The hotel's location is quite convenient. While not in the absolute busiest part of the city center, it's within walking distance to Oshiage Station, which offers direct and quick trains to Tokyo Station/Nihonbashi, as well as both Haneda and Narita airports. The area around the hotel is well-ordered and relatively quiet, not too crowded or chaotic. It's right next to Tokyo Skytree, and the view from the rooftop at night is fantastic, with a pleasant breeze. The standard rooms are on the smaller side, but they maintain a good sense of design, and the TV is positioned conveniently at the head of the bed for easy screen mirroring. Although the rooms are compact, the common area on the first floor is spacious, so you can head downstairs if you need to work. The hotel website states that breakfast isn't included, but they actually provide complimentary bread and juice every day, with a variety of delicious options like bacon rolls and olive bread, so there's no need to buy breakfast separately. One of the front desk staff members, who spoke Chinese, was incredibly helpful and attentive on our check-in day, giving us detailed information about the rooftop, the breakfast bread, and the laundry/drying facilities. This was very useful.

The only minor drawback is that all spaces feel a bit cramped, but this is commensurate with the price, and the hotel has clearly put effort into the design of its common areas to strike a good balance. Additionally, the bedding quality was just okay; the sheets had some pilling and small stains, which were replaced after room cleaning.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, always greeting guests proactively. The lobby even thoughtfully provides welcome drinks. Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. I do have a few suggestions for improvement:
1.  I recommend adding a separate ventilation switch in the bathroom for more flexible control.
2.  For the automatic drink vending machine on the second floor, it would be great to add card payment and electronic payment options to expand payment methods.
3.  Currently, the breakfast menu is the same every day, which can lead to meal fatigue. I suggest a rotating menu.
4.  Please add towel and bath towel return bins in the second-floor bathrooms.
5.  I suggest increasing the number of self-service washing machines on the second floor; additionally, it would be convenient if the washing machine's progress could be linked to the guest room TV, allowing guests to check the laundry status in real-time.

The front desk service was excellent, and we were able to store our luggage before check-in. The hotel is located right above the Rinkai Line, making transportation very convenient. There's also a direct bus to Haneda Airport right downstairs. You can take the subway to the airport as well, but it requires about a 15-minute walk to transfer. The hotel is next to Aeon Department Store and Matsumoto Kiyoshi, which is great for shopping. The breakfast area has limited seating, but the window seats offer a nice ocean view. The breakfast itself is mostly Western-style. Note that there's no complimentary drinking water in the rooms.

The hotel is near to Kamata Station, convenient store shopping street, donki and restaurants.

Booked 4 nights stay here. The overall experience is good, the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is extremely good (for me) as it's only a 5-6 mins walk from the Keikyu-Kamata station. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store, Chinese cuisine restaurant and a pharmacy nearby. There is also a Shōtengai (Shopping/commercial street) nearby, which is around 5-6 mins walk from the hotel. They provided hair shampoo, hair conditioner and body shampoo, you have to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and other toiletries. There is an onsite washing machine and dryer (you need to dry for a longer time if your clothes are thick) that use coins, luckily we manage to change some coins using the machine at the counter with the help from the staff. If there's one downside to this hotel, it's that the double room is a bit small, but considering the price and the location, it's still good value for money.

It felt a little far from the station. Since it's an older hotel, there were no power outlets by the bed. However, the cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast was substantial, so I was satisfied.

We traveled with friends and booked three rooms; everything was clean and spacious. The hotel had excellent breakfasts and a small but cozy pool. The staff was helpful, and on the day of departure, we were able to leave our suitcases until our flight. There are two metro stations nearby, a park, a 24-hour 7-Eleven, and a food court a couple of doors down, making it a great place to have lunch and dinner.

We had a pretty good experience during our stay. The only thing my concern is the distance from Kyoto station is a little bit far but possible to take a walk for like 15mins.
This hotel has coin laundry and public baths that are very essential for a long stay.
I will come back here.

Truly a 10/10 stay. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. The room was modern, quiet, and immaculately clean. Loved the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about guest experience. Would happily stay again

The room was a bit small, making it difficult to open two suitcases, which was inconvenient when traveling with a child and needing to access things. However, it was clean. They don't provide complimentary water in the room, but there's a FamilyMart convenience store downstairs. The location is very convenient. The biggest drawback is that it's street-facing, and the soundproofing is terrible. Motorcycles roaring by, cars, and people talking all night really disturbed my sleep. If you're a light sleeper, you should definitely consider this. A great plus was having a bathtub for soaking, even though it wasn't a hot spring; it was very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

Although the hotel room was small, it was able to accommodate a large suitcase's worth of clothes and toiletries. Everything could be neatly organized into the wardrobe and the drawers under the sink, and the suitcase could be tucked away beside them. The overall living space was quite comfortable. The lobby lounge was very useful, and I particularly enjoyed the matcha yuzu bread. The room was surprisingly quiet; even though there was construction happening directly across the street, it stopped by 5 PM, so it didn't really affect my rest. When I stay in Kyoto, I'm usually out early and back late, and I don't tend to sleep in, so it wasn't a major issue. It would be even better if the hairdryer could be upgraded. Oh, and the laundry room only had one washer and one dryer, and they seemed poorly maintained, so I didn't feel comfortable using them. I ended up going to a self-service laundromat a 7-minute walk away, which was quite clean. I'd likely choose this hotel again next time.

The first time I stayed in a pet-themed hotel, I was worried about hygiene issues such as hair at first, but I stayed for two days and the hygiene was very clean. I didn’t see the worrying things. The room was separated from wet and dry. This was very happy. The room was one bedroom and one living room. The space is oversized. The bedding is also very comfortable to sleep barrier-free, all aspects are very clean and tidy, the surrounding facilities are also very complete, subway, bus, very close

Location and price are great. Free green tea on every floor also a huge plus. I stay here often, never have any issues and it’s comfortable. There are always small cleanliness issues but nothing that would not make me not want to stay again.

Imagine the room is a bit like a nice cheung chau stay then everything is fine. Corridor of floors are linked to outdoor so nil air conditioning, it was a surprise - good for ventilation but bad for insects, also one could get sweaty waiting for lift on heat stroke days. Shower place can fit a non fat individual with minimal movement, else one will keep touching the walls. Front desk staffs are helpful. Provisionals exceed expectations, such as morning breakfast cereals and milk, bike and helmet rentals.

Hotel is quite new, not far from subway.  However, room is a bit small and space to place luggage and hanging jacket / clothes not enough.  Hygiene is good and self serve ice cream

One of our favorite hotels in Japan!! Great location, free coffee/ drinks when check in. Walking distance to Nagoya castle. If I ever go to Nagoya again would totally stay there again

Easy access from Nagoya airport, bus from airport stops at another hotel which is just 3 mins walk away.
Easy access to subway & just 5-7mins subway ride to Sakae area.
Lawson just opposite the hotel, very convenient.
Rooms hv large windows n facing a nice park. Peaceful surroundings for a good night sleep!
