AAnonymous UserThe only four-star hotel in Luxi County, with complete infrastructure, high-end configuration, spotless hygiene, close to the center of the county, shopping, travel, transportation, are very convenient. Of course, the most important thing is the service. From the car just stopped, the waiter saw and ran down and took the initiative to help me with my luggage. Under my inquiry, I warmly recommended the surrounding restaurants, fruit shops, supermarkets, and shopping plazas. Because it is being renovated, many consultations are not affected. And a kind breakfast (get up early at five o'clock, haha did not eat). A very pleasant experience, great, highly recommended! ! ! !

The dining on the 2nd floor is convenient. The accommodation also comes with two breakfasts. The price is quite good. Recommended.

MM25918y2r****This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The location is fantastic, right next to the subway and shopping district, making dining, entertainment, and more convenient all in one place. The room has a simple yet cozy design, plenty of natural light, and the bedding is just the right firmness—it was incredibly comfortable to sleep in, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff were always welcoming and helpful, check-in was quick, and they responded to any issues very promptly. They even helped store my luggage. It's excellent value for money, quiet and peaceful, and I had a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it!

ZZhengdadouThis time I stayed in the standard room of Lavande Hotel, from the door to the store, it was full of surprises, and I must give five stars! First of all, I have to praise the front desk brother. He was very enthusiastic when checking in. Not only did the action not make me wait too long, but also took the initiative to talk to me about local characteristics. I recommended two old-fashioned restaurants that locals often go to in detail, and the local night market. How to take the bus, Avoiding the peak of the meal point is clear, followed by eating really tastes super authentic, directly helped me save the time to do the strategy.
The environment of the standard room is also completely beyond expectations. The room is spacious and bright. The mattress of the two beds is moderately firm and the pillow height is just right. My friends and I have a good night's sleep. The hygiene is particularly in place. The sheets and quilts are not stained. The bathroom is clean and refreshing. The toiletries are also comfortable. And the room is very soundproof, quiet at night, completely undisturbed by the outside world.
When leaving the store, the front desk brother also smiled and asked about the check-in experience, especially warm heart. Whether it is service or accommodation, I can't fault it. Next time I come here, the standard room of Lavande Hotel is definitely my first choice!

GGuest UserSuch a good hotel, why is the hygiene so poor! The hygiene is very poor. The room was not cleaned at all, there were cigarette butts on the floor! There were cigarette butts in the trash can too. A layer of dust on the TV. Such obvious hygiene issues were not even cleaned up, let alone bed sheets and quilt covers. Always looking for ways to complain! Hope the hygiene issues will be improved. Everything else is good
