and professional service; the front desk and some service personnel I encountered were all very pleasant.

The only minor downside, which echoes previous reviews, is that the breakfast selection isn't very extensive, and it can feel repetitive if you're staying for multiple days. However, this is a small issue. The size and amenities of the Executive Suite significantly enhanced the overall stay. I would definitely prioritize this hotel again for a layover or a long stay in the future.

Good hotel, standard room, average cleaning but improved with personal input and employing self cleaning techniques, staff is great but young men are not fully trained for a thorough cleaning, this can be improved. Friendly staff, ready to help from receptionist to the security guards and porters. Hotel looked much nicer and cleaner in general due Ramadan outlook. Didn’t try food, we been out and about. I am staying in this hotel since 2017 occasionally and must say there seems staff shortage after covid, which if considered can help improving services again. Overall I surly will recommend staying at the hotel 💚

Stayed at Millennium Makkah Al Naseem and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and check-in was smooth. The facilities were good, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. A great option for anyone visiting Makkah.

The only thing we still don’t like is the behaviour of the housekeeping manager who doesn’t inform the housekeepers of our demands, we hope the hotel management will deal with this matter as soon as possible.

A less-than-expected experience. The hotel justified it by saying they were at 100% occupancy. None of the requested services were provided, including extra shampoo, a baby crib, or an extra blanket. Even the Wi-Fi wasn't working. However, the shuttle service to the Haram was excellent and always available.

This hotel is quite old, and my room had a musty smell that wasn't very pleasant. The facilities in the room were very retro. The gym, though old, was fairly well-equipped, but people from outside would rent it out for dance practice, and their shouting and yelling were quite disruptive. However, when there's an exhibition or a tourist rush in Abu Dhabi, you don't have many other options, so I just made do for three days.

On my first day, I even found stains on the bedsheets, which was just unacceptable. For a hotel under the Millennium name, this standard is really low. I guess it might be an older hotel that's been outsourced.

I traveled from Dubai to Abu Dhabi myself, and first of all, parking was very convenient. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the decor is beautiful. It had a lovely Christmas atmosphere. If you park in the underground garage, it can be a bit tricky to find your way up, as each hotel's elevators are different, so keep that in mind. The room was also spacious, and the staff were very friendly. I especially want to mention that the hotel's breakfast was fantastic – absolutely delicious! If you go early, it's practically empty. Just a heads-up: the air conditioning can be quite strong, so I recommend wearing long sleeves.

Amazingly mixed feelings from staying. If you definitely want to live in Saadiat and you don't have the desire or opportunity to enjoy luxury hotels for 10,000 dollars a week, you will definitely like this hotel. It is the best compromise. But be prepared that you won't have a luxury 5 stars. Personally I stayed very pressured. But everything in order. Price-quality ratio, for this place 100%. Very nice and well equipped apartments. There are all the necessary equipment in the kitchen. In 2 minutes there is a Spar, with a rosy choice of first-needed products and items. A luxurious beach in 1 minute. But very few cheeslones. They are dismantled early in the morning. But the beach and the sand are so pleasant that it is quite possible to lie on it on a towel and enjoy. But without umbrellas. In general a solid four!!!
